One of my favorite places to shop. Every time I go they seem to have more merchandise. I like that they have mens clothes now I found some nice pants for only $5.

Was a small hidden place but worth it. The service was great. Staff was friendly, just bring cash because as most foodies will tell you the best places take only cash.

It is always a fun time for my grandchildren they get to play.

Everything is five dollars or less. They have something for everyone.

Great staff, called before I went to see if certain items available, they held last 2 day planners in stock that I was looking for, college gifts for daughter and friend; I wanted!! Thank u very much,and they followed all the necessary safety guidelines for the whole Coronavirus!! Very impressed!!

It had been at least five or above years since I had been in a Five Below. Back then, I thought that it was geared more towards pre-teens than anyone else. Went in today for something specific Ive been looking for, and a friend told me Five Below sold. They had it, and for a lot less than anyone else. That alone impressed me, so I walked around to see what they have. Pretty impressive selection really. A bit of something for everybody.Id say that in the five or above years past, Five Below has grown up some.

I ALWAYS like to shop here Im a big kid. they have so much good quality stuff this is what I got today.

I asked to use the restroom with 2 kids in tow. Was told it was out of order but that was a lie. They didnt have them open to the public due to covid. They could have implemented proper safety measures and kept the restroom available but chose not to. I was a weekly 5 below shopper but I hate dishonesty. The girl up front this morning could have just been honest with me. I understand we are in a pandemic and there are a new set of particular challenges but how about we dont alienate long time customers.

Normally pretty reliable but they were out of stock for what I was needing. How can you be out of stock on a popular cell phone adapter... smh cmon guys pay attention & order your stock properly.

A really good alternative to the dollar store. The stuff isnt junk for a change and theres not that weird plastic smell that you usually get in places like this.

Glad they were open for shopping but they were not staffed well and had to wait over 10 minutes just to check out 4 items. Wish they carried mens wallets as they do womens.

This is an awesome place to get some cheap stuff! Great for pet lovers and people with kids too! They have some really great art supplies and I love their earring selection.

Fun stuff! Inexpensive pet harnesses and clothing, etc. Not that I needed* the stuff for my kitties. Surprisingly good quality low cut womens athletic socks. Ive had the old ones over a year and theyre still good! Just fyi.

Its a nice place to be in fun and exciting items there including bob Ross energy drinks.

All the things are $5 and below. The kids live it because they can get a lot using allowance money. Not my ideal place for shopping, but still... A nice place. I only have 3 starts simply because its not one of my favorite stores,however it is exactly what its advertised for. No negative experiences

Friendly and helpful staff. Store is usually neat and the selection of items is good. The cashiers are always friendly. Also it is nice and cool in there so you can enjoy a relaxing shopping experience on those hot Texas days. Overall I like it and have shopped there many times in the past 9 months.

This was my first time at five below and there were no shopping carts in the entire store. Only baskets with handles. Not very conducive to shopping with a 6 month old. The place looked interesting enough, they had plenty of merchandise but I had to abandon my basket because it was too difficult to shop while holding a wiggly baby. I wont be back to a store that isnt family friendly.

Staff did not call out 3 different people who werent wearing masks. Busy store, crowded.

This Place Is Amazing Especially For Gifts! Its Easy To Spend More Than Expected. The Employees Are Nice But You Usually Wont See Or Hear From Them Until You Get To The Register. Ive Worked There Before So I Understand Why The Store Can Seem To Be Such A Mess Sometimes, But They Do Keep It As Clean As Possible Considering The Cashiers Are Also Stocking Shelves And Cleaning. Theres Not A Whole Lot For Men/Boys Like There Is For Women/Girls, But There Is Something For Everyone. Overall Its A Great Place!

Such a fun store! Too bad the evening manager, Tony, has horrible customer service skills or I wouldnt be here writing about our experience.My husband and I went to this store last night to pickup a couple of car chargers and a small waste basket. We knew it would be a quick stop, we arrived at around 8:45 pm and got most of what we needed, we were just looking for the waste basket. It wasnt even 9 pm yet and he begins to ask us to check out because they are closing soon and asked if he could help us find something, we tell him what we need but he dismisses us telling us he is not sure and all we have is right there leaving us to find it, no problem. We kept looking and he comes back literally about 3 minutes later and lets us know we have to check out, he is closing the store, still not 9 pm. We say forget it and decide to check out while he follows us to the front, while we check out he is holding the door open for us.Ive worked retail for many years so I know how it is but companies I have worked for would NEVER tells us to do the things he did. He was rude and not willing to truly help whatsoever. NOT the type of person anyone should want to hire or manage a store that thrives on what based on the reviews is supposed to be great customer service along with great prices.This will not keep me from going back to this location but hopefully next time I go this guy wont be there. He sucks as a manager and if he doesnt like his job, he should find something else.

Friendly staff, greeted at the door. Lovely selection of pool/beach toys. I like the floaties they have on offer, shark fins pretzels and lounger floats. My girls really enjoy the coloring supplies and yard toys.

This place is great for cool inexpensive gifts. There is so much to look at. It can be annoying if its really busy like Christmas time though. Everything is under $5 which is helpful but fair warning.... Youll find lots of stuff you want but may not need and itll add up quick.

Excellent store clean almost no wait time

Very clean and the young lady (light complexion curly hair) that took care of me was super pleasant. She was very bubbly and helpful. This store is ALWAYS very clean and organized something you dont typically expect from a discount store. Everyone here cares about the environment in which they work and it shows.

NOT five below anymore. Saw a couple of items for $10. A few for $5.50. Otherwise its all good.

It smells like Harbor Freight in there, but they have some cool stuff for pretty cheap. We got some presents for a 7-year old birthday party there. Saw some cool office supplies and novelty mugs. Its kind of a combo of Spencers gifts and a dollar store where the most expensive item is $5.

Who doesnt like this place?!?! It has got a little of everything and I always end up spending more than I intended. I love finding old nostalgic candies that I ate as a kid. This is also my go to place for ear buds. I lose and or break them quite often and five below has a great selection for cheap. Loving these Bass Buds that I got. I go at least once a week.

A good value store for gifts, decoration, toys, and tech to some extent.. Most of the items r a great value for money.. Bought alot of useful stuff.. Quality of stuff is impressive.. Get electronics items checked before buying.. Staff is friendly.. Overall 5 stars.

I love Five Below, but give a 4 because every single time Ive tried to buy a gift card, it shuts down their system. Its happened three times, so I just get gift cards somewhere else. Although, it is not the workers fault. They have always been wonderful to me. Im sure it is just as frustrating for them as it is for me.

This is my daughters favorite store to buy birthday gifts for her friends. They have really neat inexpensive gifts and all the parties shes gone to everyone likes her gifts so they are good at stocking up on all the little gadgets that kids like these days! They also will have some surprisingly awesome summer stuff. Weve gotten LARGE pinwheels for our backyard, floaties, baskets, eddison lights and other awesome stuff at reasonable prices!

Awesome store and CHEAP or shall I say inexpensive. There were many things I found that I know cost much more than $5. This will be great for birthdays and holidays.

The employees were rude. Snickering at customers and staying in your way while you shopped and never offered any help. They acted as though they were better than the very people who were the reason they were getting a paycheck. Notice I said GETTING NOT EARNING a paycheck. Wont return to this location.

Some of the products are okay. Be wary of their phone accessories, though. I bought a shatter-proof screen protector on Monday (12/17) and it did nothing when I was bumped into. Im having to pay a lot to get my screen replaced because of this. Had a case on it, and everything. Will definitely be dropping that extra $ on an otter box and tempered glass protector. SMH

Love Five Below in Hurst, TX. The staff is awesome, nice, attentive, and helpful. Love Birthday or Christmas shopping. Specially with young kidos, its awesome to take them and buy a toy or what not. Which wont cost as much as if you go to another store.
