I just had a Shingles Vaccine with the Pharmacist Christine OBoyle. I have to say she was great!! Im a squeamish woman and I felt nothing! I wont be nervous for my second shot. Thank you!!

I love this rite aid! i come here pretty often (multiple times a week) and ive never had any issues. i usually come in the evening (being open 24 hrs is amazing!) and the staff is always helpful, curteous, and friendly (especially mike!). really makes me feel like a regular

Came into the store with my mom. Was greeted warmly at first but then we were followed down nearly every single aisle by a man name Pete. We were the only Black people in the store and the only ones he seemed interested in following. I do not appreciate being treated like a criminal when simply minding my business and spending my money like everyone else.

They really take the time in the Pharmacy area, took long time to get what I wanted. But other than this it is always fun to shop at Rite Aid. Local and convenient.

I wish I could put negative stars. The pharmacy is incompetent..Kristine Odonell should be FIRED! She is rude unhelpful and doesn’t have an ounce of compassion. She thinks she is a doctor and she is NOT! My doctor sent in a prescription, my insurance company approved it but she decided she is the doctor and wouldn’t give it to me. Jason the other pharmacist gave me bad advice and has no clue how anything works. The whole place is a disaster. They need proper management! They need to hang the credentials of these people. They are NOT DOCTORS..be aware!!

I’m very upset with the last review. I’m always shopping at rite aid and i’m familiar with everyone there. Pete is a welcoming and friendly person. I’m sure he was just doing his job... Why does someone have to be critiqued for walking down aisles for doing his job. That’s a little ridiculous.

There getting three stars cause everyone there is very nice. But the bathrooms, omg very dirty. I would be embarrassed if I were the manager

So it looks like rite aid took down my review because they dont want to take care of this SERIOUS ISSUE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THIER EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS FORCE THEM TO WORK AND SHOP IN A STORE WITH RATS!!!! I WILL NOT RISK MY LIFE TO SHOP IN A RAT INFESTED STORE, AND IF YOU WANT TO CHALLENGE WHAT I AM SAYING RITE AID, I noted the day and time when i saw the rodent.

I went to this Rite Aid at 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday night. I did not get the name of the woman who helped me unfortunately but she was fantastic! I picked up 2 items that were on discount and when they were rang up, they came up full price. I mentioned the tag that said they were discounted. The tag had the wrong dates on them so it didn’t go through on the register. She could of been rude about it and said they were the wrong dates however, she was extremely nice about it and took the time to override the price and give me the deals. I regret not getting your name for I was so sleepy but whoever you are, thank you!!! That’s what customer service and more importantly, kind people are all about!!! WE NEED MORE LIKE YOU!

I had to transfer money via western union. Catherine at register was very kind and called her supervisor to help me. Her and her supervisor was extremely kind and helpful. I will always use this rite aid for all my future needs.

PHARMACY is a nightmare. Theyre criminally negligent. Im shocked theyre still running. I tried switching to them, and they messed up all my prescriptions. First said my insurance was terminated (which it wasnt), then charged me extra $$ saying my insurance wasnt covering it when Im positive it was covered. I called my Dr. and it turns out they didnt even have the prescription in the first place!!Another incident - they didnt have enough of one of my prescriptions so I took a partial refill (20 days). When I went back for the rest (10 days), they said I wasnt allowed to pick it up yet. Seriously? Absolute nightmare. Im sure theyll eventually get someone killed.

Been going to this rite aid for years but after my experience tonight, Friday 5/8/2020, NEVER AGAIN! Instead of Dulcolax they gave us Docusate, then when I called to speak with the pharmacist about it I got a MAJOR ATTITUDE on the phone saying I was wrong and that they don’t do refunds. Excuse me, WHAT? YOU gave us the wrong medication and you are putting this on me? The worst part is we did not get an apology, just an excuse that they misunderstood the doctor’s voicemail. Can’t speak for anyone else but the pharmacist tonight (Friday evening) was absolutely awful—AVOID unless you like to be treated like an idiot!

Pharmacy staff is very accommodating and helpful. They also have the longest hours in the village. Highly recommend.

Pharmacy staff is competely incompetent except maybe one person. I’ve had trouble getting my refills almost all of the time there. I’ve tried to give them second and third chances but the staff is NOT helpful at all. They charged my daughter for her medication when we have insurance and I had to call and they did give her the $ back but didn’t even apologize for the “mistake”. The last answer I got about picking up my prescription was “There’s nothing here for you, I don’t know what to tell you” (with a very nasty attitude) when I knew my prescription was sent there and every month it is the same thing. Anyway, I already changed to the Rite Aid in Northport. Everyone there is much nicer and very helpful.
