I bought a great RV Ford Lazy Daze with the seller Mia. She supported me in all my questions perfectly. I am German and I had many topics with insurance and the title. The virus problems have been during that time and it made life difficult for all of us. But with patience and intelligence we solved all the problems and we have the best RV of our life. Its such a great vehicle from 1994 and we crossed the complete states with it. It was the best holiday of our life. My son, my wife and me had a lot of fun with the RV.

Definitely probably won’t ever buy a car here again. Purchased my car from them in September of 2019, and about a month later, the stereo quit working. It has a bad stereo. Probably did the whole time. Then a few months after that in November, the clutch went out! I obviously didn’t contact them for any of it because it wasn’t covered under warranty and the warranty was up anyways and I’m more then sure they wouldn’t have done anything about it anyways. But regardless, I’ve had no stereo for months because they are too expensive to replace and I’m still paying off an almost $1200 bill from my clutch. Really disappointing!!

My daughter & son-in-law bought a lemon from this crooked company. They have had to take it back multiple times to replace things like the transmission & the drive shaft. After the drive shaft was replaced, they broke down in a very dangerous spot on the freeway & had to wait there for a tow truck. Why? Because this car dealer didnt install the drive shaft correctly! Then to top it off, the dealer is making them pay for THEIR mistake. They have added multiple charges to their auto loan WITHOUT their approval or signature. AND...The car lot REFUSES to provide the documentation showing all the repairs that have been made even though they have asked MULTIPLE times.

They were super friendly and really good at making sure I got the vehicle I needed, not just a vehicle like Ive experienced in the past. The car buying process was simple and didnt take all day either.

So I bought a car from hurricane car lot when I should of turned around and left let me begin Brad was really nice and understanding I guess I showed good faith cuz I have another car loan somewhere eles and Im up to date on my payments not behind at all well they sold me a two thousand Elantra with transmission problems and multiple other issues buy as is then said if I pay for the repairs and labor theyll fix it thats how they pay there mechanics they said thats all I qualified for with what I had down approved me five hundred down had other cars for that price so I went and got a 2011 Chevy aveo 90000 miles eles where I recommend dont dont buy a car there youll regret it car lot is a joke

We have purchased 6 vehicles from Hurricane Car Lot.We have always used Brad Young as our salesman.Our 1st vehicle was a 2006 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer. We were quite impressed with the fact that they actually let us make payments on our down payment. That was VERY helpful at the time!Our second vehicle was a 2008 Suzuki LTZ 50 Quadsport that we purchased for our grandkids. 3rd vehicle is my wifes 2013 Ford F150. Awesome truck with the 3.5 EcoBoost!Once we paid off the Explorer, I decided that I was going to get a truck of my own. I bought a 2009 Ford F250 SUPER DUTY.We were driving past the lot and saw that they had a Fleetwood Pioneer bumper pull camper, and that became our 5th purchase from Hurricane Car Lot.Our most recent purchase was a 2006 Chrysler 300c. This one we got for our daughter.Sure, we have had a few things go wrong on a couple of the vehicles, but, they are always pretty quick to get the problems fixed. What is really nice, is that they also have a shop that will fix whatever is wrong with a vehicle. The shop fees are way lower than most places because they dont have the shop to make money for the shop, the shop is there to support the car lot.My wife and I have been trying to get our credit repaired, and with Hurricane Car Lots in house financing and with them reporting to the credit bureaus every month, our scores have been going up nicely..With our payment history, and the fact that we are on vehicle 6, we could probably go to the bank and purchase a new vehicle, but we have been extremely happy with the service we get at Hurricane Car Lot, so we dont really see any need to go anywhere else.Thank Brad, Tera and Sam for 3 great years of service! We now have our car dealer!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I would like to give a disclaimer that I needed a truck quickly, but still. I bought a Nissan Fronteir from them which didnt even have a cary bearing, needed new ball joints, had a battery that was so bad it was about to catch fire, had a bad tensioner pully on the timing belt, and bad shocks. They also say they report to all three credit bureaus, which is a lie. Insult to injury is that they failed to send me the liscense plate on time and left me stranded and alone on christmas day. Dont trust the printed out blue book prices they try to show you either, which are not even close to the actual values of the cars. Also, most of their cars I test drove had something very obviously wrong with them
