Marc in sales was very helpful and polite. After taking our new purchase home we found that one of the tires was a different size. I called and we set an appointment up for the next day. After arriving we were informed that they were going to install all new tires free of charge. We got 5 miles down the road and the check engine light came on, I immediately turned around and went back. They did a quick scan and cleared the check engine light. The following day it came on again and we noticed when we started the car white smoke was rolling out of the exhaust. I called back and we set up another appointment to have this investigated further. As of now it is still in the shop. Even though we dont have our new to us purchase car we are very pleased that the professionals at lakeside Chevrolet are taking the time to figure out this issue.

I used to get my vehicles serviced at this dealership when it was Huntington Chevrolet. Now Lakeside has bought them out the whole experience has changed. The cost to have my oil changed when up 30 dollars. They no longer wash my car. The try to upsell you extra items to be repaired. The attitude by their service manager is horrible. Wants to tell me all about his Honda. I am at a GM dealership because I am a loyal GM buyer. I dont want to hear about your Honda. Im not sure this guy has ever worked on a car in his life and has zero care of the customers. I will not be back because of the increased costs and lack of care of their customers. Seemed like a bait and switch. We drove out to Huntington to look at an advertised vehicle. Even though the photos did not show the cosmetic paint issues and the windshield which would need replacing, we would have purchased the car. However, once we sat down to talk sale, we were informed of an additional $750 safety package which is placed on all vehicles before sale, and which was not reflected in the advertised price. Didnt sit well with us. Plus, got a call the next morning from the salesman, who had apparently forgotten who we were. Not the dealership for us.

Went in and test drove a vehicle liked it and said I was interested. They said they would have it mechanically check then call me. Two days later I was told it was unsafe and they wouldnt sell it to me it is still on the website and one day after I was told this someonesaw it being test driven by another person. They kept trying to push other vehicles on me that I was not interested in. Then every time I try to call them they wouldnt answer my calls. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody.

My boyfriend has his truck here currently and we have ran into an issue every week and it has been a huge inconvenience to our family. We currently do not have another vehicle and it has been like this for three months, our truck has been currently here for a month. We travel for his job and we are not from here so getting around and even taking our child to appointments is a huge hassle. We have a lot going on. When it was first here we very happy as they seemed like they would get the job done asap. We were told 3 different times on when the vehicle would be done yet still no vehicle! We have been very patient and totally understanding with the issues that have come up yet feel totally defeated as the diesel mechanic that was assigned to the job last day is today. I was told today from the gentleman I spoke with he would speak to someone about trying to help us out on our situation and lend a loaner until the vehicle is complete, I have not heard anything and I hope this wasnt a way of just getting me off the phone, hoping they contact my bf about a loaner today as this would help relieve some of the stress we have, unfortunately they did not so Im assuming we are not getting even a loaner.

Huntington Chevrolet is a professional dealership and a comfortable waiting room for Services. I checked in at 10:30 and was out by 12:00. I had a full service oil change and tire rotation. They kept the service door open and you drop of your keys at a desk directly in the service shop. In my opinion that’s nice because it allows you to just easily check on your Car or Truck. The few times I did someone was always attending to it. There is also places to have lunch and coffee near by within walking distance.Their car lot has a wide selection of vehicles. However most of there lot is the Silverado 1500. They also have Silverado 2500 fallowed by a selection of Colorados, SUVs, Cars. Also one owner used. It’s a very clean and well organized dealership and would strongly recommend it. I switched to it because it’s closer to home and I like a local business to service my truck.

Had to come back in to get my suv serviced since the power went out as I showed up the first time. Got me out in a reasonable time and gave me a discount for the trouble.

Bought a vehicle from them, drove it out and immediately had to take it to the shop. The whole radiator has to be replaced and their not willing to pay for it or make it right in anyway shape or form. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND.

Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and helpful. I drove an hour and a half from Dayton to look a a 2018 jeep. Martin had the jeep ready for inspection and a test drive. The jeep was everything they said it was and the negotiations were the easiest of any vehicle I have ever purchased. I highly recommend taking any car your thinking about buying from here and have a an outside mechanic look at the vechile so your cost of vechile ownership doesnt double in price in a month. The vehicle did have a very small minor problem and was taken care of by the friendly staff in both the service and sales departments. Was traveling to Michigan and had a tire go flat on I-69. Stopped at 3 or 4 places to see about getting it fixed and they all said 2 to 4 hours. Last stop was Huntington Chevrolet and the service manager was absolutely great. Got the car right in, fixed the flat, and back on the road with in around 30 minutes give or take a little. I believe he pulled a tech off of a job to take care of me. On top of all that, everyone I spoke to there was totally friendly and helpful.

This place had my moms Impala for 23 days and couldnt bother getting around to driving it until the third week it was in the shop. In fact, they didnt even move it until then. They claimed that they couldnt get the transmission to act up, which it does almost every time she drives it, so they charged her a diagnostic fee of approximately $60 and then returned it to her with several hundred dollars worth of scratches, which appear to be gravel damage, that were not there when she took it in.On the way to drop it off to them, she had a hail damage estimate done at another shop, and none of the scratch damage that happened while it was in Huntington Chevrolet was there before it went into the shop for the transmission.

I have to say while I can say the car is growing on me I would not recommend this dealership to anybody and I mean anybody. The only nice person was Courtney in marketing. Our salesmen was nice as pie to my husband, but how he treated me was a completely different story. I am truly regretting getting our car from these people. I would like to say that as far as the service department goes I would rate it a 4. They did their best to keep trying to find the issue with my 2013 Spark and eventually got it fixed and for that I am grateful.The one star rating is really for the treatment of the sales department while I was contemplating trading the spark in for a different vehicle. I feel that Zack in service was doing his best to give me options, however, the service department was completely uninterested and did not follow up. As I have said before, if you would have asked me about my opinion of pace 3 years ago when I bought my spark, I would have rated it an 11 out of 10, they were so kind, professional, compassionate, and went out of their way to make me feel like I was the most important person in the world when it came to buying a car. I bragged to everyone how wonderful they were and referred everyone I could. Since the new sales team, led by their new sales manager, took over, compassion and excellent customer service has went out the window. The young lady who was helping me look into options of trading in basically blew me off. she was supposed to call me back with options and I never heard back from her. I finally had to call in and tell them to tell her nevermind. A year ago I took my sister to Pace to get a vehicle and she was treated the very same way. No followups, they did not do the job they were supposed to such as contacting insurance companies, or the bank. She was sold a lemon that fell apart within three months after purchase. The sales manager totally sounded like the stereotypical used car salesman, and basically told her this is all I can do for you, not what can I do for you. While I will continue to use pace for the service department, I will never purchase another car from them nor will I ever refer them because my reputation is on the line when I do.

He was patient and accommodating, never pushy...I really felt like he just wanted to get me in a car that was a good fit, not just to make a sale. Its hard to find people like this today. I would totally recommend Pace Chevrolet to my family and friends.

Went in to get an estimate on my car and let me just say it was a mad house. Techs were all over the place and a few of them appeared to be on drugs. They couldnt give me a detailed estimate for my insurance company, but wrote a estimate on s piece of notebook paper and wrote PACE on the top for their letterhead, since they were in the middle of switching to a new name, they dont have a real letterhead. Asked me to come back in a few days. I didnt return and will never return, will go to Shephards in North Manchester for all of my Chevy needs.
