This was my first visit, and Paige and Connor took great care of me! I’m not a big tea drinker, so I didn’t know what to order, but they helped me narrow down. I tried the Kopi Cham (with sweetie pie chai), and it was absolutely excellent! I’ve never had such a complex drink, and I never would’ve tried it without their help. Now I’m hooked! Don’t be intimidated by the many choices - this place is so friendly and warm and interesting, you can’t go wrong - I’ll definitely be back to try more!

Refreshing oasis with plenty of options for a nice drink or snack. Drinks range from refreshimg Tea to Kombucha, to Boba tea! The space is airy and clean, and you can find some gifts here or supplies of your own to make their tea at home. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Ive been to the location at Lowe Mill several times, but this was my first time at this location. Absolutely perfect. I get the Chocola-Tea frother with almond milk, and this was definitely the best Ive ever had. Im not sure what they did, but the flavor was on point. The staff was also super friendly and the location is cute and has plenty of room to rest and take a drink.

We love piper and leaf! The staff is always so sweet. They always give my baby her own cup of water and dont care that I take a million photos of her in there! They have the best tea in Huntsville hands down!

Weak tea and weak coffee is not good for business when that is your main product. Really nice service from the two young ladies keeps the rating from being lower.

Absolutely incredible tea! They offer both true tea and tisane tea. I look forward to coming here more often to try everything they have to offer.

Such a wonderful shop! Fantastic customer service and a great menu! I had the strawberry apple tea and my fiance had the front porch special and they were both excellent! Cannot wait to come back.

Good tea and great customer service! This was my first time visiting this place. The young ladies behind the counter were kind and helpful. I was able to taste test the front porch, sweet potato one, and caramel apple. All three were delicious!! I was there for happy hour, so I ended up getting two teas. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Love this location! It’s right next to Constitution Hall, which is a great place to walk around.The back porch has rocking chairs and the inside is nice and quaint. It’s quiet enough to work. Metered parking on the weekdays, but $1 will get you 2 hours.They have an excellent selection of teas and the baristas are very helpful!

A+ plus with a great variety and delicious taste. My first time there and it was wonderful. Ive always heard good things about this place. The owner, Connor, is knowledgeable on popular choices for newbies. I will be back.

This place has both fantastic tea and fantastic customer service! I came in today with a curious one year old who loved to touch things and Jeremy was very kind and helpful! He also informed me about the shop and the surrounding area. I got the Sweet Dixie tea and it was amazing! If you want good tea, a wonderful experience of southern hospitality and a cozy environment, you will find it at Piper and Leaf! Thank you again Jeremy!

LOVE the new downtown location!! Amazing drinks, staff and location!! They allowed us to have a baby shower here and were so accommodating for our group. Plus the space is super cute!! Many thanks to the staff for being so helpful!! Also, the caramel apple hot tea is a must try!!

This was my first time ordering at Piper & Leaf, and my iced latte with chocolate tea was great. Similar to a mocha latte, but more subtle chocolate flavor. Our customer service was awesome, and I will definitely be back!

Always a great experience, friendly and helpful staff, and of course... Delicious tea! This location in particular is newer (lesser known) than the Lowe Mill and Madison ones, so Ive never seen it as busy. Its perfect for when youre downtown!
