Just stopped by and needed to replace the brake light on a family members vehicle. The retaining screws had been put on too tight at a prior location and stripped. The employees came right out and helped with removing the screws and getting a replacement bulb. Some of the best above and beyond service I have ever seen. 100% recommend coming here for anything you need; they will do everything they can to help.

Helpful staff. They allowed me to order a part over the phone w/of payment.....after making 2 trips to pick up the part. They didnt have it either day. Bad inventory counts.

As usual, if you cant find something for your vehicle go to Reliable Auto Parts. They found us a rebuilt long block for a Ford Ranger pickup. All of there staff staff are knowledgeable and personable. Great people.

Everybody is kind and polite and they get you what you need at the lowest price that they can get it helping your budget any part doesnt matter what it is theyll try to find it if they cant find it to find you somebody else who can.

Been in Biz in Huntsville for years, Counter people are very experienced and you see the same people each visit which makes for better knowledge in their job since they have been there several years. Have parts that Im sure no one else has. they even sell and install new and used tires at good prices. They have rebuild options for certain parts which sometimes may be your best option. My experience with Reliable has been great and I strongly recommend to anyone needing auto parts

Employees are very knowledgeable. Know exactly what you need for your vehicles problem and get the correct part for you every time. Also, women are treated as if we really do know the difference between ball joints and a ball gown.

They have very knowledged staff. And they go out of their way to help. By making sure you get the correct products for your application.

True old school parts house-had what i needed, unlike the chain stores. Explained to the gentleman what i was looking for and he found it for me, so that was much more gratifying than the blank stares i recieved from the highschool kids @the other places i visited that day.....
