We always get our copies of keys made here because the staff is so friendly, kind, and helpful. They have a wide variety from tools, to paint, to kids toys! I always enjoy looking through their adorable home decor as well!

Ive been going to this store for 35 + years, if you need anything thats weird or different or something you need to invent, this place always delivers! Joe is one of the first people I met when I moved to Southern Utah this place is awesome and Joe is still there. No matter what my kids say Im still calling it Ben Franklin

Excellent store, excellent service and there is always something on sale. Sign up with them and they will send you coupons on a regular basis and not just for items they choose. Its usually a percentage off or a specific dollar amount for any item of your choosing. There are no bad employees in this store, I dont know where they get their employees, but they must be doing something right!

Everyone was so nice! The ladies at the front cashiers were particularly friendly and helpful. They had exactly what I wanted and pointed me right to where it was. After I found what I needed I just strolled around for a bit looking at all the cool stuff. They have WAY more than hardware goods. They have toys, games, crafting, and home goods. Every employee who passed by me asked if I needed help. Thank you!

The first thing you smell when you walk in to Buck’s Ace Hardware — popcorn!The store is well-stocked with your typical hardware store items but, they also carry home decor, games for the family, toys and books for kids, and housewares.If you can’t find something, one of their amazing staff will take you directly to the item and will answer all your questions.Their service is outstanding!

First of all, Great for my Mother who is handicap and incapable of walking even tinier stores, they have been willing to help locate and retrieve things she needs for her, so she doesnt go through as much pain trying to walk the store. They have quite the variety of items, you can walk in looking to buy one specific thing, and end up walking out with a bunch of stuff! Employees are seemingly well trained and knowledgeable, they seem to care about there work/job. They have products varying from Garden supplies and electronics to even board games!

Great deal on a Blackstone 36” griddle with hood! I’m a rewards member and that got me free delivery and assembly. Great folks at this store. Always helpful and they have just about anything you need.

Always a good place if you are looking for those hard to find items for home repairs. I also love their sporting goods section. It will save you a drive to St.George.

Went in there to get some iron tone for the plants because Walmart didnt have any. Was immediately approached by the nice employee asking me if I needed help and found me the person in the garden center who helped me find what I need. Ace hardware got all the shelves stocked ceiling to the floor and wall to wall with anything and everything that you might need! I also got stuck for 20 minutes in their cute decor section 😍 I will be coming back soon. I havent been at that store before and didnt even know about their inventory of everything!!!

Ive been annoying to a ce since I moved here in the 90s at the time Joe was manager and he took care of you very well he was nice what I understand now is I think he still works there and I think his sons there is manager I bought Christmas stuff tools and stuff there and the employee showed me and told me how to work it where the batteries were they were very understanding if we didnt understand what they were talking about they explained it to you and I still live here in hurricane and I still go there anybody at want any good device about things go there and you will get good advice

Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. EVERYONE! It is a little pricy, dont really have sale prices. Everything seems to be MSRP for example. That being said, there are a lot of people working and they help a lot. Its worth it for smaller purchases.

I love this place - its the closest thing to an old-fashioned hardware store that you will find these days.The staff is super-friendly and always greets you with a smile and offer to help you out.They have a great selection of items and always have that hard-to-find item that you are looking for.Sure, the prices are a little more than the Depot, but the savings in time and aggravation makes up for it. I always appreciate that I can buy the exact number of screws and hardware I need, without buying an entire box of fasteners.

We love Ace, It is such a fun store with old-fashioned toys and usually popcorn when theres not a pandemic. They have the cutest signs and of course useful tools and all the things you expect from a hardware store. This is my all-time favorite place to shop! Fun place for the whole family!

I grew up in a small town and Ace was the store to go. This one brought back memories. Very wide selection and great staff. We were asked at least 5 times if we needed help finding anything.

Customer service is hit or miss. They have a bit of everything you might want. Wish they carried more wood, plywoods and 2x3s and 2x4s. But otherthan that its great. The cashiers are great. Very friendly and helpful.

This is among the most well stocked Ace hardware stores that I have ever been to. Very knowledgeable staff, good firearm and ammo section and one of the best stores in town.

RV supplies, ammo, camping, painting supplies, sprinkler parts, household needs AND the best gift items in town, no matter the occasion.

Youre going to get asked by every single employee of you need help finding something, in the nicest of ways.

The employees always greet you when you come into the store. They have a fairly good selection of products and the prices are comparable with other places. The employees are fairly knowledgeable, and if they dont have an answer, they try to find another employee or someone that does.

I love coming home and one of my favorite places is Bucks. I drive truck and gone a few weeks at a time. When I get home there’s always something new and familiar faces to see.Recently with the COVID scare the only store that was open and giving people the relief they needed from isolation was Bucks everyone was doing home projects. Unfortunately I heard someone mutter something about PPE my last time there.... My only thought was if you don’t like the way we are doing things here go back home don’t bring your city mentality to our community and if you decided to retire here the same sentiment adding remember you chose to come here for the reason we all stay we don’t need to Change

I absolutely love this store! Its got tools, guns, equipment (like tents and backpacks) for the great outdoors, toys, water balloons, balls, outdoor sports (like horse shoes), this store even has home decor 🤯! Whatever your hobby (like gardening) or your project may be (like installing a masiac granite porch) bucks ace hardware has what you need and the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable and willing to help.

I love this Ace Hardware store! For such a small store they seem to have everything. They even always have popcorn at the door. My favorite part is the huge game selection! I think only Game Haven has more games. They also have my favorite garden area with some cool decorations. Buck opened another store in Saint George but I still like this one most.

Greatest service ever! Hurricane Ace Hardware is by far the best in the Franchise. The people at this store are well educated and incredibly kind and patient. Joe, the manager is AMAZING. Every time I am in here I feel like I am family..appreciated, valued, and important. He spent a good 30 min with me teaching me how to use my new edger! Who else anywhere would do that?? I love the variety this store stocks. Shopping here is more like a fun adventure finding something that you didnt know you had to have. I personally couldnt be happier with a store! Nice clean store with super helpful staff. I could spend a lot of time just browsing in here. There is something for everybody and always just what you need. Staff are easy to find and make a quick in and easy too. They will walk you straight to the product you are looking for and stay until you have what you need. Love it here!

Went in for propane a propane fitting for my travel trailer. They didnt carry the correct fitting but the manager and employee were very knowledgeable, very kind, and gave me a solution that fixed my trailer within the hour. Its hard to find service like that. I wont be going anywhere else again.

If you cant find it anywhere else, you can probably find it here at this specific Ace. Im sure plenty would agree with me 👍

Interesting store. It has things from guns to garden tools along with childrens toys and pretty much everything in between. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. The prices are about 20% higher than your regular big box stores but if you live in Hurricane it does cost to drive to Washington or St George. The Ace Rewards its not a bad program either.
