I am new to the Hurst area and when my hearings began having problems, I called for an appointment. I got in the next day! After my hearing test, I decided to buy new hearing aids and I was able to get them that afternoon! The staff is amazing. It felt like I’d been a patient for years.

I am posting about Dr. Zahn and the absolutely amazing service I have received by her and her staff. When I first started my cochlear implant journey she was very objective and supportive without trying to steer me in one direction or another. After my implantation at a different practice she was willing to coordinate with them to help continue my care. Even during these trying times she has been willing to work with me to make my CI use easier by agreeing to meet me at curbside so I could get new magnets. This was despite the clinic being on very reduced operations.I truly feel I have a partner on my journey with my CI. The importance of this cannot be understated as this has helped me become very successful in using my device and made a very positive impact on my life and my family. I cannot recommend her and her practice enough for anyone who is considering a CI or needing audiologist services.

Front office receptionist is great, very helpful. The rest of the staff is good, if you are having an issue this would be a good place To be referred to for some answers.

Took my dad for a balance test that took less then 2hrs, The receptionist was very nice and professional. Dad felt very comfortable and said that the ladies were very kind and sweet to him. Highly recommend 😊

Good overview and understanding of what I needed to do once I got there. Very professional team overall and they are taking me to the next step for my hearing requirements.

The girl did my test was pretty nice. But she did not explain everything very well. She told me I need Hearing Aids, I agree most likely do. But she just started to set me up with Hearing Aids did not explain anything about them did not even tell what brand. She was setting me up for the most expensive Hearing Aids they had. Did not go over any others. I had to find out from my Insurance what she was going to order for me. They are just waiting for me to get financing. I am not going back to this place. What they want for me is too expensive, I am looking else where and where someone that is will to explain the hearing test better along with what they are selling.

I was pleased with the clinic’s COVID19 safety protocols: the attendant was wearing a mask and she scanned our temperatures before entry to see the doctor. Our recent visit was with Dr. McDonald to have my son’s hearing aids checked and to explore a possible hearing aid upgrade. Dr. McDonald did an amazing job handling a teen who prefers to use a different device for listening to music. She explained the new technology connectivity and asked all the questions and left with a loaner device perfect for his needs. Dr. McDonald is always pleasant to deal with!

I had a tremendously comfortable visit with the audiologist and medical provider. The are exceptional at their jobs and incredibly professional. Theyre all very pretty also... They were all most helpful and informative. Thank you so much for your amazing service!

I am seeing Laura Regan regarding some issues with balance and vertigo and also a small nodule which I suspected was something on my thyroid gland. I mentioned some other symptoms I was having and Laura intently listened to my concerns. After some blood work Laura has referred me to another specialist. I cannot say how much I appreciate Laura and her desire to dig deeper into my concerns and find some answers. Also wanted to mention at the Center in Hurst (Anderson Audiology) where I had some balance testing done, the receptionist there has to be one of the nicest people we have ever seen at any medical facility. While I was being tested, my wife waited and saw first hand how the receptionist handled phone calls, people coming in with such respect and courtesy. I dont remember her name but she is such an asset to North Hills ENT.

Dr Zahn did a great job mapping my processor. I literally went in saying ..HUH..about 50 times a day and walked out of her office saying HUH about twice a day. Everyone I came in contact with at Anderson Audiology was very pleasant and professional. The waiting area and exam rooms were clean and in order. I highly recommend Anderson Audiology. Coffee in the waiting area!!!

Anderson Audiology was great when handling my vertigo testing. The staff is very kind and professional. I took one star off because I was told it would take approx 2 hrs. We were there for 3.5 hrs which caused both my husband and I to miss work longer than expected. Otherwise everything else was great!

I want to give the staff at this facility a 5-Star rating, and Id like to give Anderson Audiology a 5-Star rating, but I have an opinion that classes hearing aid services as predatory. Since I dont get solicitations from eye doctors, Internal Medicine Doctors nor other Health Care Providers offering FREE tests. After I reached a certain age, I began to receive advertisements for a FREE hearing test. I placed your validity at the same level as that of the local carpet cleaner or air conditioning company, etc. If you havent gotten the message - I dont like receiving your solicitations. Nor those of your competitors. I can always tell the Hearing Aid Letter - #10 white envelope with a too small, handwriting computer font.However I was referred to you by a government I trusted and your peoples professionalism changed my concept of Anderson Audiology from a 1-Star rating to a 3-Star Rating.

The 2 ladies were great helping get the hearing aid ready for me.

I have had my Oticon devices from Anderson Audiology for about a year now and want a difference. I needed to have an adjustment made and I called on short notice and was able to get right away. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The staff is always outstanding and I highly recommend their excellent service.
