Took my sunglasses here to return because the store inside Macy’s would not accept return apparently. The lady at the counter was not properly trained and could not figure out how to initiate the return. She was clearly frustrated and I get bad for her. I blame management for this oversight.

This place in northeast had us waiting for 45 min-1 hour with no one there to assist us. We really wanted some sunglasses, that was the only reason why went to the mall that day. I was very upset that not ONE person was even at the stand to help.

Friendly service and not pushy. Offered opportunity to track down another style at the other location in the mall. Farzana was excellent!

I bought a pair of Maui Jims from this location and took them back to switch for another pair with in a year due to being broken as the salesman told me I could and now the regional manager Jen Wilkie is refusing to let me get another pair under there 50% off and also will not call me to talk. Nowhere at the store or online does it say excluding Maui Jim. Do not by from this store.

Really high prices.
