I had a positive experience prior so hired Kevin again. I tried to reach him to make things right and could not reach him via phone or text. My flooring was cut incorrectly. I have numerous spots where you can see the slab. Toilets were not correctly re-installed. House was left a total mess. Floors were filthy, grout and sand and debris left in my sinks and tubs. Trim was not replaced where it belonged. Hole was made in my bedroom wall, was repaired, not great. I felt I was taken advantage of regarding charges to remove subfloor. I questioned the high rate and was told it was because it could take days, it took hours yet I wasn’t offered any relief.

We had a 10 yr. old shower insert that was just too hard to clean, and starting to look its age. I called Kevin at WCR, and he was out within a couple of days to give us an estimate. He was by far the most reasonable, but that does not mean least valued. Kevin sent us to a great place to pick out our tile, Pro Source in Madison. They were super too. Within a few days of our tiles arrival, Kevin got to work. Took 3 days to complete the job, which is exactly what he told us it would take. He cleaned up, hauled away all of the jobsite garbage and was done and gone. It looks awesome, and we couldnt be happier. If we ever do have any issues, I know Kevin will be there, hes a real professional. Great work, great value, professional. What more do you need ! Thanks Kevin.

Kevin is prompt and very professional. He arrived on time and notified me in advance when he would be here and what he would be doing. He tore out my old plastic master shower and tiled in a beautiful new one for me. The only negative is my water bill is going to go up because I love my shower now.10/10 highly recommended for tile in shower work.

Kevin and his team recently replaced some laminate flooring in two rooms of our house with hardwoods. Kevin arrived on time and got the job done well within the expected timeline. He and his team were extremely courteous and professional, and his office manager was very easy to work with. We are very happy with how our floors turned out and will definitely be calling WCR in the future.

The quality of work is very poor. The quality of work could have been mitigated if problems were shared with the owner when discovered. You can not suggest or make comments unless you pay for his and son mistakes. This guy does not listen and have an answer for everything. I would not recommend this company to anyone else. I am having to hire someone else to correct his errors with the wood floors installed.

Kevin and his crew did an excellent job remodeling our bathtub into a walk in shower. He was kind enough, and patient enough, to work around our crazy hours and scheduling to get the job done. Only one little hiccup with the plumbing but he just called in another plumber and was back on track in no time! Job well done gentlemen!

Kevin made the entire process of a tile backsplash seamless. The job was on time, didn’t overspend on material and it was done beautifully. Will definitely keep them in mind for our next project
