Needed an inspectionSticker after having my windshield replaced. Hadnt been there in years, after talking to Phil at the counter, he said maybe this afternoon. I mentioned that I lived in Wayne and was on my way home. He checked with service techs, they worked me in, between jobs. Very friendly people. Went out of their way to help a stranger.

Im more impressed each time I go here. First stop was a simple wheelbarrow tire that they fixed for free. That convinced me to go back for tire replacement, servicing and other mechanical needs. Im not mechanical at all so I always feel like Im being swindled at a place like this - but not here. I trust these guys and dont plan to go anywhere else!

No public pricing and none in their website . This is the way they charge each customer a different price . Post your prices . I shouldnt have to come to your store to shop for tires . This isnt 1952 its 2021

This is a wonderful place to go. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about tires. Loved the hometown feel of the shop too. I definitely would recommend coming here

Highly recommend tic tock tires. I had a state inspection of my modified jeep. The counter guys were polite and professional. The waiting area was clean and seating was provided for social distancing during this time. This was my first visit. But I will be a repeat customer

Took my car here for a few tires, allignment, and some other repairs. I went to a competitor originally and it took an hour and a half to change tire. With this shop I was out of there in about 30 min. They also found some other repairs that needed to be addressed. They took me out there and showed me and explained it to me. After it was all said and done it cost less than I originally thought. You can tell these guys care about their customers, not just the money you’re giving them. I highly recommend this shop. These guys are my new go to for all my repairs.

This place is horrible I got tires for my car and as I was leaving they told me that there balance machine wasn’t working so my car would shake they told me to bring it back so I did and my car still shakes I will never go back to this place again and I wouldn’t tell anyone to go here.

I arrived 10 min before 5. They closed at 5. With a flat. They were already closed even though other customers were walking around. They could care less. I am on oxygen and needed help . They were to busy trying to go home. I ended up driving prob 20 blocks on a rim to Firestone who sold me a tire for $150 and put it on for me. Btw Firestone is open till 7pm yaw

They squeezed me in for an emergency on a very busy Tuesday morning with no appointment. It was very quick & they didn’t charge me, because it didn’t need much work. Very honest & hard-working group - highly recommend!

I took my daughters van there to buy a new tire,the guy at the counter told me the tire is a nice tire and looks new and he thought they could just patch it,which they did at a fraction of the cost,very honest and great communication and customer service,going there again today.

They do great work...on tires/brakes. A little pricey. If you need more advanced vehicle repairs, go elsewhere. I had a belt installed - it came off a week later and left me stranded. On another car, I asked them to look at a front suspension noise - they replaced my front struts - but that did not resolve the noise..$1000 later.

Thanks for the quick help!! Friendly service. The air pressure was low on one side of the vehicle but we couldnt manage to fix it at a gas station. The guy examined all of our tires and topped them up. When we asked how much he replied, air is free.

I am new to the huntington area and when I called Tic Toc Tire I was rudely told to hold which is fine I understand it’s busy. When I was taken off hold I explained the issues I was having with my car, I was cut short and the man on the other line said, “I’m not interested in doing that kind of work”. I then asked for a recommendation of someone I could call because like I said I’m new the the area. The man said, “can’t think of anyone” and then the man hung up. So if you need anything more than a simple oil change, don’t expect the guys at Tik Tok tire to help.

Fast and easy.

Had my tires aligned one date and another date had some tire pressure sensors replaced. Some issues happened during the replacement of the tire pressure sensors which caused a greater than promised wait time. Before I even mentioned the issue the counter man thanked me for being so patient with them and didn’t charge me for the work they had done. I’m a small business owner and integrity is an amazing attribute to hold. The manager Scott is amazing! Me, my boyfriend and two dogs were moving 1,500 miles west for my grad school and 6 hours into our trip a tire started having problems. After calling nearly every garage in town and being (rudely) declined at all of them Scott explained that his guys were fully booked that morning but he would help us out. Took it straight in and fixed the problem himself quickly and at a lower price than any other garage had quoted us. He even offered our dogs water before we got back on the road. Highly recommend this place to anyone!!! Thanks again Scott!

I have just recently started taking my vehicles here for servíce. Three times pleased now! I highly reccomend others to try their service. From ball joint and fuel pump replacements to putting in a steering column, I recieved honest assessments and high quality work! Ive been very happy with the service at Tic Toc. I have found that when you ask for an estimate on work done there before they do it, that it is extremely accurate to what you end up paying. The customer service has been excellent as well. They always call to let me know if there is an issue or a something that may need done in addition to what was agreed on earlier. I have never been charged for something I didnt explicitly request.Great place.

I have been using this garage for several years. Even though there had been some small issues in the past, overall, I was confident enough with them to recommend them to my boyfriend. However, after my last experience and his, I will NEVER be going back.The repair was done and I tried to retrieve my car after receiving four phone calls telling me to come pick it up. I arrived to find the store closed for a 12-1 lunch which made no sense and was not mentioned in the four calls. After making arrangements to pick the car up sometime around 5:10 PM, I was told how inconvenienced the front desk had been by my lack of voice mail (?). This is after answering three calls explaining I was at work and would be picking the car up on my lunch around noon.I picked the car up from a flustered and confused front desk worker who was rude. She ran my card a grand total of four times before getting it to work. As I drove home, they called a fifth time to explain they had run my card for double the amount that should have been charged. They asked that I return to the store which would have been my fifth trip of the day to that location in order to sign a corrected check. I declined and asked that they mail the corrected receipt.The next day, I checked my bank statement to find both charges still debited against my account. I called Tic Toc and asked that the over-charge be removed at which time I was informed that the double charge was my problem. It took calling my bank and having the charge disputed before it was finally removed days later.The very next time I drove my car, it broke down and cost $400.00 in repairs. Instead of guaranteeing their work or demonstrating even a modicum of customer service, Tic Toc made me feel stupid and used.Further, when my boyfriend went there upon my recommendation to get two tires, the next week, both tires had become flat. He was told by Tic Toc that this wasnt their problem and was forced to purchase new tires instead of them guaranteeing their work or demonstrating customer service.They allowed me to drive an unsafe car after I brought it to them for repair. They over charged me almost $200 and then refused to fix their mistake. All the while, I was calm and polite even after their worker was extremely rude.In a word, Tic Toc Tire is UNACCEPTABLE. Do not use this garage unless you are a mechanical expert with a backup garage who can fix their mistakes. Watch your bank statements very carefully.

Staff was great and got in relatively quickly. Got my inspection sticker in an appropriate amount of time and they did not try to add a bunch of stuff to the price.

My experience with Tic Toc is they dont guess at whats wrong with your vehicle. They assess and diagnose. Anybody can change parts until a vehicle is fixed. Tic Toc changes the right part first.

Very slow service. After getting my car fixed I realized they charge higher prices when I compared them to other shops . Also there is someone named Ryan who works there that is very impatient and seems like he does not want to help fix your car. Gives off a very bad atmosphere, I would recommend going elsewhere

Convenient but expensive. Maybe ok place for buying tires, but do not get service done here. They mark up the prices for their parts and also charge very expensive labor in addition to the parts profit. Much better off getting Any work done elsewhere. Called shop to ask about their pricing, still waiting on a resolution. If money is not an object have no worries but if you want service at a reasonable cost go some where else.

I was without my car for two weeks after I took it in for an allignment and one of the mechanics broke the axle. It was terrible, they kept telling me it would be ready and then pushing it back.

Best auto shop in the area. Scott and Phil make it happen.

Friendly staff, do what needs to be done, never felt like I was being screwed over. They recommended another place to fix my resonator for my yearly inspection and wasnt screwed over their either.
