I had the front end of my lifted cart break during a round of golf on a Saturday. I called Ricky and they came to the golf course and picked up my cart. The repairs were completed and I was back out golfing the following Tuesday. I have dealt with several other cart companies around town & Tee Time Carts has proven to be far superior in service and value. I highly recommend them to anyone needing golf cart service or looking to purchase a golf cart.

Bad experience here bought the red evolution golf cart very pricey and tee time wouldn’t take care of my issues. I don’t think selling new carts is there niche. I believe they should stick to repairs. Follow up is terrible here…

The lift on my cart had a spindle break while I was playing a round a golf. I spoke with 3 different members at my club about my problem and all 3 of them recommended Tee Time Carts & Parts. Now I know why!!! Diedra took my initial call and from the very first moment I received excellent customer service. Ricky came out diagnosed the problem and gave me an alternative to replace the lift from an American Company. They sent Jr. out to pick up the cart and the repairs were done immediately. The cost was affordable and the service is unmatched. I hope I dont have another problem with my cart, but if I do they will be my first call!!!

I installed a 6” RHOX lift kit and replaced all suspension and steering components on my 06 CC DS and needed the steering and camber/toe adjusted properly. The first phone call for a quote was very pleasant. Diedre was very polite and professional and didn’t make me feel like I was burdening them. They were able to get me in the next morning. Adrian received the cart from me and began work immediately. Ricky gave it back to me and had me take it for a drive to make sure I was happy with their work, and let me tell you they did a great job! Diedre handled my paperwork and made me feel right at home!After they worked their magic my cart rides great and drives perfectly! I must have asked Ricky a million questions too, but he was patient, polite, and thorough with me! All of the people at Tee Time Carts are true professionals that take great pride in their work! I am SO HAPPY I found them and will 100% be back in the future. Don’t waste your time anywhere else, they have tons of experience and are priced VERY fair! With these guys you get great customer service (that exceeds expectations I might add), and peace of mind that your work was done correctly! They even replaced a couple bolts in my front bumper that I was missing, and didn’t mention a word about it!Thanks you, please keep up the great work!!

7/24/18 Rickie showed up right on time at my house and got right to work doing a front end kit and installing the tires I had bought previously. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He had to make a quick trip to have the tires put on the rims and then returned and was finished in about 2 hrs! I told him how happy I was and he said that was his goal! My Club Car is running great! The total price I paid was very fair. We found out we are both Military families! USA! I look forward to their service in the future. Blessings!
