I went in 15 minutes before closing because i remembered last minute that I needed my watch battery changed. The people were so kind and they fixed the watch in quickly in just a few minutes for only $15! I will definitely be going back.

Andrew Mendoza handmade my custom wedding ring from start to finish, and my husband and I are so thrilled with the results. He handcarved the wax, casted it, set the stones, and polished it, and it is truly a one-of-a-kind creation. Andrew took my ideas and was able to design exactly the ring we wanted, with truly superior customer service. We will definitely be using this shop for all future jewelry needs.

Ive gone to Hurst Gold & Silver for several years to get my watches serviced (I have many.) I would bring 2, 3 or 4 at a time for battery replacement (was around $11 if I recall - if you brought in more than 3.) Good service, friendly family. The last time I went in to replace a couple of batteries the price had more than doubled to $25 a watch. Because of this exponential price increase for a battery Ill really have no reason to bring business to Hurst G&S. Again, nice people and they are running a business but they priced my business out the door.

They are very nice people and buy gold and other scrap for a great price . Andrew is very passionate about his job/ hobby and is very skilled and has been doing this for many years. Great jewelry, pricing, craftsmanship, passion, and quality. Very amazing people!

So I go in to have 3 watch batteries replaced and before I even get the watch box opened Im told that my watches are hard to get into an would be $24 each! No signage of prices so they just want you to pay whatever they feel like charging. I know they recently moved location seems like they are passing the higher overhead onto the patrons. Took them to fix it fast and they replaced all 3 for less than $40!

If I could give a lower rating, I would. Went here twice. First they offered $40 for a ring. Second visit they offered $20 for the same ring and when questioned they refused to honor the $40 offer. Me and my wife left and went to a pawn shop on Hwy 10 and they bought the ring for $70 immediately. Hurst Gold and Silver will try to take advantage of you. Dont let them. I believe this is the first bad review I have submitted, but I couldnt let this go when we were treated like this.

My first visit will be my last. I needed to part with a diamond heart shaped 10k white gold pendant with necklace. They only offered me $27. I went to a pawn shop maybe 5 miles away and was offered $50. I hope these people dont try this shady stuff with other potential customers.

Ive always had a great experience here. Had my wifes ring made here and my watches adjusted whenever needed
