My wife and I have been renovating our home, and earlier this year we went to iStone to check out their countertops.From the moment we walked in our entire experience was phenomenal. AJ took a lot of time out of his busy schedule to spend time with us helping to make sure we found the perfect countertops for our budget and style. He really made us feel valued as his customers.We had already picked flooring out at another store, but when I saw the same floor at iStone AJ did everything he could to work me out a better deal and he even had all the flooring delivered and unloaded at my house (the other place was going to have me pick the floors up myself as I was doing my own installation).The amount of time from ordering to delivery and installation of the countertops was MUCH quicker than we anticipated, and we couldn’t be happier. I even had a change order after everything had already been delivered and installed and AJ went out of his way to make it happen for me.My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the service and attention we received from AJ and iStone Floors. We highly recommend them to anyone!!!*Things are a little messy as we finish up our renovations, but pictures will be posted soon to show the amazing work!*

We recently decided to renovate our kitchen and back living. After meeting with several contractors, cabinet companies, and granite companies, we decided to go with Rick and iStone Floors for opening a wall, electrical, plumbing, granite, and tile/wood floor work. Rick, AJ, and everyone associated with iStone was professional, on time, and did a fantastic job. Quality work, courtesy, and professionalism are hard to find these days-We found it all at iStone. We used Cabinets to Go in Irving for the cabinets-Tim there is great, as is Paul Campanello the installer. Very pleased with the results!!

Great experience! We had bathroom counter put in March 2017. See pics! Everything iStone promised they would do... they did. We stopped in one week and the next week we had new counters! The installers were very professional. Our salesperson even came by the house when they were installing the counters to check and make sure all was going well. They were great about answering our questions and every time we called or texted they called right back. They made it all so simple. They did a great job and were very fairly priced. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Great, honest and reliable company!! My house was huge job as it flooded and then a different contractor made it worse. IStone reinstalled all new hardwood proplery and beautifully and new baseboards! They worked diligently and always kept me up to date in everything that was going on and the timeline for my floors. My floors are absolutely more beautiful now than even the originals were!! I will use them again in the future if we need to redo other rooms. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent work!AJ was very patient with me and my wife as we took awhile to decide what we wanted to replace our water damaged floors with (insurance did not cover so the money spent was all ours which makes the process harder of course).AJ explained everything in detail. He provided us with several great options. AJ explained the process to us and the timeframe involved for the work to get completed. They were very kind, courteous, and professional. Their attention to detail was obvious and appreciated.They showed great respect for our home and our furniture.The process of replacing your home’s flooring is a big one (we had never done this before), and seeing your home stripped to the concrete is definitely a bit unsettling, but I was calmed by the communication and care that his crew showed.When they left our home on the first day (and all the others) they were very thoughtful in regards to making sure everything looked as organized and put together as possible. We recently purchased a lake home east of Dallas, and AJ was willing to send a crew to help us replace the old carpet with a beautiful, hickory engineered wood. At first, I was not sure about what I wanted, and he was patient to help me understand the different kinds of wood and choose the best one for my situation and budget. The crew was professional and did a great job of installation and clean-up. My highest criteria in choosing people to work in my home is that they are trustworthy, and AJ and his team fulfilled that requirement with flying colors!

I had quartz countertops installed in my kitchen by iStone Floors in August 2017. We installed 3 cm counters. I had checked out multiple providers for the countertops and all were fairly close in price for materials and installation although iStone was slightly lower. My daughter had quartz countertops installed at her house by another company in Southlake and I was shocked at the poor quality of the installation. Not only could you easily see the seams you could feel them when you run your hand over the counter.I told AJ about this and that I was concerned about my installation. What sold me was AJs comment that he has been using the best installers in the business, they keep their tools in excellent condition and when they are finished we won’t be able to see the seams. Talk is cheap, but I needed to trust him and I am glad I did. His installers were professional, completed the job in several hours including cutting holes for an mounting a new kitchen faucet and the spout for instant hot water dispenser. They cleaned up theirs work meticulously. When they were done, I looked at the countertops and could not see or feel the seams. They pointed them out to me. I was very impressed.I will try to post pictures of my Daughter’s countertop - mostly white with grey streaks and my countertops - grey mottled finish.

I had a very similar experience as another reviewer below. I originally contacted them for a new bathroom countertop. They had samples of remnant pieces they said were available at their shop in Dallas. We liked one that they had so I wrote them a check for installation the next day. I asked if I could borrow the sample to pick out tile in the meantime and they agreed. I started looking for tile at a few places, then a few days later they asked for the sample back so they could make sure the sample we had matched the remnant piece at their shop in Dallas. Maybe a day or two later someone came and took measurements, but he took measurements of the countertop that I was looking to replace, and not the actual vanity cabinet itself. That was the first red flag, because the old countertop we were looking to replace was installed crooked and the overhang was uneven left to right, and they did not even notice until I said something after he finished measuring. If they had gone off the old countertop measurements I was looking to replace only instead of the cabinet, it would have been installed crooked like the old countertop. Maybe a week had passed and I had not heard anything, so I called them and they said something had come up and they still need to check to make sure the remnant piece that they had matched the sample that we liked. Then maybe ANOTHER week had passed, and I received a text saying I need to drive to their shop in Dallas to make sure the remnant piece matches before they begin fabrication. At that point I had enough and started looking at other places. We ended up getting a similar countertop for cheaper somewhere else, and cancelled the check before it was deposited. Its probably been over a month and have not even heard from them. Very unprofessional...
