I Love this store… My favorite bead store of all times is in Austin off South Lamarr and if you know it you know how amazing it is… So I have to admit I have high expectations in bead and jewelry making stores. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with smart parts. It’s got great quality products plus she has really great inventory and her inventory matches almost identically up with her website so you don’t show up and it’s not there plus she’s incorporated all the new projects you can do with making jewelry and not only does she have everything there to do at work but but she can also explain and help you with pretty much any project the lady who owns it is amazing. And I’m someone who absolutely hates asking for help but I know if I don’t ask I am missing out on some neat trick or some tip or easy way of doing it it’s crazy I love the store to I’ll shut up! This place is an absolute joy for crafters who especially love jewelry making. Everyone who works there is so sweet and easy to talk to. You can ask questions and get opinions and not feel intimidated by the skill level of people around you. Its a gold mine for new ideas, which is great in itself, but they also host classes (not just for jewelry). They also have a huge catalog online of things they can order for you that may not be in the store. Smart Parts is a fantastic resource for creative people who want to shop local. 🥰

I love this store! Its smaller, but still has a great selection and variety, and all the ladies who work here are very friendly and helpful, and definitely go out of their way to help you find what you need for whatever project your working on.

If you need something for crafts.. come here! They had very unique things that would be hard to find at a store. I recommend coming and checking it out! Also if you are looking for beads, and Michaels isnt cutting it, then get over there!! Beads galore.

I randomly Googled a craft store that was on my route home from work! Im soooo happy I found this shop! The owner is sooo nice and helpful!! She is very knowledgeable in her products! Im just starting out in jewelry making and she helped me a lot!! She even gave me a quick little class in knotting while I was checking out! The store is very clean and organized! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the bead selection is beautiful and very cost efficient! Definitely my new favorite jewelry store! I participated in a class there and learned cool stuff and had so much fun!

If you are a crafter you have got to check out Smart Parts Crafts. They have a wide assortment of beads and crafting tools. They also have and will be expanding CLASSES! They have teachers that teach everything from jewelry to intricate bead art. The price range for the classes are reasonable. One class was $10 and focussed on assert worth paint chips. Help support a small business in the HEB community. Ill post pictures next time i drop by.
