The employees were rude... I waited for almost 30 minutes. I asked a guy about service & he said he was busy, to just wait... then he walked back & forth just looking at me... he said there were only 2 people working but I counted 4 guys walking around... he never did come & assist me. It wouldve literally taken 2-3 minutes to get my info & allow me to get to my other errands. I would suggest going down the road to express oil change. Very friendly & fast service there!

Had my tires installed in record time. Got me in and out in about 45 minutes. Great service and very respectful!

I love Walmarts warranty regarding batteries, and they do have good batteries. I have also used them for oil changes which are reasonably priced. The workers here are friendly, and Ive never had any issues at this location. Theyve always performed quality work.

I got a tire patched at this location. I’m now on the side of the road on HWY 431 with all but one of my lug nuts missing and my tire nearly falling off my drum. They can’t even properly tighten lugnuts. It’s raining and I have 4 kids in my car waiting on road side assistance. #epicfail.

The employees are friendly and helpful. They have good deals on tires but the oil changes are a little pricey. Get there about 7:30 AM, and you can be first in line when they open up at 8 AM.

I paid extra for lifetime tire balance and rotation. I’ve been at this location three days in a row And every time my weight is between an hour and a half to two hours long. Yesterday they told me the wait was an hour and a half long and there was only one car in the bay. I definitely do not recommend this as a place to take your car for service or maintenance!

If I could give this department a zero, I would. Never buy your tires here or warranty because don’t come back expecting to actually have your tires replaced. They will come up with literally every excuse possible to void the warranty. Not to mention the customer service is complete and total garbage. A department run and operate by lazy people, by a multi-billion dollar corporation hellbent on ripping off its customers. Take your business ELSEWHERE

You can get pretty much any and everything you will need for your home garden car and etc...

When I got there the first day. The weather was horrible and the techs had the hardest time trying to understand what was being said. Got there after hours to pickup my tires. There had been a misunderstanding and nothing had been. The gentleman in sporting goods spoke with his manager and made everything right. Thank you. In the long run, it went well. They stand by their word.

I have had my oil changed here several times and purchased tires. I got good service and products. They give you a printout with a list of what work was done.

Supervisor was polite, guy with the beard was slow but eventually changed my tires after 2 and a half hours. Every few minutes he would wonder off....

Had to go back twice to get my tires out back on correctly and they took over an hour to change my oil.

Took 2-3 hours to get oil changed a lot of people waiting for service .I saw 2 leave talked to manager she said couldnt keep anybody to work!! One guy came over to Hampton Cove instead of Winchester Rd.Wal Mart because they said the could get him out sooner !! 3 or more before, .. took me 2 r 3 hours . 1 guy had to do all the work !!!
