It was an amazing buy!! They were very professional and made it very easy for me to drive off in my new BMW!! They also followed me to my home to drop off my rental, brung me back to Autoplex so I could drive it home! Above and beyond!! Also gave me a birthday day shout out a month later lol. We purchased a 2013 Convertible Camaro SS for our son as a graduation gift a few months ago. Unfortunately the car had some issues. Knowing that we bought a used vehicle we assumed we would be stuck to handle those issues on our own. But when we told the General Sales Manager, Michael Baum, about our issues, he empathized and sincerely apologized for the issues we were having. But he took it one step further, he helped with getting the vehicle fixed with no out of pocket expense to us. This is the true epitome of service. This is my 2nd time at this dealership and both times I’ve had a great experience. I walk in and I’m out of there with a new vehicle in less than an hour. The first time I did a trade in, I bought a 2018 Camaro ZL1 and they treated me so nice they make other dealerships look extremely bad. My second visit I traded in my ZL1 for this new 2021 Sierra and I was in and out in less than an hour.They give you the best value for you car (if you don’t believe me go get an appraisal somewhere else and you won’t get what Hurst Autoplex gives you). Nathan Hausser, at the service department, is the best Service drive manager I have ever encountered at any dealership. When thieves attempted to steal my daughters catalytic converter, her car was disabled. She was distraught and essentially helpless. There was little i could do for her because i live in another state. Nathan was the man that saved her. He confidently took control of the situation. Every step of the way he eagerly stayed on the phone with her, guiding her through this difficult time, like a father would do for his daughter. Through out the repairs, Nathan would constantly keep us updated, showed expert knowledge and true concern for cost efficiency. In short, this man is truly a good and caring man with complete knowledge about vehicle service issues. He is the reason why I will purchase all my cars from Hurst from now on.

I am in the car business myself and pride myself on customer satisfaction and these folks do as well apparently! After speaking to Jimmy (HIGHLY RECCOMMNEDED) he shot me straight, was quick and professional. I drove in from Houston, and everything they stated over the phone was the same when I got there. After taking delivery and noticing a squeak in the brakes they sent me NEW PADS AND ROTORS AFTER for a hellcat I signed a bought as is ($2700.00). Truly stand up dealership that does right! Went here to purchase a 2015 Subaru Forester 2.0XT Touring w/ all the upgrades. I spent the better part of a year looking for this vehicle and I luckily found it at the Hurst Autoplex dealership. Thanks to the Capital One Pre-Approved Auto search services and the amazing staff at the dealership it was the easiest experience I’ve EVER had when trying to get a car. I was assisted by Mr. Breece Higgins who was SUPER chill. I told him the car I wanted and he made it happen!! Very professional, very friendly, and never once was I hit with a generic/fake sales pitch! This was a complete breath of fresh air. Clint Swindle (dont let the name fool you) was awesome in helping me close the deal in no less than one hour (from test drive to signing paperwork)! My Experience: I have been searching for a low miles, used Infiniti QX80 for about a month. At most dealerships I went to, the advertised price was not actual price, because there was anywhere between $1,000 to $3,000 in hidden additional added reconditioning fees, service fees, certification fees or whatever the dealership calls them, when you finally sat down to negotiate. That was not the case at Hurst Autoplex. Anything they did, was already figured into the price you saw that brought you in. Further, the car had some exterior scratches and issues that my salesman Steve Glenn had completely repaired at no additional cost. When I came to pick up the car, it looked brand new from the inside out.My Salesman: Steve was the most relaxed, problem solving, non pushy salesperson I have ever worked with. We putted some golfballs while I waited on the paperwork, I even got lunch. He made the process very simple, got me everything I asked for and didnt try to up-charge me or push me into any extra add-ons. thats not to say that the finance department didnt offer me some add-ons, but they were not pushy or high pressure at all. I was given time to do my own research and easily pass on anything I didnt want without being made to feel bad about it. It was super easy! I got a great deal, a grate rate, and I was out the door very quickly. Ask for Steve, he will treat you very professional and take care of you.The Dealership: I have to admit, I was utterly shocked at the quality of the inventory at this place. Their selection of lifted trucks and performance sports cars was unreal. Every single car on this lot is in pristine condition, and if there is something they missed, they will fix it before you drive off the lot. At least that was my experience. This dealership is clean, and legit. By far the worst experience in purchasing a vehicle the vehicle has had problems the whole month I have owned it I was told by the general manager by text message they would order the parts that was needed to fix my truck and for the past 3-4 weeks I can not get in touch with the salesmen I dealt with or the general manager that told me they would purchase the parts. My local dealer has even tried to get in touch with them and they can’t either. Save your time and money and go else where to buy a good reliable vehicle.

I went in last week as a first time buyer. I was pretty nervous for a variety of reasons, but my salesman, Kevin Kourtney, was very knowledgeable, honest and was a great conversationalist. It eased my nerves quite a bit.I went in knowing exactly what vehicle I was interested in and it was still available.Everything else happened very quickly, up until it was time to go over the paperwork with Esther Valdez. She was very kind and helpful. She answered all the questions I had and explained things very easily for me to understand. I had a great experience here. Kevin Courtney was very good and very professional right from the start. I looked at the truck I wanted on Autotrader and then directly at their website. Everything was consistent between the two websites and all was on the level. I walked in to look at the truck with my own financing in place. I saw the truck and drove it and it was exactly what I was expecting from the websites and as Kevin had described.After the test drive and the evaluation of my trade-in, I told Kevin I was going to go home and talk to my wife about the purchase and didnt pressure me at all. I called him the next day to tell him I was coming up to complete the deal we had agreed upon the previous day.He had the truck all ready to go when I arrived. We were about to do the deal and he asked if I thought it was worth it for them to run my credit and see if they could get me a better deal on my financing. I told him it wouldnt hurt since it wouldnt count against me on my CR since I had just run it a day or two before for the same purchase.I filled out an app and it turned out they could improve my APR by a LOT. We went through the deal they were offering and got a good deal on the extended warranty we purchased and I couldnt be happier with the purchase and the arrangements thus far.I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for nice, well maintained vehicles. They have many really nice cars and trucks on their lot. If you are looking for a car for your high school childs first car, this is probably not the place but, if you are looking for mid to low-high end cars and trucks, this is the place. They constantly lie about everything. We bought a car there back in January and have yet to receive our other key. They always say they cant find it. The first oil change is supposed to be free too but the service department tries to charge. They are crooks. Stay away from this place.

I just purchased a 2018 Camaro ZL1 last night. Excellent, honest, and fair staff. Rob and his boss Michael were extremely fair in regards to negotiating price for the vehicle being purchased as well as negotiating a fair value on the vehicle i was trading in. They were also very accommodating by doing the majority of the negotiating via email/text prior to driving out there which made it a much faster process after arriving. The finance manager Clint was very upfront and honest - did not try to sell me on anything i didnt need. The dealership in general was very nice - they had a lot of higher end vehicles which i found out were each hand picked by Michael himself. I definitely recommend Hurst Autoplex!

Good people to deal with. The reason for four stars is I think they should get their cars ready to sell, meaning when the car is under warranty they should have everything fixed that needs to be fixed on the car before selling it instead of the customer having to do it. Just need to have their cars ready to sell.

I bought my truck back in 2018 from Steve, as first time buyer it was a big mistake buying from hurts autoplex. The truck till now has a to many issues, I spend more money trying to fix my truck than enjoy a comfortable ride. I spoke to Steve and try to trade my truck, but he was trying to downgrade me and pay more. That’s bad business!!!

I bought a used Bentley Continental from Hurst. I’m out of state and thoroughly asked my questions and inspected pictures and videos of the car. I asked if the car needed ANYTHING at all. It’s a used car. I didn’t expect perfection. Upon delivery of the car, the front air struts were shot. After just a few hours of the engine being off, the front end drops to the ground. It’s very obvious and they certainly HAD to have known about this. Bentley quoted me $6,000 for the repair. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I recently bought a veichle and didnt have the best experience. The veichle had minor dents and paint chips and were not taken care of before I drive out of town with it. It wasnt detailed. The salesman claimsThere is my clean and your clean I thought there was just one kind of clean. CLEAN! No Legos between the seat and sticky floor would be clean to most people right? Would not recommend.
