After experiencing expensive travel charges and poor service from another company, I called you and the service was excellent. I highly recommend your thorough service and professionalism.

A great company providing quality products and services in a timely manner. 101 Mobility installed a safety ramp and stair lift for our home almost two years ago and the tech was very professional and did an excellent job with the installation. What can I say about these people that you havent already heard. Theyre great people, know what theyre doing when it comes to installing lift equipment in a vehicle. The young man who did mine was professional in every way. He kept me informed on where he was at with the installation. Upon completion of the install he instructed me on the proper use of the lift and the importance of making sure the power switch is off.Recently I had to have them check out my lift it wasnt functioning properly. They came all the way from Huntington WV. to Winchester KY. just to service my lift. Im very happy to report that everything is just fine.I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who has difficulty getting up or down stairs or in and out of a vehicle. This company was very timely in sending someone to my home to take measurements and explain how it would work, etc. I receive a quote the next day. I called and scheduled the installation much quicker than I expected! Installation took no time and the technician worked to get the seat adjusted just right for me and explained how to use, etc. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a chair lift! The company is timely, knowledgeable, very competively priced! Its a WV company which I love to support our state! Thank you 101 Mobility!

The on-site visit for measuring, the ordering and the installation of the Bruno stairlift went great with no problems. We havent used the stairlift a lot yet, but the operation is straightforward and easy to understand. Looking forward to years of service. Thanks!

Great people to deal with

Terrible service. Only want to sell stuff. Brought a carry in to have it diagnosed for a stalling issue. After a day I called them and they wanted too sell me a seat, 2 batteries and plug a wire back into the voltage meter. It was over 1200 bucks. When I asked if that would fix the stalling problem he told me he didnt know.

They will do anything to help you they just dont sell the product and then you dont hear from them they make sure that everything is going ok
