Visited 4 days ago and yesterday. I bought a pumpkin and they had paints you could paint however you wanted. Just about every weekend you can make a project. I was buying Halloween and Thanksgiving items. It was a lot of fun!! Today(Sunday) will be decorating frames. Checkout was quick. I needed help finding several items. She was very helpful and walked me to each item.

I came here because I wanted to pick up supplies to craft a necklace for a friend that had a pendant, but its chain broke, so they couldnt wear it anymore. It was super sentimental and I wanted to be able to do something for them and so I thought Michaels was a good place to look for some type of cord or string. Tammy, one of the shop associates, was kind enough to show me where all the jewelry supplies were and even walked me through what knot would be best for the needs and even showed me how to tie it. Were it not for Tammy Id be stuck googling crafting instructions and probably wouldnt have been able to make something so intricate or presentable, so THANK YOU to Tammy and the stores team for allowing her to help me for the 10-15 minutes this process probably took.At check-out Emily was super friendly, patient, and even answered my questions on how best I could show my appreciation for Tammys kindness.I did have a few questions on how I could complete signing up for the rewards program after Id left the store, so I called and Hallie was also helpful and informative on just how I could sign up and enroll without losing the points on the craft supplies Id just purchased.Anyways, this place is dope and I am grateful for the team at this specific Michaels.

Has been a while since I have been into this location but last time was right after the pandemic started was looking for scrap book stuff for a personal project. Only problem was I couldnt find what I was looking for so I wondered around the store looking for things hoping to find a employee to help but most of them were avoiding social contact at all cost.But I did find what I needed and when checking out the cashier was super nice and saved my experience from being below 3 stars. All it takes is one person to make or break a experience and the lady at the register made me want to come back.

Had to travel to another Michaels because the one near my place didnt have what I needed. For the first time ever, I spent less than $10.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Its typically not a long wait unless of course its the holiday season or youre shopping the after Christmas clearance.

Its a great craft store but they really think highly of themselves prices are steep I just dont see how they stay afloat financially. They carry really nice things but I go eel they are putting it to the consumer.

Not overly friendly people here. The lady working in the canvas framing department did not exactly fill me with a warm and fuzzy feeling. The selection of items is adequate, I guess.

I was looking for wood glue but they didnt have any. They did have a nice 3 dollar mini glue gun. So that was nice. Ill come back for acrylic paints later.

Iv notice that while all crafting mega stores are way too expensive, this one has come down in price. The others have gone up PLUS none have a decent sale anymore AND the good coupons are on line just like Kroger, Tom Thumb and all the other grocery stores. What do they All think that EVERYONE is computer in savy? News flash! Were not!!

Great store! Had an employee at the entrance helping customers. Cashiers were friendly. Manager saw us waiting by the door and came to make sure we had been helped. We bought a new Christmas tree and the employee who brought it to the front, offered to take it to our truck. Love this store!

Bought a $200 machine was not offered the loyalty program went back a week later and the lady ask if I want to sign up. I asked if my previous purchase can be add I was told no very disappointing especially since I shop her often and this is the first Ive been told or offered the program.

Every single time I walk in this store I feel like a little kid at a candy store. I absolutely Love this place. I think Covid had taken its toll on Michaels. Choices were low. And inventory was lacking. But Michaels still very good.

They didnt have what I was looking for today but they were so sweet!

Went in to see about getting a document framed. Unfortunately, they could not download my jump drive and the clerk recommended a store across the street. Got that done and met my designer. Jamie was sensational. My document was designed perfectly. I am excited about what was developed. On top of that, the savings were incredible. Good job Michaels.

I absolutely love Michaels. I go here for all my crafting needs. My only complaint is some things are a bit overpriced but if it werent for that Id give it a solid 5 stars.

They have a variety of different creative things for all types of people relating to different hobbies. Like puzzles, planners, and for people who like to craft or color. I even found a book that teaches you how to draw anime (though I already know how) In any case its a good place for artsy people but to be honest their prices are a little bit too high for my liking.

I went to Michaels to frame these amazing Star Wars prints and the staff was very helpful and creative. They helped me come up with a theme and I couldn’t be happier. It is pricey but worth it.

I generally keep an eye out for deep sales and the occasional coupons through the newsletter. The choice of craft products to choose from makes Michaels a place I can spend a good amount of time in unless I know exactly what I need to get. So this becomes a tactical visit. Easy to find what you need by asking any of the available sales associates wholl show you directly to what you need.

Fast service, nice employees, and found exactly what I was looking for in 5 minutes.

Decent prices, typically well stocked, friendly staff. Prefer this Michaels over the one at Lincoln Square in Arlington because this one always has more inventory. The other always seems out of stock or doesnt carry as much stock in their store.

The only thing I missed was customer service. Found what wewsre looking for but it took our own seeking to find it. Big day is coming up... searching for wedding stuff. :-)

This store is clean and well organized. Short of the traffic, one would not know it was black friday weekend. The only reason it got a four star rating was because I didnt find what I was looking for, a manger scene or items to make one to be more exact. If they had them, they were not easy to spot.

I make custom jewelry and Michaels has almost everything I might need for custom pieces...between bead shows.

The staff are few and far between and seem to prefer talking to each other than helping customers. But that aside, the prices are decent and the store is clean if a bit unorganized. I mostly go here just because there are always coupons you can use and the location is pretty convenient.

Not much to choose from this Christmas and was pricey. Its not the Michaels I used to know.

No greetings...ask for help and they basically pointed the general direction and I was right back on my own trying to find what I wanted AGAIN!!! NOT PLANNING ON GOING BACK ANYMORE EVER UNLESS THEY HAVE A SERIOUS MAJOR EMPLOYEE OVERHAUL!!!! OUT WITH THE OLD N VERY BAD N IN WITH THE NEW..FRESH..AND WANTING TO LEARN AND HELP CUSTOMERS AS PAID TO DO GRACIOUSLY (NO FREAKING BAD ATTITUDE ) AND THEN LOWER THE PRICES OF MOST THINGS IN THERE AND IM ALL FOR GOING BACK!!!
