Called them about a new battery for my wifes van and had it all set up and ready when she got there. They swapped the batteries for her aswell saved us lots of running around. Thanks for the help guys.

Some staff is helpful, sometimes not so much. They definitely know what they are talking about. I have gone in there a couple times for non-automotive related parts and they have always either hooked me up with parts, or recommended where I can find them!

Good to see Im able to go into store. Located in the Jefferson Plaza in south side of Huntinton. Lots of parking and other shopping available. Staff behind counter knowledgeable on my parts need and went the extra trouble to research the specifications for me. I will be back.

They need to change their name to next day Napa. They never have anything you need in stock. Next day auto parts doesnt get the car on the road today.
