Need a Great Repairman for Watches, Batteries This is the place to Go.

I took a plaque to them to be engraved. They lived up to their name and had it done very quickly. It was quality work done at a good price. I will definitely be using them again for my engraving needs.

The flexible hinge on one of the side temples of my eyeglass frame broke. I was not ready to get new glasses, so it was suggested I try Fast-Fix. I called them up and they said they could laser weld the hinge, as long as it was metal. The repair was twice as expensive as I had hoped. But, I was in and out in about 25 minutes, and it was certainly less expensive than a new pair of glasses. You cant really even notice the repair. The hinge doesnt flex anymore on that side, but both temples can still be folded into place so that the glasses can be put into a case. Problem solved. I can see again. And, the repair has a 60 day warranty.

I have done business with Fast Fix at Northeast Mall for years. My most recent experience (today) was beyond wonderful! They quickly identified the problem with an Eco-drive watch I took to them and fixed it quickly. They are wonderfully friendly, exceptionally professional and incredibly efficient! I would vehemently challenge the value they provide for services rendered vs. any shop in this area! I’m a permanent customer and a huge fan!!!!

I had a great experience with Fast-Fix, and so glad I chose them over another well known jewelry store there in the mall. Fast-Fix was a second opinion and I went with them for 3 reasons. 1) Confidence in the person that assisted me being honest about my options 2) Price 3) Turn-around time. My wedding ring was cut off my finger due to an accident. I thought it was not repairable. The first jewelry store told me that I should look at a new setting, only they could fix this but their estimate was significantly higher than Fast -Fix and it would be over 2 weeks to turn this around. I explained that my ring is nearly 40 years old and it was sentimental to me and I wanted my ring back to the original state. They strongly discouraged me, and tried to set up an appointment when they had their jewelers in town to try to sell me a new setting. I could afford whatever I wanted, only I simply wanted my ring. I took my ring to Fast-Fix and the associate there explained that he could fix it with no problem and suggested options for us, one to restore it to better condition which is what I went with. The turn-around time was about an hour. The results of my ring repair is amazing. It looks 100 times better than original and its sturdy now and in perfect condition. He even commented that my ring was beautiful when I first brought it in, and did not even mention that it best to get a new one. I am so very happy with my ring, and I highly recommend Fast-Fix to anyone. My thanks to them for doing a wonderful job.

Took my sterling silver ring in to get resized and they ruined it. A month later I realized it looked a little tarnished so I took it back in, they apparently took all the silver off during the resize and coated it with some cheap fake silver and told me I would have to come back every 6 months to get it recoated. They also blamed it on me, I have plenty of sterling silver I wear daily and it does not turn my skin green and this ring never did till they resized it.

I just went to this store to fix my clasp on my tennis bracelet because it was loose. Lindsey gave it to one of the workers and he tightened it up for FREE for me. I came in with my favorite necklace that had lost a small ring that made it clasp. I had gone to another shop in the mall and asked for a price to fix it and was quoted a minimum of $30 and it would take several days. When I showed fast fix what I needed they immediately grabbed a tool and fixed it on the spot. I had thought it would be a super simple fix and it was. Fantastic service, very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be using them for all future repairs. Thanks for the great customer service!

Got a second opinion here on my engagement ring. My fiance went somewhere else & they said to get my ring soldered together in a spot it was broken, have it cleaned & have the prongs tightened was $31 more than this place. Fast Fix also made me aware that it also had a crack in it that they would fix. All for $31 less! And the turnover rate was super fast. I also got my ring resized & they were nice enough to give me a discount on that. My ring turned out looking even more beautiful!

I had all my watch batteries replace. Great place to have your watch battery replace and have your ring size. The ring comes back looking brand new. I will not take it anywhere else. Their customer service is second to none.

I have worked for multiple fast fix locations over the years while in undergrad and now while in grad school. I am proud that I can attest to the high level of integrity and workmanship. Andy, the manager at the Northeast Mall location, went to school for two years in Paris, Texas to earn his superior skills as a jeweler. For watches, they also reseal the gasket inside the watch so the rubber does not dry-rot and compromise water resistance. I am proud of where I work because honesty and quality are not as easy to find these days. Please stop by!

I did not plan on going here I have a jeweler but they were closed unexpectedly when I needed them to repair a gold locket for my special needs daughter. I was in such a time crunch I was literally running. Lindsey answered the phone and guided me where best to park and walk in the mall to find them, heck she even came and met me to escort me to the shop. She looked over the broken necklace latch determined quickly it was nothing serious and did her magic in a flash. I was in and out in under 5 minutes and the best part they would not even charge me yes they did it for free...who does that anymore? Truly made my day. Great and fast service with a smile and then no charge. Wow my jeweler just got serious competition. I also read the other reviews before posting mine and I understand you cant be all things to all people but it appears this place is moving towards being a top tier place to bring your jewelry for repair and care. I hope this company will be smart and keep Lindsey while also locating and developing many new employees who will embody the platinum level customer service Lindsey provided me.

This is the only place I will take we will take our watches and jewelry. They are quick, and always do a great job. The lady who is usually there when I go in is so sweet and knowledgable. She replaced all my watch batteries in like 10 minutes, and cleaned my sunglasses for me 😀.

After talking to 3 jewlers at big names and being told that the only way to size my ring is to cut it ($75) or put sizing beads ($150), it was nice to know that compression could have been done easily ($59.99). Only took him 30 mins to complete vs the 3 weeks the other places told me. Will be sending business their way for sure.

We were referred to Fast-Fix by WalMart optical while trying to get my wifes glasses fixed. We were not disappointed, Fast-Fix did a great job, and you cannot tell they had to solder on the eye glass frame at all. Great job!

Update 4/30/19: I went in to have a Lifetime Warranty battery replaced in one of my wifes watches. I was in and out in less than three minutes. They keep setting the bar higher and higher. Not sure how they will out do themselves the next time. These guys are FANTASTIC and worth every penny I have spent on Lifetime battery warranties for five watches.These guys are great and live up to their name. I have taken in my wifes watches and jewelry and everything has been taken care of quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable rate. They have made repairs to Kays jewelry that Kays cannot fix. I get the lifetime replacement on watch batteries. It is a bit more expensive but they cover it any time I need to have a battery replaced. I would give them six stars if available.May 2018: another visit here (because Fast Fix is my first thought when I need jewelry fixed, etc). Free battery replacement on lifetime battery: expectation met.I had a ring of my wifes that yet another stone had come out of and Kays wont fix it (even though I paid for lifetime warranty). These guys fixed it for free and they didnt even sell me the piece.If you are not using this shop you are cheating yourself out of good value and great service. This is what customer service is about.

Ive been using this wonderful place for years. Recently, I inherited a beautiful family ring that needed a diamond replaced & a special polishing. My husband and I are on a budget like most so I was afraid I wouldnt be able to have it done for awhile BUT it was so affordable & I had it all done within one hour the same evening I took it in. I could only afford a cz to be put in but it wouldnt have matched the real diamonds so because they were small clusters he put in a real diamond so it would all match & didnt charge any extra. Needless to say I went in at 7 and by 8 I had my sentimental ring all beautiful again & it was so inexpensive!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!! This means more to me than you know!!!

Wasted my time. I first called to see if they could take a look at my unresponsive watch and they said yeah bring it in and well give you a good quote (whatever that means) Sure enough I go in, The lady at the front is nice. But the Chinese man in the back is FOS. Dropped it off told me it would be an hour to see if they could repair my automatic watch. So I walk around the mall for an hour. Came back and the guy didnt even do anything, he just said we can take it apart and clean it for $350 and that will fix it. Why did you not just tell me that when I dropped it off? WASTED TIME! Sad part is ive done business with them before, but no more. Find another place to take your valuables.

Rude.Two years ago I bought batteries for two watches. One of the batteries died inside the three year warranty. When I took it in the man behind the counter (who seemed more interested in his IPhone than me) scoffed and remarked hed replace it IF it was the same watch. I dont know who he is, but accusing people of stealing from you without proof or even a reason for suspicion is ruder than rude.I wont be back. If the warranty comes with an automatic accusation of theft from some jerk with an iPhone fetish, I can find somewhere else to go.

Worst place.went to remove straps from a watch n they charged $25. Told to go shop for 10 mins, but i insisted and it was fixed within 2 min.You cant charge that much just to remove straps.Thats ridiculous.I dont recommend this place.

I had a 14k white gold rope chain an 14k white gold cross that I brought in Saturday night to get fixed. I walked in an they quited me just at $100 to replace a small end piece an fix the cross. Which was a good deal how ever I picked the chain up from them 25 minutes later, paid for my repair put the chain on an went home. When i got home I realized it was not the same chain that I brought to them. I have a 14k gold chain that was the same size an lenght as the white gold one I brought in for them to fix. I figured they may of mixed mine up with another one so I called an spike with the owner an he told me I should have noticed before I walked out. Which is hard to do being I dont walk around with a scale an tape massure. I tried explaing to him how i Know its not the same one an that I work out of town thats why i couldnt come in an he was very rude about it. Very poor customer service.
