This place is neat and has a lot of stuff but it doesn’t matter if it’s your 1st or 10000th they rush you the whole way. I’d spend more if they would actually let me see all they have... not that personable either. Would come here if I had to and in a pinch but no other reason truthfully.

I think Ive been coming to Puff King for maybe a year or more. Sam is very knowledgeable, unlike the corner convenient store/gas station that sell kratom that they know nothing about.I am 66 years old, retired and like others I deal with back pain. After I explained to Sam the different problems I have, he showed me kratom to match the problem. Sam is not a Dr., he knows and understands all the products he carries. I cant afford to go to any other kratom store. Sam and his staff know more about customer service than any place Ive ever been. I highly recommend Puff King.Travis S.

I recently discovered Puff king smoke/cbd and vape shop and was blown away by this place. It wasn’t because the store was clean and the prices were great. What blew me away was how accommodating Sheekha and the staff were to helping me get what I was looking for. The selections were great and Up to date on what’s trending, but that’s not what makes this place a GEM. What I like is that I didn’t feel that they were trying to sell or up sell me something but more so just helping me find what I was looking for. I moved to Haltom City from Arkansas about a year ago and even though it’s a good drive we only do business with Puff King. They have a great shop that is always clean and stocked with the best merchandise. The owner Sam is super friendly and great to talk to! I mentioned a flavor of oil I like and a few days later he had it there for me. You can’t beat their prices, quality, and friendliness.

This shop runs by non-smoking people, they have no idea about products they are trying to sell.Some of their tobacco and CBD products outdated and smell horribly.

Not my kind of thing for the most part. They do have novelties, but mostly tobacco products. If you catch my drift. I noticed alot of CBD products, and E cigarettes. Friendly staff.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful to any all questions no matter how uneducated. What would be nice and helpful would be pricing on everything without having to ask. Thats the only reason for 4 stars, otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Bought one of there lower priced water pipes and came home to realize theres a hole on the stem on the inside. Make sure to fully inspect your pipes when your buying from here!

I love this store!! Its full of awesome gadgets. I can literally spend hours in here shopping. I bought a gorgeous Medicali water pipe and I love it. The gurl is very knowledgeable about the merchandise it carries. Ive been to other shops occasionally but I come to Puff King on a regular I enjoy exchanging dry wit with the salesgurl. Plus I can always find exactly what Im looking for. I never leave empty handed its one of the better shops A+ all the way.

Having visited this store several times over the years...at least 10 times, sporadically. And in recent months, on three separate occasions....I know I will no longer be spending my money here. Theyre one of few headshop options in the HEB area and they act like it. It always seems like (she) can hardly be bothered when I enter the store...and says nothing to me other than what can I help you find...so as to rush me out of the store. Ive even inquired as to availability of certain items or tools that I was looking for and received NO help or conversation on the matter. And (he) says nothing at all. So...between home and work, there are PLENTY of other shops to spend my money at. Id recommend Glasshouse Smoke Shop or trusty old Gas Pipe if you pass either of those establishments. At least their staff is friendly. Jeeze....Puff King needs to burn one and smile.

Over priced CBD products but kratom prices are good and big selections

Owner lied & upsold me a new vape device that was very dangerous. It was like smoking a firecracker. Sparks burnt lips, throat & eye. I was only there to buy a coil for my nord smok. Absolutely would not refund my 32.00.

If you vape, you should definitely throw all of you business to Puff King. Such knowledgeable and exceptional customer service, best prices in town, and a local businessman thats been around for 18 years. Check it out!

I had driven by this place hundreds of times driving through town. On a whim today I stopped in and Sam took care of me! Puff king is my new go-to hands-down!!Edit: had to take a couple stars off from original 5/5 after referring a friend who had found an antique non-working wick lighter. Even after my friend made a purchase of a replacement wick, flint and fuel, The staff wouldnt spend more than a minute taking a look at this antique and give him a pointer on how to get it running. A shame, really.

We just bought a defective water pipe took it back to the shop and was told nothing they could do because we had water in it so sghe couldnt take it back that only the owner could do anything who wasnt there. I dont understand the issue we paid 40 dollars for it all we want is to exchange it for another. We were not given a receipt with our purchase. I spend a few hundred dollars a year there even tho there are alot of sometimes cheaper choices for shops around hurst because I enjoy the selection. Very disappointed tbh.
