The gentleman that worked there answered all my questions and showed me the options within my budget. He was friendly knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service! I ended up getting my son a bed and mattress as well as myself ( a mattress) for a great price! Excellent quality! I had just walked out of a local competitor after they yelled at my son for bouncing on 1 of the mattresses ( to test) they also never bothered to greet me other than from the counter. So I left and spent my money at a worthy place!

Danielle got me a great queen box spring when other stores couldnt. While in store, we found a futon bunk bed that will be awesome in my sons room. Will definitely come back and avoid big box stores or chain retailers.

I love this little store. First off they do sort the veterans buy offering a 5% discount! Second the quality for the price you pay is phenomenal. If you purchase something and it breaks they will do their very best to fix your issue. My most recent purchase was a storage bed for my master bedroom, which was unfortunately out of stock.... pandemic issues. But as soon as they found out that they could not get what i paid for the issue was resolved by finding me a perfect storage bed so my delivery date was only postponed by one day! Id seen this place for years and always wondered about what they had in stock when I first went in and boy can I see why its been here for so long! Incredibly friendly and kind staff who helped me through all of my questions as well as going out of the way to ensure I got what I needed. Clearly, this team cares about customer service and engagment, as I felt absolutely zero pressure when trying to decide on my purchase. 5 stars and will definitely come back to get one of those custom pillows that wowed me when I get the chance!

My husband and my two young children and I came to the store knowing exactly what we wanted so I knew it shouldn’t take too long. We were greeted after a few minutes while Jim was talking to other customers that were already there. When he came to us we were the only ones in the store. We told him exactly what we wanted and even picked it out in the book they had in-store. Soon after a caucasian family walked in he greeted them immediately and told us “hey let me help these folks really quick” we waited and waited while he stood there talking to this other family. I asked my husband “so he’s just going to help them while we stand here and not come back?” Im 7 months pregnant so I really didn’t want to stand there for too long. We knew what we wanted so why couldn’t he just finish up with us so that we could be on our way? I know that when other customers come in it’s only right to greet them but he just totally ignored us after they walked in and never came back to us. You know it’s wrong when your child asks “mommy why did he stop talking to us?” I was ready to just take my money/business elsewhere then a woman came out and spoke to us and got us together. I really was about to tell him how rude he was and how I felt however with me being 7 months pregnant I didn’t even want to waste my energy. Customer service is EVERYTHING to me and if I have a bad experience then that’s it. My mom and 2 sisters were looking for a place to buy a mattress/bed set this won’t be the place that I will recommend for them. I don’t want them to see the difference in service because we weren’t Caucasian.

After a negative experience at another mattress vendor where none of the employees were wearing masks (in violation of state and local laws) and quoted me outrageous prices, we found this place as the only other retailer for the particular mattress we were looking for. The owner spoke with me over the phone, was respectful, honest, and responsive. He explained the current manufacturing & processing times, followed up and gave us all the information for us to feel comfortable buying 5 mattresses. Reading all the other reviews, I can see that they are a principled business, genuinely strive to deliver the best service to their customers, and act with concern for their employees and community. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

I was looking for a bed and mattress for a guest room and needed immediate delivery. After several friends highly recommending Heavenly Sleep Shoppe, I stopped in and met Danielle. She jumped right into the search and after an hour and a half of going through books and making calls we found a great choice in both bed and a mattress. Even during the 2020 pandemic, Heavenly Sleep Shoppe was able to provide us a great option at a great price without having to wait for months. I will never go back to big box stores for mattress needs!

They have a surprising amount of mattresses/chairs and the pricing is very competitive for the quality/selection they have. I walked out the store with a full sized beanbag chair for around $60 and it’s exactly what I was looking for to fill out my bedroom. You can even get customized pillows to your specific needs.

Also today, a gentleman by the name of Ken.Nice folks.No pressure sales.And knowledgeable on all the products they represent, and sell.

Got an ottoman cheaper than I would have gotten at Walmart, and it was a quality item. The service is great. Mr. Jim was very welcoming and accommodating. The prices for everything is very reasonable. I reccomend this place if you need mattresses, futons, bean bags at a ton of other inventory.
