My friend and I made a visit to the store to get a graduation present for a dear friend of ours. While I was mildly upset that they did not have any graduation outfits Aubry was extremely helpful and understanding. I appreciate that we were not judged at all for our purchase of the happy birthday bear with the my little pony song, boxers, and a how to train your dragon shirt. It was a very welcoming environment.

This is out of business we traveled here for my sons birthday because they never updated their status only to find out it was closed

It’s not there! Used to be a kiosk, but no longer there. No storefront at this mall. Better off going to Arlington or Dallas

My best friend and I went today to get her a Stitch and myself a Fluttershy. We were nervous going in knowing it was a kiosk rather than a full out location and seeing the reviews on Google. However, our technician was Adrian and they were awesome every step of the way. They were jovial and didn’t seem phased at all that we were in our twenties, and wanted to make the experience memorable for us! Had us double check our stuffies were stuffed to our chosen perfection and didn’t rush us to check out when we were browsing clothes. Also, must say, a stellar job at social distancing. Masks wore appropriately over the mouth and nose and fitted correctly, and they always kept 6ft of space between us. Aubry also helped check us out and they were so delightful as well! Over all a wonderful experience, don’t let the open lay out phase you!

No place to sit. Not a store but a kiosk in the middle of themall.

If I could give this place zero stars I would this is the absolute worst build a bear location I have ever seen. The staff is extremely rude, impatient and the manager is by far the worst. They all clearly do not like children so I am having a hard time understanding why work a job where youre interacting with children the whole time if you hate them. Please please please do yourself a favor and take your children to a real build a bear store this kiosk is absolutely not worth your money.

I have to drive back. Bicos the lady change more than what I buy.Plus I want buy more and she don’t want sell more to me.Bicos she said her next shipment isn’t on 3 more weeks. And she only have that bears :(

Please be aware, this is a mall kiosk, NOT a store front. Took my son there for a birthday bear, and let’s just say I was not impressed. It’s loud and chaotic, and the mall worker employed made no attempt to create the build a bear experience I’m use to from other locations. Do yourself a favor and just drive farther to a different build a bear.

Really bad service, they want to make you buy what they want not what you like. The items my son choose they say not for sale only on birthday days.
