Quality install at reasonable price but do not buy their wood look doors because they fade in a few years (of course after the warranty period). Their sales people will tell you, Oh, they wont fade but they absolutely do. See photos. Save your hard earned money and just get a plain garage door from them that you can paint to match your house.

This place provides simple, honest and no BS service.The technician (Chris) that came to the house to repair a bad cable was very friendly, super knowledgeable (clearly has been in the business for a very long time which is a good sign), and wasnt there to try to sell me anything. Chris made a good impression right up front and represented the company well. Just great service and provided lots of good information to all of my questions.In an area of Texas where there are dozens of garage door companies trying to take advantage of folks it is great to find a company that is there to simply provide good service, reasonable pricing (and very honest and UP FRONT pricing) and answer questions.I have dealt with another local door company that likes to advertise they are a family-focused business with Christian values but certainly had no problems taking advantage of people during an after-hours call for repairs. So, finding a place like Open Up Garage doors is refreshing and (to be honest) a load of our shoulders knowing we can rely on them for honest service in the future.We will be calling on Open Up (Charlie Brown Garage Door) for all upcoming service needs (and door replacement.)

After getting the runaround from Lowes (they were going to take 2 months to replace the door) I found Open Up. I visited their showroom and their staff was very friendly. They had the door I needed in stock and were out the next morning to install it. Im very happy with the door the price and the service.

I reashearched many different companies before choosing this one. I like the fact that it is been in business for more than 10 years and that it has had the same owner. It is family run, and they treat you like family. They have a showroom so that you can see and feel the products. Listen to the door open and close. See tru color other than just in the books. They also will digitally put the doors on your house. They were on time, nice, and cleaned up like they were never there. This company was also the most reasonably priced with experience. I don’t often right reviews but I read them all the time. I wanted to let people know that I would recommend this company to my family and friends. If you have a quote from another company at least go and meet them and they can come out and give you a free quote.P.s. This may sound like an add for them, it’s not, and They did not ask me to write it. I am just one happy customer :)
