I am from Wheeling, but visited the shop several months ago and fell in love! They have a beautiful selection and their ownership and employees are wonderful. We were just exploring Huntington and werent in the market to buy anything, but when we left, I knew wed be back. During the closure for Covid-19, I ordered cuff-links as a graduation present for my husband who was graduating from Marshall. They sent me photos of options, shared information, engraved my selection and shipped them to me very quickly. It was the best customer service that Ive maybe ever received! Thank you so much!

Such a amazing establishment. They are always willing help. Ive come here many times over the years and always have had the same great service. Today was no different. I usually come in for all my watch needs. Today went in to make a unusual request for single pin (like you find in watch bands) I needed one specific length. To replace one that had fallen out of my key fob. Long story short. Within 5-6mins she had gotten a pin to the exact size needed. Thank you so much again. You guys were a life saver today.
