Went to pick out a charm for my wifes birthday only to find this location is still limiting the number of customers in the store and also still requiring masks. Pretty much the ONLY store in the mall doing so. They literally had a barrier up to prevent people from going inside the store until an associate let you in as long as you were being a good little Borg drone and complying with protocols. This store lost money the day I was shopping and Ill be more than happy to NEVER give them my business as long as they continue with draconian health measures.

Great customer service. I ordered online and was there to pickup my order. I decided what I ordered wasnt what I wanted and asked to change to something else. The clerk gave me no issues in making the exchange.

Wife and I visited this location 2 days ago for my daughters graduation gift. I could do a lengthy post about our terrible experience, but Ill just say that the associate..I believe her name was Jessica...was clearly not interested in making a sale with us. She was rude and condescending. So after waiting for 10 minutes to enter the store because of crowd control (with only 2 customers inside with 3 other associates doing nothing), we left within 3 minutes and went straight to the Southlake store where we were treated as valued customers. I mean really, why pay for poor service?

Looked on the website to make sure my family and I would be a little ahead of opening time (10am) so we arrived around 9:30-945 so we wouldn’t have to worry about the hassle and the line. We got there and there was a note that said opening at 11, so we waiting patiently by the stairs directly in front of them. I know they saw us! it was obvious we were there waiting and that we were the first ones. Doors open at 11 and by that time there’s a crowd standing with no which way to go, the lady opens the door and the first couple of people standing there tell her in her face “they were first they were here before everyone” pointing to my husband and I, and she responds with well the line is over there, literally blatantly ignores me and my family and let’s the other people that were about 4th/5th in line to go in first! Extremely rude. Even the customers waiting outside were nicer, friendlier and more understanding than the staff. (One lady in specific was rude) Do not whatsoever recommend this store. We ended up leaving to another location.

Would have given it 5 stars but the line to get in is long. Only can maybe get three people in at a time. Staff was very helpful and nice. Wish I could have paid online and picked it up at the mall.

Danielle was so nice and helpful. I dropped my bracelet off to be cleaned around 5:15 and it was ready by 6 (closing time), she even stuck around till about 6:05 to take care of me. Thanks Danielle!!

Seems geared more towards teenage market. Quality and affordable products. Customer Service was just okay; the sales girl wasn’t putting much effort into selling the pieces. She did her job and nothing more but I did find a ring I liked. As a grownup this would not be my go-to for jewelry because most of the designs are simple, teenage girl-cute, which they deliver on quite well but that’s just not for me.

Such a horrible a experience the lady that was helping us was so rude and had no interactment with me and my boyfriend while we were looking for Christmas gifts and when we were going to paymy card wasn’t working so I told her to hold help so I can check what was wrong and looked annoyed and kept asking if we were ready . When we were exiting the store the rope the have in the front she threw it open so we can leave horrible experience so we went to the Pandora in south lake WAY BETTER EXPERIENCE!!!!!

So happy to see it was not just me that had a bad experience.... went in to get a jewelry cleaning. I was going to go see a movie and they told me they’d call when it’s done. Simple as that! Super nice girl. Came back with my friend. I saw some more people were coming in so I signed my name down to be next. The girl that helped me saw me and Handed me off to another employee... and oh my word. That girl totally ignored me and just asked who was next. I raised my hand and so did another customer. The employee rolled her eyes and checked the book and of course I was next. She then asked what I wanted and i said I was just picking up my jewelry. She asked who helped me and I said I wasn’t sure of her name... She just then stood there and looked at me as if I was an idiot... I don’t even know why that question is needed I know for a fact they write the name of the person who drops off their jewelry... just ask for my license of something! Honestly that girl with held my bracelet from me. It wasn’t until the girl that Had helped me first told her I was the girl who dropped off a bracelet... I have never went back there since. I don’t even want to imagine what would of happen if the girl who originally helped me wasn’t there... pretty items, 3rd rate employee. However that first girl was the saving grace for me to put the second star. Good luck to anyone who chooses to go here.

I went there to find a gift for my sister and that had to be the rudest customer service ever! There were 3 girls and the one that was helping us (Tiffany B is what it says on my receipt) had a attitude the whole time and had low knowledge about what i was asking. Then when asking about what the sale was, another girl stepped in very rudely. I don’t know who is running that place but those 2 girls need to be either taught a course on customer service or fired. Definitely recommend going to Southlake instead of that location.

A wonderful place I have bought a couple of rings from her and so has my sister. First off Stormy is amazing at helping use decided what size ring we should have . I in there right after Christmas and we were waiting to be assisted and noticed she was helping a different customer and her daughter decided what size they needed, she helped my sister on what size she needed and was very patient with us. My sister ordered a couple ring from the pandora website and we were sent the wrong size and they were happy to exchange it with no problems. I recently bought a daisy ring and when deciding to buy it I couldn’t figure out which I wanted so I kept asking to see different ones in different size and if they didn’t have it Noah the lady working with me was happy to call a different store to see if they have it. All the employees I’ve talked to are very calm and patient when dealing with me and I was very indecisive and picky about most things so this was nice.

I bought a ring for my daughter for Christmas and still dont have it 7 weeks later. The store keeps offering my money back but wed rather have the ring. Not once have they offered to find it at another location. Ive contacted the corporate office twice and they state the owner Jeff has noted he has already spoken to me and explained the ring is on back order until March. Not true! I will never purchase from a Pandora location again. Theres a lot they could learn from a quality place like James Avery. ** UPDATE** I continue to chase down this ring because I talked my daughter into giving Pandora a try. Their corporate office has given up on this franchise and sigh whenever I call(I call weekly). We have decided to get our money back(only $50.) and never give Pandora another chance because of their poor customer service.

If you are planning to return any items that you brought from here within 30 days/have it box/and have a receipt. There is NO HOPE for your money back or store credit. The manager there will definitely need more training on CUSTOMER SERVIVES because they are so RUDE! Their jewelries suppose to build on love/ best memories, but what I experiences here was RUDE/DISREPECFUL.

My brother went to the pandora store in the northeast mall in Hurst Texas. There were several people in the store who had no hassle to check out except for my brother who also happened to be the only black man in the store. The clerk refused to let my brother purchase his bracelet with the value of 200$ because he had no id on him. Several white people checked out with no problem and spent much more than 200$. My brother left his id in his car and was in too much of a rush to leave the store, walk all the way just to purchase the braclet (an inconvenience only HE had to endure) he asked the receptionist why he needed to show ID and she didn’t give a straight answer and asked him if he had photo ID somewhere in his photos on his phone. Meanwhile, every other race is checking out just fine in the store. My brother works hard and makes plenty of money and does not deserve to be racially profiled. To assume that he must have stole someone else’s debit card because he is black is a HUGE disgrace to this company and you should be ashamed.

I went in on a Sunday. Was in there for about 45 moms making sure I wanted what I was getting and the manager on duty passed me off to someone who clearly hates there job. Was rude the whole time cause I was...there I guess. Then let’s go to payment time. It was 6:05...a whopping 5 mins after close. This girl doesn’t even know what she’s hittin on that iPad. I signed the iPad after I swiped my card. She walks off and comes back...instead of reading the screen like I did, she just hits void and goes on about closing up. Well she had two options. Hit void or retry...so yes she voided my payment. Then of course blamed her system....so I give them my number cause after 15 mins of trouble shooting to find my “payment” they couldn’t find it. Next day I get a phone call from Carla sayin that sure enough it was there “system” and I needed to come back in to pay for the jewelry....well since I’m a good person I do that. Carla says she will be there and that she will take care of me for the hiccup....I go back in and Carla isn’t there so I talk to another manager. She said Carla filled her in and she gives me 10% off....I just came back to give you $155 when I didn’t have to and you give me 10% off. I didn’t argue cause I’m not that person to be rude to someone who has no part in the transaction( I’m in the service industry so I don’t believe in flipping out on someone who didn’t even mess up to begin with) but Ive been shopping at pandora for almost a decade...yeah that’s last purchase at that pandora if not with the whole company all together. Rude staff and horrible customer service.

Well my sister and I went into the store on saturday 3-19, i felt like the sales girl was not interested in waiting on us at all. She left my sister we wait on another customer, i took that very personal and so did my sister. I went into the store to tell the manager Mindy the next day, she said she would speak with the sales girl over her unprofessional manner, i dont think i believed her as well. There i will not be returning to Pandora in the mall. Know that every customer is important.

This is the worst experience I’ve had with any or the Pandora’s jewelry store not only have I had it once but twice .I bought a gift for valentines and their staff do not have any customers service skills what so ever . I had ask to be shown a piece of jewelry and it seemed to bother them, I ended buying the necklace and earrings I needed and thought I wouldn’t go back . I decided to give them a second chance perhaps they might of had a bad day that day and that’s why they weren’t polite but unfortunately for my disappointment I had the same girl that helped me last time and the same bad customerService, I will not return to this store ever again, I just think if your not into the customer service ability to not even work in that type of environment!!!
