Great store for scifi/movie/video game/anime/cartoon collectibles. Staff is great and very well versed on their products. Was super impressed that, when they didnt have what we were looking for, they were able to point us to another store that did. Will definitely be back for more merchandise in the future!

Love this store, but theyre closing down. Very little inventory left.

Love the idea and the content in this store. But the staff was completely focused on their cell instead of the customers. I had a item in my hand I was ready to check out I looked up and the cashier was gone to the T-shirt section of the store texting away on her phone. Stood their for a minute or two to see if she would look up but all she did was take a step forward with out even breaking eye contact with her phone. So I left the item on the counter and just walked out it’s really hard for me to find shirts I like to wear casually.

Superb store and service. Loved the action figures. The big Hulk for almost 20 grand was sooo cool. Maybe get a protective gate to go around it and a sign that says not to touch.

Amazing customer service, kind employees, went above and beyond the call of duty.

Closing the location. 20 to 30% off all inventory. Not a whole lot left.

Cool store for all your geek needs. From clothing, to figures, and all kinds of collectibles, you can find it here. They dont carry everything that the site carries, but its still a good variety. The staff was super friendly and helpful when we were there.

Love this place! Geeks play room full of fun toys to buy or add to your wishlist. Not as well stocked as the website, but they cant really be faulted for that.

Didn’t really like the selection but the female sales associate was super nice and helpful. So nice to see a woman in a gaming related store. Felt totally welcome there and found a few things for my husband and stuff I wanted too. Totally would go again.

I want to own everything in this store! Star Trek, Star Wars, Marvel, Harry Potter, Five Night at Freddys, Funko, just so much more! And, their prices are fantastic. Found the perfect gift for my sons birthday today.

This store is kinda fun for the few that enjoy it, but for the most part it is an overpriced place to find collector items that currently are worth nothing and probably always will be worth nothing. This is where you go to buy a gift and leave thinking i bet i could have found it cheaper elsewhere.

This place is geek heaven! I could easily spend a couple hours browsing all the different goodies in this store. From shirts to figures, decor, and more this place has it all. The staff here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and genuinely feel like they are having fun. You have to check this place out.

This place is great! It has the perfect amount of new and old collectables to intrigue the whole family. The employees are more than willing to help you look for stuff and they seem like they ACTUALLY love their job, which adds to the atmosphere. Would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

Aubrey was a wonderful employee. Patient, knowledgeable, and polite. Theres always something cool in a Think Geek ;)

Dont go out of your way to go to this location. Associates are not helpful at all. Just stand around and dont help customers. Overpriced pops alot cheaper on amazon.

Amazing store, so much fun. Wish that it was bigger with more items. Only about 5-10% of the items found on the website are available on store. That number needs to be increased to 80-90%.

A very fun place to visit and shop! They have fandoms of all types, you can find most anything there! And the staff is so kind, knowledgeable and helpful as well! Definately will be back soon.

Not any of the cool stuff from their website. Mostly posters, socks, tshirts. Souvenir type things. I drove down there specifically to see all of the cool little gadgets I have been ordering online for years. In addition to disappointing selection, the store was a mess. Typical fad mall store.

AWESOME. Marvel, DC, rick and morty, you name it they have it. Superheroes to villains, t-shirts to toys, action figures to dolls this is the place for any marvel or DC fan

Geek Central. If youre into stuff related to pop culture films/shows/sagas then this place is for you. The best part is that their prices and specials are on the reasonable side so its difficult to resist making a purchase (youve been warned).

They had a big section of clarence items which had the yellow clarence stickers. What was stupid, was the fact that the Clarence Price was exactly the same as the regular price. I asked if there was a percentage off but the workers said it was as marked...what a joke, how can something be on Clarence if it is normal price?

I had no idea ThinkGeek had physical stores until I stumbled into this one. Its a small store but so wonderful, they have merchandise Ive seen on the website and life-size collectibles like a full size Ironman and Jon Snow to greet you walking in. The staff was super friendly and geeked out with me. Ill definitely be back.

Lots of fun useless stuff

There are some niche items we really enjoyed, but they are way over-priced, the store is crowded, and it smells so badly in there (funky). Theyre owned by GameStop which means theyre going to charge a lot for an item you could find online. Theyre friendly, however, which is why I gave a 2nd star.

My son and I are huge collectors of Jakks Toys World Of Nintendo 4 figure lines. Most of the usual retailers stopped carrying these so I started looking elsewhere. Found out that ThinkGeek not only carries these, but they also have the new waves in stock. We had been searching for the new wave for quite some time and yesterday 4/22 we went into this location at Northeast Mall and found one of the figures on the shelves! I asked an employee about other figures and he said they were out of stock but he offered to take my name and phone number down to notify me when the new figures came. I stayed to shop around a bit and he shortly after came up to me to notify me that he looked at his inventory and one of the other figures showed ONE in stock so he went to the back to dig around and BAM! sure enough he found the other figure we were looking for. Want to give a huge thumbs up to Jesse (or Jessie?)who said he was one of the managers of the store. He went above and beyond to help us out and clearly understands the passion some of US nerds have for collectibles. Im not sure they couldve hired a more fitting employee for that position. Ill be back regularly to this location from now on.

The store is, as usual, great and interesting, especially for nerds like me. However, in my personal experience with this store, I found out the employees here take part in what most would call unfair/unethical practices.I was searching for a particular collectible and struck up a conversation with an employee. I asked if they had it in stock and he replied no, they don’t. However, they did have it in stock only for himself to buy it immediately. He also bragged his manager does such things too on limited quantity items. I was absolutely appalled at the thought this store could care less about its customers. If you are a serious collector of anything limited release, do not go here. It will waste your time.

Worst customer service, it’s ridiculous they won’t honor their online prices In-store for the exact same product. They tried to give me a lame excuse as to why they couldn’t do it, yet they have an option to purchase online and pick up in store. Shipping to pick up in store costs $9.00. Ridiculous

First off the product and staff are amazing. I am hoping this is merely a test run store for the Dallas region as the store is far too small to feel comfortable shopping in without constantly being bumped into. I hope that we get to see THINKGEEK stores throughout the metroplex and would love to see a larger flagship store in NorthPark or Galleria.

I found a hat that I was gonna buy . It was marked one price. I got up there and they said it had the wrong price . Needless to say I did not buy it . I called the store manager . She acted like she did not care. Pathetic customer service .
