I placed a mobile order and although the drive thru, was long, my Frappuccino wasnt left out to melt away as the line moved. The young lady at the window was very polite and made for an enjoyable visit.

DO NOT EXPECT A FAST EXPERIENCE. If youre in a rush or need to be to work on time go to the one farther down 183. Everytime I order (even mobile orders) I end up waiting at least 10 minutes.Today at 545am there were only 2 people in front of me in the drive thru, I place an mobile order so my drink was ready. The person directly in front of me had an issue I guess because they were in line for 15+ minutes instead of having them pull forward to resolve the issue. Me and the guy behind me were stuck in the drive thru the whole time and I was then late for work.
I will say, I hardly go to this location because the lines are always RIDICULOUS.. but the customer service is AMAZING always. Everyone is kind and sweet. I would suggest doing the mobile app prior if you want to visit this location.

Young lady was awesome. They didnt have the syrup my wife wanted so the made something else for her. The lady said it was on the house to make sure she was happy. Will go back to this location again.

Liz was an absolute angel. I was a little mixed up in the drive thru. (So sorry to be that person.) Both her and the staff still took amazing care of me and got me through quickly with my drinks tasting perfect. They even wrote a nice birthday note on my cup.
I went through the drive thru today… It was awful! It took them nearly 7 minutes just to get one car through the line. Also I asked for a 1 lb. bag of coffee ground for a metal filter and they didn’t even bother to grind it, they gave it to me whole bean which is completely useless for me and I didn’t know until I got home…. NOT the starbucks experience i want or am used to, especially being a partner this wouldn’t fly at our store.
I just now went there and ordered an iced dark chocolate mocha which I get everyday and Ian said its not a thing and they only have white and regular.i have pictures of the dark chocolate mocha,they only gave me what I ordered when they saw the pics. And last week I went to Starbucks and I didnt pay with stars,yet 132 stars got stolen. Please work on your customer service.
Decided to take my business elsewhere...the mask mandate is OVER!...yet Starbucks with there ALL KNOWING, ALL SEEING Oracle has made a decision to keep the inside cafes closed. Its summer...the pandemic is over...this is politics at its finest. Loving that $1.00 sweet tea at McDees!

I visited about a month ago. The server on the drive thru was so nice, polite and friendly . His attitude was acceptional. While waiting for my drink, he kept me busy by sharing his stories. My visit was so pleasant.
Greatest Starbucks in America. I’ve been to more Starbucks than I’ve been to Targets in my life...and that’s saying a lot. And let me tell you, this store puts the STAR in Starbucks. In fact, they should be called 5STARbucks. From the staff who remembers my name and order to the manager who greets everyone with a smile. The only thing sweeter than the vanilla cream cold brew is the service and excellence held by each employee.Sure, they are busy. But so is Disneyland. It’s worth waiting a few minutes to receive the caffeine-filled nectar from heaven.
Kinda gross place. Drinks are not great, and drive thru is slow. BUT the people there are very nice and great to interact with
I ordered right after my friend and it took almost 7 minutes longer to get. The processing of orders in drive thru over those in person when there is 5 plus employees working is not cool.I love my refreshers, but service for inside store is not great!
Today I sat in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes. When I got to the window, my Frap was melted, waited for the Bacon Gouda, finally got out, tried to eat it and the middle was still very cold. Very disappointed today. I got in line at 8:30, placed my order at 8:41 got to the window at 8:50 am. When I got in line, there were only 2 cars in front of me. After waiting to move for 8 minutes I was boxed in and could not get out.
Long line on front thru, but it went fast. Staff member was pleasant.

Today, May 30, 2021, I waited 30 minutes for my no bill order. Inside there were 5 other people also waiting, Also fuming due to waiting 20+ minutes for the mobile order. After much exasperation, everyone starts voicing their complaint. The barista (a young man with glasses) tells everyone that, “ everyone that placed a “MOBILE ORDER” has to now come in and say that they are here AND THEN WE WILL START MAKING THE ORDERS”....I think he said that it was because people wouldn’t take others drinks, not too sure on the why....Needless to say everyone popped off in anger. It just doesn’t make any since, because it’s never worked that way and clients should be expected to read minds and know that. All 5+ people had their stickers UNSTARTED, not even on a cup 😡🤯🤯🤯. I just walked out after waiting for 30 whole minutes. No exaggeration.If you put in a mobile order, please go in and verbalize that you are there.
This place is great! I did an online order and it was ready for me when I got there. I did an online order at another location and I had to wait almost an hour after I got there for my order.

Come here if you want to wait for 35 minutes in the drive through. Management needs to hire staff to adequately meet the demand, or they shouldn’t be granted a franchise.
Overall Id consider this a decent Starbucks. Its a relatively new building and is very well kept. The seating area inside is spaciously designed so it doesnt feel cramped like other Starbucks can be. My two biggest complaints are speed and the staff not knowing what a black iced coffee is. By default they put sweetener into their iced coffee. I always order it black but at least 50% of the time they would still put in sweetener. I normally visit on the weekends and they have a tendency to take a while, both at the cashier station and preparing drinks. I think its a combination of some new staff recently and just not having adequate staff available. Im rarely ever in a rush but it can be frustrating to wait 5 to 10 minutes for an iced coffee because there is only one person making drinks and two people just standing around at the drive thru window waiting for that one person to make the drinks they need as well as drinks for lobby customers.

Very convenient location. There is almost always a long drive-thru line at this location. Indoor seating is closed but you can still go in and order. Outdoor seating is still available. This site is practicing very good safety hygiene. Staff was quick and friendly at counter.

Long line when I got to the window my order was wrong. She tried to give it to me anyway. I told her that there was no carmel. So they just piled it on top of the whipped cream. And tried to give it to me. I had to tell her I wanted it made correctly.
This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. It’s convenient on my way to appointments and shopping. I have never had a bad experience here. The customer service is outstanding. The Baristas are always nice, happy, positive, and never forget to ask those additional items to add such as sweetener and cream. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
This is the best Starbucks! I had an issue with my car today in the drive thru. My car basically died while in line. PJ and Tessa are always awesome but today they went above and beyond!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!
My son and I went here yesterday, I got two matcha lattes and two cake pops. I asked for two of your finest cake pops please and on the cake pop paper bag it says the 2 finest cake pops in alllll the land! :) Im not sure what sweet little soul wrote this but I love you, and may God bless you.
I always love this Starbucks. Dont remember ever getting a wrong order. The employees are always very knowledgeable with suggestions and customizations and usually not too long on the orders for how busy of a Starbucks it is. The interior is always very clean. It is currently closed seating due to covid but you can still go inside to order.
This Starbucks has the kindest employees ever! Ive never had anyone act rude or put out in any way, even when I have a crazy order. I would come here just for them! However, for some reason, they are by far the slowest drive thru I have ever been through. I have never been through this drive thru under 5 minutes. They usually have a long line, but even when they dont, it takes an abhorrent amount of time. Ive been in a line of 2 cars and waited for 10 minutes. SO! If you have the time to wait, their staff and drinks make it worth it.

God awfull. They do not handle any sort of rush. I have been waiting in line for 15 minutes with the same five cars. I would escape if I wasn’t blocked in. Didn’t know all I had to do to get to retirement was wait in line at star bucks. Iv worked restaurants. It’s not rocket science, just poor the drink stupid. The really amazing thing is you all think your worth 15 an hour. If you want to die waiting for your coffee go to this place. I’m still at the same place in line.
This is my go-to Starbucks when driving up north on 121 from Fort Worth. Always great at making to order, usually theyre pretty quick in the drive-thru. Word of warning, though: even though this spot is right on a busy highway and intersection, they often observe odd hours or close when other locations stay open (like the Starbucks right across the parking lot in Target).
Went inside to order a Pike coffee to go. The store is very clean, the employees very friendly, and the coffee is delicious!! 🤠

This place is busy but fast! Truly my favorite Starbucks. They always have the drink that I like and despite the long line in drive thru, it goes by pretty smoothly. Not to mention the service: not only does all the baristas give impeccable, friendly service but they treat you like youre their only customer. Luv it!!

This is the slowest Starbucks ever. Lived here for over a year now and this star bucks has a long line every day all day. Then when you finally get your coffee its usually wrong. They usually add WAY too much milk/cream. The Starbucks in the target is better.
They have good sandwhiches and warm drinks. Makes for a quick meal.
I went through the drive through today and Christian was working the window, his customer service was outstanding! He was so kind and even took the time to talk to me and make conversation while my drink was being made. Just from the short conversation we had turned my bad day into a great one! Shout out to this Starbucks for hiring such great employees. The line was wrapped around the building and everyone was hustling to make sure that it didnt take very long!
I dont like this Starbucks - the employees are just a hair above rude, they obviously dont care if you are there or not, if you are happy or not, theyre slower than most stores. I go out of my way to go a different store whenever I can

This is my second time to buy something from this Starbucks. Same order both times. This visit was an improvement, they got my unmodified water correct this time. My coffee was wrong but at least I had the correct water to rinse my mouth out with. And it only took 18 minutes between ordering at the drive through to receiving the wrong drink. You guys really earned the extra star. Keep up the good work.
Made a mobile order for drinks for my family. After waiting about 10 min I went inside to get my order. I saw my drinks were made and sitting behind the counter. I waited over 10 more minutes with every employee making eye contact with me at least twice. None of them could be bothered to ask what I was waiting on. They were too busy carrying on personal conversations while they worked. Worst customer service from the group working today. Will go out of my way to go to another location or abstain from Starbucks
Trouble with getting a caramel frap with the drizzle blended in.Asked for a tell in a venti cup because of the 2 shots and extra ice. They acted like I was trying to get over when I asked for the leftovers to be put in another cup. Genius thats where my shots are dont rinse it out yet.You know shots and extra ice will overflow the venti.
Watched so many people get their order and they ordered AFTER me. Then my drink was watery. 🙄

I am a daily SB customer. This store is near my home so I visit it occasionally. Unfortunately, this store needs more employees or better management. The drivethrough is always busy and it is always slow. The mobile order is a disaster as well with 20 minute waits. We will not be going back to this location. Note, the staff is always friendly and courteous. They just dont seem equipped to handle the business at hand.
I used to come to this location all the time and it was great, but the last few times I’ve been here the drive-thru takes FOREVER. It makes me late to work every single time I have decided to come. I keep hoping it’ll improve which is why I have come back, but when I say it takes forever, I mean I am sitting in my car for 30 minutes. That’s absolutely ridiculous. I shouldn’t need to leave my house an hour early just to grab coffee before work. This location needs to get back on track. :(

This is my favorite Starbucks to come to. Even when I sometimes have to wait in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes, I don’t mind it because the customer service is always outstanding.I have a weird drink order and sometimes it’s not exactly how I like it, but I know that I’m probably just picky, plus I know not every barista makes things exactly the same. So even if it’s more bitter than I prefer, I never complain because I can just add some creamer when I get home or to work!I recommend this Starbucks because they’re always friendly and nice and if they’re not as busy, they always make conversation and make sure to ask how my day is. It’s worth the visit for the staff alone.Thank you for your wonderful customer service and the smiles even during these hectic and crazy times!!

Ordered through the app 10 minutes out. Still had to wait 15 minutes after arrival as the order was started but not completed. Watched other orders made and picked up up as I continued to wait. Really defeated the purpose of ordering ahead and was offered NO COMPENSATION for their error.
