Started service.. First tech came out looked over everything said that he didnt have the equip needed to do the job. So we rescheduled. After rescheduling same tech came out started the install left after about an hr due to not having enough wire etc. So had to reschedule a 2nd time... After finally a week later I had my system installed .. After communicating my disappointment with the install (wires left open visible wires everywhere) the very next day my doorbell camera quit working. Called in I met with the tech got the new one and installed myself fairly easy .. still no word back about fixing my installation. 2 months go by are start getting notices that Im 2 months past due(which is impossible because Im on autopay) come to fine out Home alarm never sent them what I was billed when I started. Fast forward to now 10 months later. Ive been trying to cancel service for 4 months my install has never been fixed, Ive been double billed 3 diff times ADT wont help because Im in my first yr and Andrew the owner of home alarm wont cancel service jus wants to try to fix it all again and im just done with the whole ADT/Home Alarm experience...

This company is terrible. They blame the customer for their bad business practices. Installation was terrible. Garage doors were never installed. Door bell looked like a two year installed it. After being sold wireless sensor for an additional cost they started falling off a week later. Stay away!

Ben was awesome!! We got lucky and he ended up coming early which actually worked better for our schedule. He was super quick to install everything and talked everything out with us so we could decide the best placement of all of sensors, motion sectors, etc. He also did a great job explaining the system for us and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our system prior to leaving. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Quick and efficient installation. I love having the app and being able to arm and disarm my system no matter where I am. Everyone Ive had contact with in the company has been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All around great experience!

Andrew, our rep., was very efficient and pleasant. Our schedule was such that we had to put him off three times, but he kept in contact so that we were able to have our system installed at our convenience. Also, with him being local, we appreciate the fact that if there are any problems with the system, he is our contact to get it taken care of.

Service was awesome and installation was efficient. All the different elements of my system work together seamlessly without any issue even across platforms. I highly recommend this company if your looking for security.

Andrew installed my alarm system and did a great job. He was the also the salesman and gave me a great price. When I had issues with internet (ISP issue) he came back without delay and put the cameras back on line. I would highly recommend calling him if you need an alarm system from a very respected company in the business. Now I try to call them with issues and they wont even call me back.

Great company with good people. There are a lot of options for home security but there is only one right decision, Home Alarm has been great to my family and is the only company I would choose to let it my home.

Andrew came to my door and I was totally against ADT due to my previous experience. He convinced me that he would earn my trust back in ADT. The installation went well but I cant give a full 5 stars because we have only had the service for one week.

Excellent...Ben replaced our old equipment from a previous company as well as installed some additional equipment for us.He was in and out, very professional and thoroughly explained how to operate everything!

Ben was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in learning my new ADT system.
