Discount Tire is always an excellent option for new tires but the Hurst TX location is platinum grade. These men are the most professional I have come across. Mark assisted me with tires for my Chrysler and Daryl assisted with my Malibu. These guys are top notch. Professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable in helping to determine the right tires for your car and the type/amount of driving that the car is used for. I will truly never buy tires anywhere else.

They have a line where they will fill your tires for free and they are awesome, highly recommend this location!!

I made a appointment online for 3:15 showed up at 3. I gave the guy at the front counter my keys and he said your car will be ready in 30 minutes. I walked down the road to Starbucks came back and my car was ready. The whole process was smooth and I’d recommend anyone to go and visit them.

Oh how I wished I could give this location 5 stars. They have been so good to me in the past. But this visit was frustrating. I bought four new tires with all of the bells and whistles with it. The first time today going in was fine. Fast service, friendly guy who helped me and sold me the tires. When I left I heard this strange clicking noise. I could not tell which tire was. I turned around and went back to this location. I walked in and explained what was going on. A guy walked out and looked at ONE tire and repeated “I just don’t see anything. That is so strange.” He said to keep driving on it and come back if nothing improves. I kept driving and my gut feeling was telling me something was wrong. I had just spent over $700 on new tires and Discount Tires should have treated me better to solve the issue. I went to the Bedford, TX location and within TWO MINUTES they saw the problem (a sharp object was in my tire). Luckily they were able to remove the object and no repairs had to be done. The guy at the Bedford location was much more helpful and kept saying “this is unlucky, but luckily you didn’t keep driving on this.” I am so frustrated at the Hurst location. After spending $700 you’d think I would have been helped more than I was. Ridiculous. Sad. Shameful. This looks really bad for that location. I hope I get to update this review with something they do for me.

Quick Service & Friendly Staff. They repaired 2 of my tires that had nails in them in less than 30 minutes (w an appt). Keep up the good work! Ill always keep coming back to Discount Tire.

This is where I get my tires. They have free tire pressure checks, free tire rotation (for tires you buy from them), reasonable prices, and a helpful staff. I most recently visited to have them fix a slow leak in one of my tires. In and out in about 45 minutes without an appointment.

Ive never had a problem with this location, let alone Discount Tire. Theres a reason they are ALWAYS busy, and I dont mind waiting to get the job done right. Jeff, the ASM at Hurst store, has helped me many times and went out of his way to fix a problem I had with a totaled cars tires I wanted switched out. Thanks for keeping my old German autos on the road guys!!!

Great service, came here to get a tire replaced since it had a hole on the side wall. Turned out the tire was under warranty and they replaced it hassle free. They even checked my tire sensors and tire air pressures. Really nice and helpful, highly recommended

As crazy as it sounds their windshield wipers are fantastic! More excited about them than my new tires.

I went to set up an appointment to have the tires rotated on two PUs for the following morning at 8:30 and 9:00.Arrived at 8:30 and the place was busy. I didnt get to speak to a rep for 25 minutes.After I spoke with the rep, they pulled in the first truck and began working. Several bays opened up, so they pulled in the 9:00 right on time.All the work was done in short order and correctly.

Had a low tire. They have a lane in the parking lot marked off so you can just drive up just for a tire check. You do not have to go inside.

The service is always good. I have no spine so I get talked into all kinds of things. Like spending more for a tire that lasts longer. Or buying two when I only needed one. But the people are super friendly and helpful. The process is a little weird now that they dont pull your vehicle in for you. And the wait time can be a little longer than normal. But I guess thats sort of expected during these times. Gave 4 stars just cause its never a perfect experience.

We were helped by the manager, Josh, today and I must say it was the best tire buying experience I have ever had. We were greeted by an associate as soon as we pulled in to the parking lot and we were in and out with 4 tires in less than 45 min even though they were busy. Josh was also up front with us with the cost and didnt just try to sell us the most expensive tires he had. We will definitely be returning with oue other vehicles and will be referring our friends to this location!

They had the tire I needed for my trailer and got me taken care of and on my way in under an hour.

I purchased a new set of rims and Michelen tires for my vehicle. These tires had deep cracks in the rubber after about 2 months. I returned to the store to ask about them and was told This is normal in the Texas heat. About 2 months later I returned because the cracks were significantly bigger. I was then told these tires were recalled and I can give you $70 a tire i did not have the money to pay the rest so i dealt with it even though this was bad business and I should not have accepted it. Fast forward a year later. I had totaled my car and bought a new car for which I returned to discount tire and purchased another set of brand new rims and tires, BAD IDEA! fool me twice shame on me. For weeks after my purchase any time I hit a bump on the highway or went over a speed bump there was a very loud scraping noise coming from the front of my car which I assumed was my shocks. I rarely use my car so for months I was dealing with this because I lacked the funds to see a mechanic. I was finally able to afford a mechanic and without even getting in my car they spotted the problem.. the tires are to big for my car! The noise I am hearing is the tires hitting the wheel well! This is unacceptable! I want the problem fixed the right way! I dont want to be told you will give me so much money per tire! I feel completely scammed by discount tire! The pictures provided show the cracks from my old tires after 2 months of use! The other pic is my new tire with completely shaved outside tread from hitting my wheel well over and over and shows how far it sticks out past the well.Update: The store manager Josh, gave me the right size tires although i did have to buy another warranty. He resolved the problem and was very courteous. I am happy that the issue was resolved but wish it wouldnt have happened in the first place.

About all my tires at discount tire since I moved to Texas. I love their road hazard warranty Ive gotten a number of tires because the warranty. They are always friendly and helpful although theyre all always busy and it takes a while to get things done. They also offer free tire check as long as ther are open. I availed myself of that more than once.

The people who work here are nice and professional. We always buy our tires from them. You may want to make appointment as simetimes they get very busy. =)

Went in with screw in tire expecting warranty to cover, but unfortunately wasn’t covered due to tread. Also with an inspection determined I needed another tire. Being a single mom, I don’t have a lot of extra money for unexpected expenses and they really took the time to comfort me, be very kind and understanding. They went above and beyond with their customer service and helping me get two new good tires.From the guy who just wrote down my information, to the poor kid who had to watch me bawl, to the gentleman who took care of everything everyone was wonderful. Not all locations are like this FYI! So I definitely recommend this one. (Only bad side was the wait- but apparently everyone needed tire repairs this morning and appointments were full for the next few days online!)My family has been going to discount for years and we will continue to do so.

Went into Discount Tire in Hurst today to have two tires that they ordered for me installed. They are very friendly and helpful here and got me in and out in a little less than an hour. Will be coming back here when I replace the other two tires!

Took my truck here to get a nail removed and patched. The salesman called me and told me there was no way it was fixable and that I would need to purchase a 450$ tire. I thought it was weird because my tire wasn’t even losing air. I ultimately picked up my truck. I just took it to Hamms Tires off of 377, fixed in 10 min and learned that it didn’t even puncture my tire. This crew at discount are a bunch of crooks. Go to Hamms and save some money and get honest service.

They know how to work with customers very well. Since COVID-19 is a concern, they let their customer sit outside under a canopy with generous social distancing. When youre called up, they have you drive your car into their bay yourself - a no touch policy. I got a full set of tires on with warranty in just a few minutes.

Its hard to rate a company down on a Free service they provide but on two different occasions I have gone to this location and waited for assistance. I was ignored, never acknowledged, or received air my tires. This location needs to work on its service.
