Just came shopping with my daughter for her birthday. Nash was very knowledgeable, fun and friendly. We need more sales people like Nash that engage the customers and know their products. Great experience!!

Favorite store in this mall! They are always so helpful and apply now pressure towards purchases. After all they don’t need to, the merchandise sells itself. If you are into pop culture, anime, or anything nerdy/cool then this is your store!

This is my favorite location because every time I come in everyone is very friendly. The two people who helped me today were extremely nice, helpful, and beyond generous helping me choose all the items I wanted. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask their names. Nice tall guy and super sweet blonde girl. I really hope BoxLunch realizes what great employees they are because they really did make my day. Thank you!

The friendliest staff ever! They always make me feel so welcomed, and they genuinely try to give you a pleasant shopping experience. I know they cant tell Im smiling cause the mask but its there. They helped me find the perfect Dragon Ball Z action figure for my friends birthday :)

The staff is very friendly and the merchandise is always organized. I love to shop here! Theres an associate that always greets me and compliments my Sailor Moon clothing and talks to me about the new Sailor Moon merchandise they have. I wish I knew her name, she is awesome!

Love this store! The prices can be a little high, I try to shop their sales. They always seem to get new stuff in and rearrange on a regular basis so I see things I may not have before. Love that everything is by category. Sales people can hover a little much, but they always seem friendly and able to help when needed.

They have the nicest staff. They are all incredibly nice. Every time I walk in, there is always someone who greets me and asks me what I am looking for. They are super helpful. My new favorite store!

Great store but need to teach these individual employees, how to balance a register. When customer decide to give the right amount of change during purchase. How bad Walmart employees are they know how to do it balance a register correctly. Please dont turn into Walmart customer service. Again great store and company.

If you like anime/pop culture/ japanese stuf you will loveeeeeeee this place.

Staff is ALWAYS welcoming/helpful and the geeky goodies are a treat to check out. We (my wife and I) love checking out this store when in North East Mall, but... the prices can be a bit steep for us to always make a purchase (though we still do buy things from time to time). We understand the whole charity part of the purchases and love the idea; its just that we put more thought into a $40 purchase than say a $20 one. Also, the sports team area of the store feels incredibly out of place in a store that sells Star Wars themed salt-n-pepper shakers. BTW, there is a pretty decent clearance area in the back with some nice deals.

Nice selection. A bit pricey but the staff was good. Lauren really went out of her way.

Ashley always helps me out. Doesnt matter instore purchsse or web order. She takes her time, is very patient, and even guesses what id like to let me know whats new based on what ive bought in the past and from getting to know me and my family.

Sometimes hard to find the funko pops Im looking for but all around good store great staff .

Great selection of Harry Potter, Dr. Who, Star Wars and other pop culture goodies you cant find anywhere else in town! Most of the Harry Potter things are available on line, but you can see in person at N.E. Mall in Hust, Texas (Mid-Cities area). Park near Nordstroms. Near Forever 21.

Normally Id give more stars but this visit was not good at, our treatment up here was not professional in my opinion at all, when a customer is looking at stuff you dont come up and just take their stuff and say we hold everything for you up front to me that seems like they were worried I would steal 3 $5 lapel pins, meanwhile my wife was trying to get a shirt for herself to match our sons birthday party attire and 2 of the 3 girls flat out forgot until we go to walk out of the store, if they were busy thatd be one thing, Im sorry, but, I will not come back in to make a purchase after that. If the owner/GM wants to get ahold of me to persuade me to come back in feel free, just know Ive been a manager before and this was unacceptable.
