I’d highly recommend not ever using this place. They never answer when you try to make a payment and when they finally do answer they just wanna tell you that you’re late and have to pay extra. They purposely do not answer on the day that you’re supposed to pay so you can pay a late fee!!! We have tried calling them several times throughout the week and now we have to pay late fee because they decided not to answer our calls. Well we are not going to pay that late fee because you never want to answer yalls phones! LEARN TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE! PEOPLE HAVE TO MAKE PAYMENTS AND CANT BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE BEYOND LAZY!!!!!

I come in to American car center looking to buy Dodge dart rally there were some title issues so my salesman Benjamin Randall went out of his way to go to Murfreesboro Tennessee and pick up a Mitsubishi lancer for me with less then 30,000 actual miles on it this man needs a raise he went above and beyond and out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted best salesman EVER!!!!!

Went to American Car Center about 1 month ago. Key Fob was not working properly from the beginning. My husband works alot never had a chance to take it back. This Friday Key Fob stop working all together. Went to American Car Center on University Drive and they told us to buy new battery,did that and still nothing. Took it to Chrysler dealership because it is a Chrysler they said its a discountiued key fob cannot be fixed. Told Von the manager very rude said it was nothing he could do. He was busy. Do better. No work no car payment.

It is a lease not a purchase, so you cant trade it in. They have a lot of hidden fees in the contract. Tell you one thing to get you to sign and find out later its all wrong. The car is fine beside normal maintenance and a company recall.

I entered the store today to hopefully conduct business and was very disappointed with the way I was treated. I stood in the store a couple minutes before someone spoke to me. The lady I was standing in front of was very dry. The second working was eating breakfast, looked up at me a couple times and didnt speak. I might not look like I had money but I know for sure they will never know. I even walked around the parking lot looking at cars and no one came out. Finally I called into the store and told them how unprofessional they acted. Customer service sucks

Bought a car in Sept of 2020. We have had nothing but issues since getting it home. A transmission failure message popped up 15 mins from my house the day we bought it and it keeps popping up and we have called and tried to get it fixed but Noone wants to help. The battery keeps dying and it needs work done to it. And we have only had it for 6 months and only drive it back and forth to work. I dont recommend this place at all.

Worst car dealership ever! They are liars, thieves, and manipulators! If you’re looking to purchase, not lease look elsewhere!!! Keep in mind there’s a large fee tacked on at the end to claim ownership that no one tells you about during the signing process. Thankful to be done having paid them off!

I’m trying to trade in my car they tell me I got to pay my payout of 5300 dollars to trade it in but I have had the car over 3 years?!?! Caught up on all my payments and everything never wrecked it or nothing just asking to trade it in....

Scam artists, theyll sell you vehicles that are fixed just enough to sell and then they start falling apart, multiple transmission issues, ac/heat stopped working, etc and their warranty just tells oh well, their financial company is worse, and Im still waiting on my $100 referral reward from last year that I regret doing and these 5 star reviews are encouraged by them at time of leasing for a bonus of some kind. No one in the company keeps their word, instead they act like payment arrangements, etc were never made so if it is legal for you again only if legal, you should record their calls

Dont waste your time! First, you are actually leasing the car in the beginning. When you are almost finished paying on your vehicle, they will add additional 2000 - 3000 fees to your account. My fiance paid her car off in February. Four months later still no car title. Today, I spoke with an representative regarding the car title. Her response was very nonchalant and unprofessional.They dont care after you pay the car off. For two months, communication has been nonexistent until I called again today.

Be aware. They are a leasing company and dont actually sell you the car even tho thats what they tell you. Figured this out when I was almost completely done paying for the car. Wasted almost 3 yrs paying for something that I would have to pay extra to own. They prey on people who are down on their luck and in need of a car. Never once explained that the car was a lease and would have to be returned. Most people who go here arent in a situation where they can waste 500 a month on a lease, but they will make you believe your buying. If I couldve afforded a lease at that time, I wouldve went to a major dealer. Thats what theyre for, but these people advertise to the low income crowd as if theyre helping people own a car. They arent. Check your contract if youve got a car from them and THINK youre buying. You may be surprised to find out that the paperwork they shoved in front of you and kept rushing while you were trying to figure it out, is actually a lease contract and youll have to pay x amount of dollars at the end of your contract to own the car. This is a common practice for them so I know Im not the only 1. If your interested in OWNING a vehicle, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Do NOT go here. I got a car cause I had somewhat bad credit. The car is only worth about 10k and I got it about a year ago. After the 4 in a half years of $400 a month I will have paid 23k. Absurd difference. I have had issues with it since I first purchased it. Now I am having issues with the water pump, valve cover, and belt. I called American Car Center to inform them of these issues. I was basically blamed for WATER PUMP leaking and having to be replaced. Apparently it’s because of how I drive and that I am 100% responsible as the customer to take care of my car. Also he added that if I get the water pump replaced (which will cost $1600) I won’t have to worry about it leaking on the belt....nice smart remark. Every 3 months when I get the oil changed, I get an inspection done. When I first took on this car it was the air conditioning. I was blown off when I informed them of it. And now I am blown off again. The cars they give you are not worth it and they will drain you of money. Plus after your lease contract is up if I wanted to keep the car (which is a hell no) you will have to pay an additional 3k so that’s $26,000 for a car worth 10k....SCAM!!! GIANT SCAM! Plus the people are condescending and rude.

Purchased a 2017 Hyundai in Nov, 2019 and noticed a couple days after bringing the car home that some very sketchy paint work was done on the vehicle. It looked like their had been a wreck resulting in scrapes on car, and seemed as if it was either spray painted or covered with nail polish . Fast forward a short couple of months later to March of 2020, I am having to pay out of pocket because huge chips of paint have been flaking off in the areas where they tried to cover the damage. Spoke to someone in the warranty department and ofcourse they cannot do anything to help or mitigate the issue . Wouldnt recommend anyone buy from them, they bandaid their cars for sales, and do a horrible job at it .

Do not go to American Car Center for a vehicle unless you want to be manipulated and taken advantage of. They consistently give misleading information and withhold extremely important information that should be verbally told to customer. The company will not go out of their way to help anyone who was not given all the information when signing paperwork. I will not use them again nor will I refer anyone to them. My car was picked up for non payment which you know things happen. I went to the car lot to pick my belongings up and i went inside to the lady at the desk and asked her about it and she was rude to me from the time i started talking to her till we went to the back to get the stuff. I was never rude to her and kept asking her why was she doing that to me and never gave me an answer just she left at 4pm but i didnt know.
