I was visiting the area for 5 days and ran into trouble with my rental car. The low oil light was turning on and off intermittently, but the oil level seemed to fine. I called Color Country and the guy I spoke to was very helpful and spent the time with me to help diagnose all the potential causes. At the end of the call, we decided it was worth me bringing the car in, and they were able to determine that I was low on oil (I figured maybe I couldnt be trusted to read the levels correctly!), and they topped off my oil, all without charging me anything! If I was in the area again and had any issues with my car, i would definitely come visit Color Country.

Great service from Dustin and his associates. Were from Virginia and after several stops and side trips, we were at the 5,000 mile limit for an oil and filter change on our Class A gasser. Dustin scheduled us with a two day notice. Highly recommend these guys.

We were taking our vehicles to a closer place for a long time but they never seemed to really fix our problems, always guessing and replacing stuff that didnt need to be. What I love about Color Country is that we can take our vehicle there, talk about our concerns and they do a full look over and let us know if they find other things we should deal with while its there. I absolutely appreciate this as it helps us avoid potentially serious problems later on. We never feel taken advantage of here and the work they do is really great. Customer for life!

This is not only convenient because they are two blocks away from my house but this is the most reputable auto repair shop in town. This is the go to place for 99% of my automotive maintenance. They got me in the same day to diagnose the problem and had my car ready to go by the next morning with new spark plugs and wiring as well as a patched tire. I had a leaking tire and couldnt find a nail or screw after feeling and checking for days. I made an appointment and got it in the next morning. After 45 min they found that my rim had cracked on the back inside causing air to leaking out. They were very helpful and put my spare on and didnt even charge me for their time. They run a great shop and I have used them for years. Definitely highly recommend them.

We got our radiator repaired and our thermostat replaced! We were having over heating issues on our trip back to Texas and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and get us back on our way within the day! Theyre so friendly and we would reccomend them to anyone coming through the area!

Spring Break in Hurricane and brakes went out on our Yukon XL. I dropped it at Color Country Auto at 8am. New pads and rotors by 1pm. Communication on repairs and cost was excellent and accurate. TEN STARS!! I have never experienced customer service at this level ever and especially for a vehicle repair. Joe was exceptional. I wont go into detail on what repair he was fixing on my Class B camper van, because what he was fixing does not matter as much of how he took care of van and how he made me feel like I was the only van that he was working on. He was thorough, creative, professional and also just a very nice guy. What is better than finding a great automotive service location that is trustworthy and that performs high quality work and that is trustworthy. And, I have to add, at a very fair price. I would highly recommend!

Quick and affordable

The guys over at Color Country are honest, fast, and do good work. I dropped my car off early on a Monday, they were booked out a couple days (not a problem, shows they are trusted by a lot of people) but they had a minute to look it over, saw it was a simple fix, and were able to squeeze me in and it was ready that same afternoon! Definitely recommend this team. I used to take my cars down into St. George whenever I needed repairs, but I’ll be taking my vehicles here from now on.

They do a good job of shopping around and getting what I want. They also offer the package for road side assistance. 👍I can trust these guys to get all my car needs taken care of.

I’ve been to Color Country Automotive a few times for car repairs and I’ve always been impressed with their professionalism, fairness, and speed. They’re always open with what’s wrong and the cost. They never try and force anything on you, just give you the info and allow you to decide. If you need repairs you can feel confident visiting here.

They are honest and do a good job. Answer phone calls and if they dont answer the phone they get right back to you when you leave a message.

Spent way to much money for things not really needed. Asked to keep old parts to look at. They were all thrown away. They are courteous and professional but as a woman going in alone I believe I was duped a bit. Dont believe I will be going back unless absolutely necessary.

Owner Joe told me he didnt know why my brakes were wearing but he wasnt going to keep fixing them even tho warrantied with Napa. Basically told me not to return and I wont. In my opinion if you dont want to do your job then get a job you want to do, why make consumers miserable just because you are. Also claim in text that they will pick up your vehicle but refused when my cousins asked.

They took me in on a walk in. Had my truck done by the time they said they would. After hearing everything they checked out on top of the work done I expected a much higher bill. When I received the bill I felt I got great work, done in a timely fashion and friendly service at a great price. If I lived in Hurricane this would be my go to shop

Vehicle went in for an alignment came out worse than it went in. Ross is super unknowledgeable if you call speak to someone else that won’t give you the run around. Before writing this review I spoke to the shop and got short answers, okay then I asked to speak with one of the owners they are busy okay, I asked can you have the owner give me a call “yeah he is busy” okay can he give me a call when he is not busy ? “He will be busy for the next week or so” WOW! It’s a FANTASTIC value.They Only give you recommendations based on what you need, and balance high quality and value. Joe is great to work with on car buying, and I can’t say enough about the maintenance.They do free flat repair. I had an tire pressure issue on a long drive, i stopped by a small town place to get some air and they told me i needed new tires immediately. I’m glad i got a second opinion at Color Country, cause they fixed the flat for free, pulled a screw out of another tire i wasn’t aware of, and I’ve driven another 12k miles on the tires no problem. You deserve an experience like color country automotive.

Why don’t all businesses run like this?Full time on the road for the last 4 years so I after a very bad experience at the local dealer I needed to find another shop to diagnose and repair my growling engine. I found Color Country online and after reading the reviews I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Showed up at 8:30, they diagnosed the bad water pump by 9 and had it installed by 11. And price was below the estimate! Clean shop, friendly folks and competent mechanics. These guys will do all my service when I’m in Hurricane.

We were driving home to Logan from St. George last week when our power steering went out. We stopped at the Walmart in Hurricane and they recommended Color Country Automotive. We showed up at Color Country around 11:30 am and asked it they could look at it. They got us in immediately and had us fixed and on our way an hour later. Our drive belt was in pieces :( They didnt overcharge us, either. They also called us back the next day to ask if our van was still running okay. I would completely recommend Color Country to anyone!

Joe and his staff were wonderful!. We are from out of town and they were highly recommended to us. They got us in quickly, located the problem and had the part the next day. They gave my wife a ride to and from a location while the car was being serviced. They are honest and genuine. We would most definitely recommend them. Pepper, the shop dog is great too!

We travel on the road full time and needed to see a vet in town for our dog. Just happened I passed the oil change mark for my diesel truck. I gave these guys a call and they were able to fit me in the same day. These guys are very professional and also did a complete inspection and rotated my tires and rebalanced the front tires. I highly recommend this shop if you ever pass through Hurricane Utah. They are also a full service shop and sell Goodyear tires too.

Dustin and Joe are great! I had a blow out on a travel trailer that ripped out the brake wires. Color Country Automotive worked me in on a Saturday for the brake wires and had us back on the road in about an hour. I could not have asked for a better price either.

Just picked up my Infiniti G35 after getting timing chain replaced. This was my first time using color country. I dont intend on using anybody but them from here on out. My car feels amazing, the work was done when they said it would be done, and they were great about calling with any discoveries or questions. Very knowledgeable and reliable people. They are the only shop in the area that I know I can trust to do the job right.Theyre also very quick. I had a fairly large job done on my Lexus and it only took them two days. I will definitely be going back for all of my cars.

Our car broke down at Zion, had to have it towed. I didnt know anything about car repair in the area as were from Arizona, but am so glad it worked out that we got it to color country. We called Color Country on our way through Utah after realizing we had a dead pheasant stuck under our grill that had been riding with us since South Dakota -- eek! They told us to come by at anytime and when we got there, the woman at the front desk and a repairman named Steve came out to our car; Steve removed the bird in only a couple minutes and they didnt charge us! We are so grateful for their help when we didnt have the necessary tools (I.e. Gloves!) to remove it ourselves! If we are ever in the area again and need car repair we will definitely go to Color Country!

I came here with a wheel making a horrible noise, and asked if they could fix that and as well as an oil change as I was almost due anyway. They were able to fix the noise (rock in the rotor, relatively minor) and change the oil in just a couple hours for a very reasonable cost (it looks fixing the noise was just thrown in).They have good WiFi they were happy for me to sit and use while I waited.Im very happy and would not hesitate to come back here.

Crooks. I asked them from a diagnostic why my car wouldnt start only when hot. Quoted 40-60. Left for a few hours, said it wad fuel pump. They then charged 90 and I noticed they never even moved my car from how I parked it. Changed the fuel pump didnt fix the issue. Asked them to properly do what was discussed, the manager just said I was incompetent to hook up a fuel pump correctly and its not there problem. Also said we would need to pay more for to look at it at all and said it wad like going to the doctors. Stay away from these swindlers.
