Not pushy sales people, they let you make your decisions. Store closing and they stayed and were happy to do so. Great work by the manager on site thanks for making the extra effort when u changed my mind.
The manager at NE Mall, William was very courteous and addressed our needs immediately. They were resolved before we left the store. He definitely values his customers. And even remembered us when we walked in. We will DEFINITELY be back when its time to upgrade my ring.
I wouldn’t even give this place one star... “I can only guarantee the ring if it doesn’t leave the store” is what the Gm/Gemologist William told us after we were having issues with the Leo engagement ring, that HE GUARANTEED AND SOLD and said we would have no issues with! We sent my engagement ring and wedding band of to get resized.1st of all they were late getting my ring back to me. When I called to check on them the lady who answered was so rude! She told me it’ll get there when it get there. After it was late.2nd When we got both rings back the wedding band was missing a diamond out. My engagement ring lost 3 of the diamonds in less then a week and I was in a sling!3rd They ordered a brand new ring for me and we were going to turn in the original and the paper work. My fiancé was comparing the paper work and they were going to give us a SI2 diamond when my original ring has a VS1. We said something to Stacey(the sweetest associate ever) about the lower quality diamond not being what we paid and he complained agreed and went to William the only Gemologist there and he said “wow they are really still complaining” We weren’t complaining we just wanted what we had paid for. The William then came over and proceeded to tell us all the problems we caused by us. As soon as he said that I told them I to return all 3 Leo rings and that I no longer wanted them. Stacey and Alex the other associates apologized many times for their Bosses behavior.I have never been so upset and disappointed at a Jewelry store. Engagements are supposed to be a happy relaxing time and that is not what William made it. We will definitely not be going back to Kay’s. Pay attention and do your research!!

My heart hurts because this location continues to put me off about my engagement ring. I entrusted Kays to size my ring down before the virus( doing this time stores closed for 2 months and I emailed William the store manager but no response) and its almost 30 days after the virus that Ive been waiting. Here are the problems:1. Received a call that my ring was ready for pickup2. 5 minutes later I received another call that the prongs are loose and the diamond is not staying.3. I was told that they would have to send it back to repair which would take another 2 weeks.4. Called corporate and was told that my ring came from the Pawn Shop, ( how would she know and who cares and by the way your wrong) its my ring.5. So now after my ring has sat there another 2 weeks Im told that the vendor used for my size diamond does not know when they will get the diamond in.6. I have my daughters graduation and my wedding in a week but no ring and all I get is I apologize, I apologize, I apologize but no results.So basically if you want your jewelry in a timely manner please choose someone else because you will not get your pieces on time . Unacceptable, unacceptable, unacceptable

Some of the most helpful staff Ive experienced. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to get for my girlfriend at the time. The staff were so friendly and helpful they made it so easy and I got approved for credit which made life easier. They helped me make my proposal so special and with free cleanings and diamond checks who wouldnt go here? Yes its expensive but it was worth it!
Really appreciated the staff here. I took a chance they may have an odd item I was looking for and though they instantly knew they didnt have it, they asked many questions to help get a detailed idea of what I wanted and suggested multiple places I could look. I have shopped at other Kay stores before and found them trustworthy and knowledgeable, but these people at this location went far beyond what I expected. Will be shopping here in the future should I need any jewelry or cleaning/repair jobs done.
Ben and Roxy went above and beyond for me, when it came to repairing my late husbands wedding ring. It came back on time as promised, and Ben helped me pick out a gorgeous sterling silver rope chain to hang the ring on. I couldnt have asked for a better experience, and I am forever grateful.

Dropped my ring off for repair and received some of the best customer service Ive had by a young lady named Dash. She is friendly, engaging and so helpful. Such a refreshing experience to encounter in this day and age. Thanks Dash! I will be returning

I dropped my watch for an estimate on December 2nd 2019 and they told me will take 30 days to come back if I decide to fix it, or less if you decided not to.few days later I got the estimated value for the repair and it was over priced ( at least for me) I rather buy new movado watch.On Jan 1st I went to the store myself and the watch wasnt there. ( call back tomorrow, employees said that)2 weeks later I called and nothing was returned from movadoEveryone says call back later and nothing happened.Just wondering how long will take after the 1st 30 days are over.And who should I contact for an accurate information.
The Kay Jewelers associates are always super nice and accomidating. They go out of their way to help you in addition to the services you came in for. Also, love, love, love the designs of their rings. They are so unique.
This was my first time shopping at Kays, so i thought this would determine if i would become a repeat customer or not. I made a purchase for my husband which turned out to be the wrong size so I had to return my purchase. Janel W. and Kayle McG., made my experince so pleasant that I hated to make the return. They never showed signs of being annoyed with my return, nor interrogated me as to why I was returning. I really appreciate the service that I was provided and because of that I will return as a repeat customer.

Went in this afternoon to get a ring reshaped--it has a lot of sentimental value and was bent badly enough that it wouldnt fit on my finger anymore. The team at Kay Jewelers fixed it in the store in thirty seconds flat, free of charge! So thankful for the wonderful service I received from Ben, Dash, and Diamond. Yall rock!!!
We had an amazing experience with the lovely Dash. Originally just went in to get a quick ring cleaning and browse for Valentine’s Day gifts, we went across to another jeweler but quickly came back and purchased three beautiful pieces with her because she was so sweet and inviting! Definitely recommend asking to shop with her on your next visit!

I had a terrible experience with Kay and with the manager at this location. They had my ring for 8 weeks and every two weeks they told me it was ready but when I went there was nothing fixed. They added stones and after this, half the ring was darker. I spoke with the manager twice and when I went in again the manager avoided me and looked at me like an angry child. After 8 weeks my ring is better but still not fixed to what it was like before they added the stones. I took my ring but I am very upset and will be taking more steps.

Bought a ring online shipped to store. Prong broke next day. They said hold onto it until replacment came in the day (2 wls later) it was suppose to be in i got a call saying order was cancelled by accident. The proceeded to reorder from different store . Week later i went to pick up ring . I got home and ring didnt fit. I measured it. It was 2 sizes too small. Know instead or reordering they want to resize it. And resizing means the strength is weakened . They say one sizing will not affect but common sense says any stretching of metals makes it weaker . I just want the ring as i ordered it. This is ridiculous. About to go and just ask for refund. Will comment on how that goes. I really have no faith if this many problems with them sizing it. Only to possibly have to deal with another issue. I will never buy from them again..

Very good attention, the boy who attended me is very friendly and it is seen that he has a lot of experience because he is well informed about when a jewel began to appear and when they began to discontinue it. Besides, they clean your jewelry periodically.
