I love this store! Maria has been great and has helped me multiple times and knows me by name now whenever I come into the store. She is very sweet, courteous and helpful and was happy to assist me with getting a replacement for a pendant that had a missing stone recently. She also helped me find on their website the perfect earrings I was searching for to go with my necklace and then ordered them for me. They arrived for pickup in only 3 days! I appreciate the helpful staff & quality of service at this particular store and plan on being a repeat customer.

I purchased two very expensive movados from this place. They did alterations on both to fit my rist. Turns out both came loose later and fell off my arm. This company took absolutely 0 responsibility for their poor workmanship. I shouldve known something was up when they had to borrow the tool to do it from another jeweler. I dont care about the price. Service after the sale means everthing to me. And to get dumped on after such a big purchase has left such a disgusting taste in my mouth. Im never shopping here again.

I have been helped by Kori on many purchases recently. I think she is great! She is knowledgeable and personable. This particular store has many helpful staff, employees, etc. I always know I’ll be treated right and buy good quality from this store.

They have me 25.00 coupon to use on my next purchase of 99.99 or more and would not honor it because what I was buying was on sale the coupon did not specify any exceptions it anything saying it cant be a sale item very disappointed billion dollar company and cheating someone on a measley 25.00 well go ahead keep your coupon sounds lime you need it more than I do. SMH. So Saudi wont be back to them again.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at the ridgemar location. I got engaged in November 2020 and at the end of December 2020 went to go look at wedding bands that would go with my engagement ring. The ring was purchased at helzberg diamonds at the ridgemar location. Due to the unique shape of my engagement ring and that the ring had been discontinued, the employees informed me that there was only one wedding band that matches the ring but it was at another location. They would place a special order and the wedding band would arrive in 2 weeks. We went ahead and financed the ring.2 weeks go by and I received no call. I call the store and they say that it will be another 2 weeks due to some delays.Due to the Texas winter storm I didnt get a chance to get in contact with anyone until I went to the store on 2/22 to ask in person about my ring. The sales associate then tried looking for my order and tells me she can not find it and her coworkers who helped me the first time wouldnt be in till the next day but that she would make sure that it gets taken care of and they would give me a call. The next day comes and I still heard nothing from them.I had to call the store today (2/24) to find out that there is no ring and there would be no ring. It never got sent to the ridgemar location and the other store no longer has it. At this point I am frustrated. There has been no communication or even an ounce of effort to inform me about this. We had already paid off the credit card and I have nothing!! They said that they would provide store credit for the wedding band cost so I go into the store to take a look around and nothing fits right or goes with my ring. As Im talking with them I am telling them how disappointed and frustrated I am and they didnt really seem apologetic at all. They didnt apologize for the inconvenience or even acknowledge their lack of communication. I just ended up requesting my money back and am now looking for another ring.I understand that things happen and there could have been a miscommunication with the ring. I am more upset with the fact that THEY MADE NO EFFORT to keep up with my order and even when they found out that they didnt not have the ring, THEY STILL DID NOT TRY TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ME. Instead, I am the one who had to call to ask about it.Do not recommend buying your jewelry from this store.

I usually buy rings and jewelry from Kay or James Avery never really bought from helzberg. Till one day I tried to buy a promise ring for my girlfriend for our one year on October 11th. The ring I wanted from Kay jewelers would not not come in till the 16th. So I went to the store and they didn’t really try to help me out with anything just said sorry. Korrie from NE mall, didn’t give up and she found me a even better ring and did everything she could to get it before the 11th. She went the extra mile and talked with me over text. Never got that good of customer service. If you want a reliable trusted place go to helzberg and most definitely go with Korrie!!

Warranty is useless. Customer service from the store is terrible, but very good from corporate, although they are unfortunately limited to remedy issues and coordinate with the store itself. Wait times are terrible. The service center, God forbid you need a repair, is terrible as well.Ive escalated an issue stemming from the service center as much as I could through helzberg customer service but this didnt yield a good result either. Essentially they broke my wifes ring during a resize and failed to repair it 3 different times. Now they are replacing it with a comparably priced ring since they dont have the one I picked anymore, and are expecting me to pay for a warranty on the new ring when the damage was directly from their service on my lifetime care plan covered item. First and last purchase at this jeweler.Update: the ring was replaced after 2 unsuccessful repair attempts at helzberg. I took it to sales and had them give it a try to repair and it broke yet again at the shank. New ring that was not resized is now also breaking at the shank. Trash jewelry - don’t waste your time or money.

Made my original purchase on Nov 2nd. It was spontaneous. Ive been curious about this business and wanted some items 4 MYSELF with my birthday fast approaching on THE 14th. I bought some items. 1 was a gold ring. It was 2 b sized 2 a 10 1/2. The promise date was MY bday. I called on that evening. The ring was never sized. Helzberg only goes up or down a size. Y didnt THE 2 sales ladies know this? Y didnt any1 call me? I went in that evening and made what should have been an even exchange. Capital 1 wouldnt allow me 2 go over my limit a SECOND time. I was given a discount 2 get the earings I was swapping out 4 the ring that was never sized. The earring swap was a hasty decision. At a $400 price point, the fastening mechanism sure is flimsy and I could easily loose an earring! The next day, I was assured by phone that the 36 month payment plan was in tact. LIES! It doesnt cover the earring exchange and Im stuck with a $105 a month payment according 2 the original purchase. So, these items can go back 2 the nearest store. This location screwed up so badly, along with capital 1, I dont trust them 2 make the return! They didnt even furnish a receipt 4 the refunded ring! Told me my payments wound b $95 monthly and didnt say that the 36 months was NOT same as cash!

Worst experience yet with a jewelry place. No customer service what so ever didn’t really offer any help with my order issues. When I spoke to what seemed to be a manager I was told he would have some information before a certain time an hour later after said time no call back. I call the store and they have sold my jewelry that i was supposed to pick up to someone else and all they said is they can refund my order. Now the gift I had for my wife is someone else’s . Never buying anything from this store. Being a Berkshire Hathaway company you would think customer satisfaction and honesty is top priority I guess not at this particular store.

We had a great experience so far. Priya was the sweetest,honest, most helpful person. We had just came from a different jewelry store in which right from the start we felt forced into buying the first thing we had looked at. Priya was so helpful she took her time to sit with us show us around and find the perfect ring for us We’re so glad we came here. The staff was great all around helpful.

I am giving this place a 4 star review only because of the employees working there. If it were based on one employee specifically I’d give it a 5 star but unfortunately this is not the case. My fiancé and I have been coming here for all of our jewelry needs for a while now and we’ve always been helped by Betty. She is a sweet sweet lady that has taken her time to develop a relationship with us and knows our personalities and styles. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the staff who just try to sell us random jewelry. Today we went in for some jewelry and one employee in particular (Penny) was being so rude to Betty and talking bad about her when she would walk away like we weren’t standing right there. She was even rude and sarcastic to us when we were asking questions as if we should’ve known the answers to them. It made us feel very uncomfortable and dissatisfied with our experience which should have been a good one considering we were buying our wedding bands. I wouldn’t recommend Penny or the other dark haired lady who was also being mean. But if you want someone who will only sell you a great experience and jewelry with value to you personally go with BETTY!!

The Staff at the Helzeberg Store at NE Mall are amazing!! My husband bought me a Limited Edition Chocolate Diamond Ring absolutely Stunning. I lost the main setting of this ring and it devestated me. Took it to the store and they are replacing the ring. Thelma is a wonderful person and the manager was awesome . I will never forget what they did for me and my husband who has cancer. We will never buy from anyone else.

I went to have my wedding ring cleaned and the lady in there treated me like I stole the ring. She asked me for all kinds of paperwork and that has never happened to me before. So I guess if you are black better bring all you papers.

Let me start off my saying I love my ring. What I dont love is that as a jewelry store they dont offer spacers for rings. I recently got married and my ring is currently too big but not sure if it is big enough to be resized until I Ive worn it for a while. They recommended I go to Claires to buy a spacer because they dont offer them. Why as a place that solely sells jewelry do you not offer accessories that I have to go to a costume jewelry store for juveniles to buy something to make a ring we spent thousands on to fit. Disappointing. If they are only three dollars like the sales lady mentioned why cant you offer it to your customers who spend well above that.

After visiting both here and Benchmark across from Helzberg I would definitely have to say that im glad I bought at Helzberg. They have a very professional staff who treat you like youre their favorite customer and this was only further proven when I walked into benchmark where apparently its pretty common to haggle? That may be some peoples thing but I personally feel like theres something they arent telling me or im not getting as good a product. Regardless I will say that while the salesman at benchmark was desperate to make the sale and kept lowering the price as I was trying to leave, I chose Helzberg and am so thankful that I did because there was an issue where I had to make a return and get a new ring....and guess who accepts returns and who doesnt :)
