On two separate occasions I purchased Puff Bars from the Huntington location that were defective. They were almost $13 each. The first time they sold me a defective product, I let it go. The most recent incident I decided to try to make an exchange. I returned about 15 minutes after opened it and realized that, yet again, they sold me a broken device. I stopped by and asked the cashier if I could exchange the device. I paid with a debit card and had my receipt. The cashier pointed to a piece of paper that had “No Refunds! No exchanges!”. And then he stated that “he just works there, and he would exchange it if it were up to him”. So, I basically just handed over nearly $30 for two products that didn’t work, when I could have spent much less at a more reputable convenience store, and have bought a product that works. If the owner isn’t going to offer exchange, then he needs to stop selling defective products. Save yourself the headache, and your hard earned cash, Go to speedway!
