I have visited this location many times. Everyone is usually very nice. Today an elderly cashier kept giving me dirty looks as I was shopping for chips. She made my experience very uncomfortable. I left my groceries because I dont pay for bad customer. I was getting prejudice vibwa, so ill find another store.

Casher was rude. $.90 for a plastic bag. I know you want to save the planet but really that is a bit extreme. Store needs to be cleaned - filthy floors and shelves

My daughter LOVES this place. She asks to come here all the time which is strange being that she’s a teenager and a grocery store isn’t where you’d think she would wanna go but she loves trying out new things and there’s such a huge variety here. She’s also obsessed with their soap bars. She has to purchase them almost every time I bring her.

This is a decently large natural grocers. They usually have some sort of protein powder on clearance and have a larger yogurt / fridge selection than an other nearby NG. This is my preferred location.

Excellent Variety and Friendly Service!

Natural Grocers is a fantastic organic shop. They have a lot of Whole Foods type items without the sticker shock. A good assortment of bulk by lb goods, supplements and even vegan options. Its become apart of my weekly routine. I recommend this brand to anyone that shops at Central Market, Whole Foods etc. Reputable brand and friendly service.

In a word... Pricey. I suppose this is more about quality, not quantity. My primary purpose for this visit was to get hard to find items and some organic vegetables. That accomplished, I found all but one item on my hard to find list. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Bring a bag or use a box provided to carry your groceries. I love this store. Its ALWAYS clean and the employees are friendly.

We love Natural Grocer! They seem to keep it simple and healthy and always have warm encoring employees. Most of the produce I eat comes from NG. They have amazing selection of food items all of which are better choices that a standard grocery store. I love getting a cashew queso dip, elderberry drinks and pea milk (it tastes great). I suggest visiting NG when you take your next trip!

James and Brooke were very helpful in a very short interaction. James showed deep knowledge of the product stocked and walked me to exactly what I was looking for, even providing options.Brooke stepped away from what she was doing to checkout my order. Both were great helps and I was able to find something I couldnt find anywhere else locally.

These people and this location is phenomenal! I’ve been to a few others, mainly when I’m out in New Mexico, and I always feel like I’m cheating on my friends here in Hurst. They are always so warm and welcoming. It’s a quaint store with an amazing selection of quality products. True, the price of living a healthy and environmentally conscious life can be expensive, but Natural Grocers has some sweet deals. Also the store brand is always on point. I actually prefer it to most name brand stuff ( their new vegan butter spread for example 🤤). The bulk items are prepackaged and always fresh and amazing. I’m a fan of this store in general, this store and it’s employees make it feel like home. 🧡

They have keto bread with 1 g net carbs. Thats hard to find, so Im glad they carry it.

Very bright, clean store. Very high quality produce. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. I see products here that Ive not seen elsewhere. I bought a tub of italian dill pickle slices..refrigerated section. I also bought some plant based milk...pea protein. Everything is organic..premium quality items, so be prepared to pay a higher price than at a regular grocery store. They even have a food demo area. Tonight they had bacon wrapped yam bites. Delicious! 12/7 is grand opening. They are having an ice cream social. Seems like theyre gonna have plenty of events. I like that..community involvement. Very nice store.

There is a large variety of natural / organic products to choose from. Everything is clean and disinfected. If you are looking for an alternative from other organic supermarkets, definitely it is worth it to stop by.

Felt right at home when I walked in. I was warmly greeted by everyone as I checked out each of the aisles. This was my first time in any Natural Grocers store and it very much reminded me of a smaller and quieter Whole Foods. You are able to walk up and down each aisle without bumping into anything or anyone. It was a super relaxing shopping experience.The selection is awesome for a super small store, but the prices hurt as to buy all your groceries here would clear out your wallet. I do love that they do not use any bags for groceries and just recyclable boxes. They encourage you to bring your own bags as well.The check out experience was super simple and smooth as well. When one of my coupons would not scan the cashier simply called a coworker and fixed it. She was so pleasant about it all the way through.I would love to come here regularly to shop as the selection is great and the service is so positive. However, my budget could not handle it. I will be back for a few items, but not all my groceries.

A great selection on vitamins oils salt lamps they also had a discount section with a lot great products too. I signed up with my email and got discounts on my groceries! Sweet staff.

Great selection of good, organic products of all kinds, including fresh produce, frozen food, canned goods, general cooking items, and even personal items.The store is very clean and well stocked by friendly staff.

Best location hands down. The selection is amazing. There is never long lines here. The employees are more than willing to help and have vast knowledge of the products sold, as well as, the locations they are at in the store. The prices on their produce are better than most generic grocery stores. But even better the produce itself looks and tastes fresher than your ordinary grocery store carry. My favorite devotions are the bulk herbs/items and cosmetics. They carry brands that I used to old be able to get by ordering online. The prices are unbelievable and reasonable. Which is a huge thing to a single mom like myself. Best price on Nag Champa I have found yet! Kudos and thank you all for the best service.

Natural grocers is the best for clean organic produce

I think Ive officially converted. They have everything I usually look so hard for in other stores, such is organic pasture raised eggs and milk. I always try to buy the products produced by small businesses, and they have a great selection when it comes to that. The service is great. Will definitely come back! I walked out so happy :)

They have a great selection of natural and organic food. Their prices arent all that bad considering. Seems to be on par with Tom Thumb on 26. I bought some large free range eggs for $1.99 a dozen. They were on sale, but either way a great price. I also saw raw milk cheese, which Ive never seen at a shop before. Ive only found raw milk anything from local farms.

The people in the aisles stocking are always super helpful and nice. That is one of the only reasons that I shop here. Great customer service, but it is definitely hard to find things sometimes.

This was our first visit. When we walked in the smell of spice was really pleasant. The employees were knowledgeable & helpful. Natural Grocers offers many items that are hard to find in regular grocery stores.

Found my organic items there at a fair price. And the cashier, Shirley, did a wonderful job of explaining the additional savings that a customer can get. She has great customer service skills !

We love the produce at this location, appears fresher and less expensive compared to Whole Foods down the street. Appreciate the diversity of brands, ranging from plant-based protein powders to yogurts. The sell health conscious products from around the country in the middle aisles.

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful! There is a great selection of vitamins and supplements. I love that I can trust their produce to be organic and the gluten free products plentiful. The only reason I am rating 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the pricing on produce. I dont understand why it varies so much and wish there was a weekly resource to let me know what to expect before I go.

I really like this place. The price is obviously more than wally world, but they have a good selection of products at a reasonable price. We get our meats, produce, dairy, bread, basically all our food essentials here. Health products abound, as well. Friendly customer service. Clean store.

One of my favorite grocery stores in DFW. As a vegan I have a hard time finding good quality items for the right price. Natural grocers continues to have amazingly low priced and high quality items. I have been able to get meat alternatives as well as dry organic goods for incredibly reasonable prices. An added bonus is that the staff are friendly, helpful and take the time to get to know. They also will try hard to order items they may not have in stock.

This is a great place with great customer service. Almost everything is organic. you can get food, produce, vitamins, and supplements, cosmetics, toothpastes, essences, deodorants, milk, nuts, just about everything you could need. The price is more than normal but they have good sales on produce.

This is not a bad grocery store if you are looking for stuff to cut back your carbs and go to a more vegetarian type of Lifestyle although it is a little pricey for my taste but they do have some choices that you cant get it Krogers or Tom Thumb or something like that

This is a new healthy grocery store to our area. I like that its small so its easier to navigate plus they have a library corner where u can sit & read their books. But I thought prices on some items were too high. So Ill probably only shop here occasionally.

I love Natrual Grocers...wish there were more around. I especially like the produce depart and the wide selection on bagged spices. They also have all the plant-based staples, like non-gmo Tofu, vegan cheese and sour cream. Super clean and friendly, Ill be a customer for life!
