This is a large Goodwill. Had lots and lots of clothes that were arranged by size. Very helpful!

This is the Goodwill I visit most. Out of the two in Huntington, it is best. Barboursville normally has more selection but the staff here is excellent.

One thing I love about this is it has a color wheel that tells you sale items. I always take a picture and go around on my phone looking for them items. Im very forgetful and dont have to ask a worker several times. Staff is always very friendly. I enjoy shopping this Goodwill. Ive gotten couches in excellent condition and everything on the color sale here. Very welcoming and very clean.

This location is pretty great. You can drop off your donations and recycling in the back, then come around front and do some shopping. There are so many amazing finds. It must be hard to work there and keep your paycheck! Lol! I highly recommend that you check them out.

Goodwill is a pretty neat place to shop you never know what youll find prices are a little high but what can you do I highly recommended service very nice and friendly very clean and safe

Love the deals you can get at Goodwill. The fact the take donations with every order to help others in need find jobs is amazing. The regular staff always help. If I have an idea of what I want they can lead me in a good direction. Top notch.

They have a great variety of clothing for the whole family in fantastic barely used condition. Cheryl the manger allowed me to receive 3 shirts 3 pants and a winter coat that was desperately needed at no cost. Im ever so grateful for the help. Please shop thrift and donate as you can. You will be helping so many people in so.many ways.

Clothes smelled bad

Ive donated to Goodwill for years, but their prices have gotten ridiculous when shopping there. It would be nice for those give to receive a % off voucher or coupon for use during their next purchase. Ive started giving to Salvation Army instead and shopping at smaller consignment shops.

Great alternative to retail shops

We were welcomed graciously by Greg. He helped us with our recycling items and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable. Two other employees also helped us unload our items. They were also very polite.

Honestly not my favorite Goodwill.... Relatively clean the staff is helpful but some items are over priced. You find some decent books. Aisles were easy to navigate with a wheelchair.

Great prices on most things however some items had retail prices and thats really not what goodwill should be about. The items are donated and your charging prices that your community cant afford. The 5 star rating was for the awesome service I received.

I love this Goodwill store and all of their staff it is priced right in affordable they have the best donated items everything is always clean and nothings tore up it is like going to your familys yard sale in there its amazing they are so nice to everyone and all the kids get to pick out a toy out of their toy box before they walk out the door the customer service is excellent

Decent selection of cheap books!

Was told they check electronics out to make sure the come on. So I bought a PSP for 35.00 with no charger. Brought it home put 2 different chargers on it. It never came on. Policy says as is, but if they checked to make sure it came on, then they sold something that didn’t work, and they knew it. I even offered to take a shampooer I didn’t need, just so I got something for my money. Was told sorry, as is! I make a trip at least once a day, just to see what they have. Spend a lot of money there, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOODWILL ANY MORE. And people should pay their trash bill so they can throw away things that don’t work rather than donating them to goodwill to get rid of!

They have some great deals sometimes but there prices on there clothes are way to high.

Just like every other Goodwill in the tristate they have tons of overstock from retail. Used to be a great place for bargains but is not that great now. Clothing selection is good at this particular location.

They are clean and they try to keep the store neat oh, the prices are good also.

I love going in so often cause they have different things every day and at very reasonable prices and I LOVE that it carries EVERYTHING too !

This Goodwill is a great place to shop, especially for clothes to fit a toddler. The store is pretty well laid out and there are usually some type of sales to make the deals even better.

I am stylin’ and profilin’!!! Watch out world. I purchased a porkpie hat, a lawnmower, a Hawaiian shirt from Tommy Bahama, and an Adidas skort, incase I want to play tennis. The skort gave me a rash, but I was content because it disguised from my pasty complexion. I also got some Pokémon cards. Although, my reasoning behind my 3-Star rating was a woman’s water broke near the hardware section and it got all over this toolbox I wanted. I didn’t get to purchase the toolbox because it was soaked in baby water. I wanted the employees to wipe it off but they refused. Upset. But I am about to serve looks when I go on my cruise in July. Thanks for the cool trends!!

Most ridiculously overpriced Goodwill I have seen in the entire eastern US. Prime example: twelve dollars for a pack of 3 golf balls. Yes. Four bucks a ball. Donations that could not be clearanced from retail outlets at 90% off are marked back up to retail once they get here.
