Jeff and rick are outstanding. They Fit me in on short notice for an oil change. I asked them to give the car a once over and they said everything was fine except it needed a rear windshield wiper. They are easy to talk to and you get the feeling you can trust them. I will take my car back there every time.

Nice until you.refuse.to Pau their high prices and tell them thanks for trying but I cant afford it then its all hateful attitudes. $140 to tell me 1 brake pad needed replaced. I toldem that when I walked in but they ticketed me up for the whole diagnosis $140 and let me tell you that of you drive a used car, dont plan on leaving the same.week you take it in there. I feel it was very professional of them to tell me what was wrong after I explained it to them when I walked in. But the charge for it. Well as soon as I seen that, there were no more smiles. They tried to get one over and I work on cars for a living, just got out of hospital and thought Id help them with the business. Thatll be last time.

Awhile ago, I took my car in to get an oil change here.They said they found some belt that was about to break, and they could replace it for $450. I told them to just change the oil.The next day I took it to a mechanic, who said all the belts were perfectly fine.Its been over a year and the car is still great, so I really feel that they tried to take advantage of a young, single woman. Id rather junk my car than go here again.

Took my car in to get front brakes changed, as my regular mechanic was booked. They charged triple the price, but I wanted them changed as I was going out of town. After having my car for an hour, they called and said the back brakes were bad as well. (My regular mechanic said they were fine). I told them not to touch the back brakes.That was a year and a half ago, and the back brakes just got changed last week, and they still werent all the way out.Take your car anywhere else if you have the option to!

My service experience at this Goodyear Service Center was excellent. The staff took my car in for servicing at the appointed time. The service was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. The center was clean, COVID-19 guidelines were followed and the staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend this Goodyear Service Center to others for there auto service needs.

Jeffrey at the store in Huntington, WV was the best, very friendly and understanding. I came in from out of town on a Saturday afternoon and he was able to have his technician look into my problem. In just a few hours they resolved what they could to get me back on the road. I was able to pick it back up that afternoon and continue on my travels the next day.

Everyone I dealt with was incredibly nice and helpful. Went in for an inspection sticker and ended up needing new tires and parts to fix the back end of my RAV that was WAY out of alignment. No pressure to buy from them at all, they just told me what it needed to make it safe. Gave me estimates for literally everything they did before they did it so I knew what I was spending and fixed everything quickly. Never felt like anyone was talking down to me because Im a woman; they took the time to explain everything. Hopefully I wont need their services for my RAV again for a while, but Ill go back if/when something else needs done.

The details are below, but this rating is about the extra effort and out of the box thinking that Jeff Bennett and Rickie Atkins showed in going to alternate sources to get a part that the local honda folks could not provide, and that was going to render the car undriveable for weeks. A perfect example of a customer service focus.Brought them a car that was overheating. They promptly diagnosed the problem and ordered the needed part from the local honda dealer. After a week went by and the dealer could not get the part, they tried another honda dealer but he could not obtain it. Finally, Jeff and Rickie obtained the needed part by scouring sources like ebay and the local junkyard.

This shop had excellent service as always. I’ve used them for over a decade and on two different cars and they’ve always taken great care of me.

Located in Huntington, WV, this place is fabulous! Manager, Jeffery Bennett is always polite and very helpful. Staff is very courteous and work conscious.

The service was fast and the staff kind and professional. As always, the waiting area was very clean. The staff have also made important COVID-19 modifications in the area which was good to see. I overheard one staff member ask a customer to put his mask on but in a kind and respectful way. This was also good. I look forward to doing business there in the future.

My cars A/C had cut out on a hot afternoon, and even though the crew was fully booked through the end of the day, Jeff told me to come on in. Not only did they do a quick fix on the A/C, they made time to identify several other issues that Ill be having fixed in the next few weeks. In an age where lots of companies seem to confine customer service to the sales cycle, the Goodyear Auto Service team is united in the belief that delivering a great experience to customers is a good reason to get up in the morning.

These people are a bunch of crooks, I brought my truck in on Friday to get inspected, they told me the motor in the drivers side window was bad, even though safelite had already checked it and it was fine, they replaced the glass because that did need to be replaced but they checked the motor again and it was still fine, now after I got everything fixed, I bring it back and all they are supposed to check was what failed but did they do that? no and now I have to replace a light. I recommend you go anywhere but here for anything to do with your car. Just a bunch of crooks!

I recently used Goodyear to replace much worn tires on 2 vehicles. They did not try to oversell me. I also used them to inspect one car. They had to replace the horn. It is an after market replacement and when that one failed they fixed it for free. And did it quickly. They will also check your tire pressure and fill them for free. Very nice and professional staff. Highly recommend.

Please accompany anyone you care about who is elderly or vulnerable, these people are scam artists.They will lie and say your vehicle needs repairs it doesnt.Their favorite go-tos are wiper blades and tie rod ends.Just dont take your business here, theyre soulless.

Wouldn’t recommend if you have a schedule. Made a appointment for 2 and the website gave a estimated time of a hour to do the job, but I needed my vehicle at 4 so I figured Itd be fine. Go in at 4 and told there’s at least 20 minutes more of work to be done, after waiting til 4:30 I go to pay and they try to sell me things my vehicle doesn’t need. Very aggravating when you have places to be and they just take there time or don’t care.

There is a fantastic deal that they dont advertise. If you go in for a tire and ask them to check/fix your breaks because you know there is something wrong with them when they dont check your brakes and come back theyll fix them this time for just the price of the parts from NAPA. When you call around and see that their price of parts is about $145 more than any local parts store they come down a little because whoops there was a mistake. When you go to NAPA and get the actual price of the parts (for the ordinary customer not the corporation price) and bring it back, the manager will talk down to you and call you honey. (Now that may just be for women ;) sorry fellas). After all he gave you such a good deal of free labor after almost causing a possibly fatal accident because the mechanic didnt bother to do the service you paid for in the first place.

They were great. I took my SUV in for an oil change and they did it for less than I was expecting and even checked other features that would affect the vehicle if I didnt know about it. They even gave me an estimate for all the services I need done. I intend to go back and get them done when Im able to.

They told me it would take over an hour to get an inspection sticker. When I advised them I have been getting them for years at other places and it never takes longer than 30 minutes the rude worker stated Well they dont check your car then. and proceeded to hang up. Do not waste your time here, it takes them 2 times as long to do a simple task, and they are extremely rude.

The manager, Jeff, was very honest, kind and helpful. I went to a different garage about a year ago and they messed up my hummer. Ive been scared to go to another garage since then. Jeff made me feel safe and I felt like I could trust him with my vehicle and my life. Highly recommend this shop above others in the area! Not because its goodyear, but because of the staff!
