Today, my husband Henry Sloan and I had an appointment together. Camille and Jordan were very professional, friendly, warm and caring. I have never had a hearing test and this first experience was wonderful. My husband has had hearing aids for about 8 years; he said this is the best experience he has had to date. They take the time to really assess your individual needs. The technology is outstanding! We highly recommend this location.

This office is both professional as well as warm, friendly, and welcoming. I had a problem hearing and understanding peoples words clearly and with their knowledge I now enjoy listening to people with a clear understanding. If at first your hearing aids arent perfectly right theyll welcome you back until they are. Awesome product awesome people.

Dont recommend this location. The hearing instrument specialist here (No, they are NOT doctors) will push you to buy the most expensive technology, even if you do not need it. Very pushy and unprofessional. The lady at the front desk was helpful at least. Go to their Bedford location instead. That specialist actually listens and wont push a hearing aid on you that is not needed.

The hearing aids are so small and the technology is so advanced, but they would be worthless without the people who evaluate your hearing. I have been struggling with my hearing and hearing aids for years. On September 22nd 2020 I had my first appointment with Camille at Miracle Ear in Hurst. Same-o same-o hearing test. When it was over we sat and talked a little about my hearing. Camille put a set of hearing aids in my ears and the lights came on. I started hearing things I had not heard since I was a young girl. She set them to pick up the TV in the waiting room. I was dumbfounded. I was hearing words in my right ear. I had not understood words in my right ear for at least 30 yrs. I actually understood the words without seeing their mouths. Miracle Ear has changed my life. Its a whole new world and Im loving it and hearing it all.

Camie went above and beyond to meet my expectations. She is very sweet and I love doing business with her. She is very experienced with the hearing aid products that Miracle Ear sells. I love going to the office to visit. Taylor is very sweet and a pleasure talking to. Once you meet Camie and Taylor you will be very satisfied as they are a pleasure to deal with. Micracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center - Hurst has a dynamic team! Camille, Jordan and Taylor are patient focused and it is their passion to improve their clients hearing and quality of life.

This is the best money Ive ever spent! My fathers quality of life has improved dramatically since getting his hearing aids! His previous equipment was nowhere near the quality of his new Miracle Ear aids. With his old equipment my father was still having to read lips and was rapidly losing his ability to hear. Since getting his new aids my father can hear things being said in the next room without seeing the person speaking! He hasnt heard that well in years!!! A few days my father got his new aids my sister called me in tears. She told me that shed just gotten off the phone with dad and that it was the best conversation theyd had in years because they could actually speak to each other without having to raise their voices or repeat themselves. There isnt a price I wouldnt have paid for that. Camille has been so good to my father and is in constant communication with him about the maintenance and performance of his hearing aids. I couldnt have asked for better service, or a better care provider for my father. Thank you Camille, and thank you Miracle Ear!!!

Never returned our call. Came in, got tested, spent over 90 minutes testing. Only offered one hearing aid option, extremely costly. How can you run a business treating people so rudely?
