Pretty shocked to see the other reviews mentioning the less than ideal service but glad to say I didnt have any such an experience with any of the employees when we went by. Small store but it should contain everything most shoppers would be look for. Going with 4 out of 5 stars because the customer rep wasnt forthcoming about the prices of the options shes laid out in front of us and there was a massive price difference when I originally stated I was looking for things within a certain range.

The Walt Whitman store is the worst, they are extremely rude. Went to exchange a piece of jewelry that received as a gift, they said it could not be done because it was over 1 month, however they had the guts to ask me that if I spent an additional $160.00 they would make an exception and help me. If this is not extortion then I don’t what is. Shameful!

I went exchange a charm that I had received as a gift and that was damaged when I received it. I wanted to exchange it for the exact same charm. They told me they would order it from another store and call me. It is now almost 2 weeks and I have received no call. I’ve now had to drive to two other stores trying to find the charm. They acted like I had purposely damaged the charm. I am so frustrated and disappointed with the service l.

Super rude customer service the older lady seems to hate her job and helping others. Would not come back to this store.

Located inside the Walt Whitman Shopping Center located off of Route 110 servicing Huntington Station and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back.

Went with my daughter to exchange a ring for a different size that she had received as a gift for her birthday. We had the original receipt which was dated just 2 weeks earlier. The abrupt saleswoman didn’t even look at the receipt before saying she didn’t think that our ring could be exchanged because it probably “wasn’t even in the book anymore “. I stated that it didn’t say no exchange on the receipt and she replied “well it’s usually stamped “. When she did find it in the book she scanned it and said that it could not be exchanged for another size. Her tone and demeanor were that of someone who had no intention of helping us from the very beginning. We weren’t looking for a refund, just another size. Will not be shopping here again. What a disappointing experience with what I thought was a reputable company.

I was at this pandor and the associate that was helping me and my family she was absolutely rude and did not care about helping up. She gave us such a bad experience that I don’t feel completely comfortable coming back. No employee she act that way to customers.

Came in to exchange a ring with my mother since it was the wrong size. The woman assisting us clearly had no interest in helping and had no knowledge of the products in the store. Then we said right in front of her that if we don’t like it we would just return it. She proceeds to not tell us that once we exchanged for a bigger size that we couldn’t return it and she threw away our original receipt of purchase so we absolutely couldn’t. Very untrustworthy and will not be buying pandora for this location ever again.

Saleswoman straight lied to my wife’s face about how they clean the charms . Told her it takes 45 mins to clean so we left it there on Sunday, we pick it up on Tuesday thinking it should be all ready to go . But no they clean it while we’re waiting and it’s cleaned in two mins, which was a horrible fast job . Same woman who told us that it takes 45 mins had nothing to say about it . Which isn’t necessary to lie about the simply cleaning of the charms, if it wasn’t ready that’s all what should of been said . Not a pleasure to know that leaving your jewelry with lairs .

Long wait for assistance this time for top the holidays but always very helpful
