I went to purchase 1 replacement valve core for my bike tube, he pulls out a package of about 25 pieces, pulls 1 out walks to the register and without blinking an eye says that will be $5 +...my jaw dropped. I said, HOW much??!! Same reply. So I walk out, walk next door to the auto parts store and purchase a package that included 4 Valve cores and a 4-way tool for $3.99+. I dont know if the, $5 plus valve core that he was trying to sell me was made of rare earth materials but the package of 4 with the tool included looked very very similar.

Excellent customer service! They helped me pick out a new road bike for and took the time to go over the bike with me and made sure they knew what I needed and had it assembled in a day. I mentioned I was going away for the weekend and they called me the next day to let me know my bike was ready in case I wanted to take it with me for the weekend! They also helped me pick out a great bike for my son. I went to a bunch of places that had zero inventory and these guys were accommodating and quick! Highly recommend!!!

Over expensive on their repairs, front fork was bent by us on e new E-bike when putting it together, manufacture sent replacement front fork, but missing smaller parts, no breakdown, $108 deposit, will call to say how much parts will cost, we got the bike online, manufacture would mail me extra parts if needed, only call was: bike is ready, you owe another $117. charges are excessive considering the price of the bike, and not to mention i could have gotten any parts replaced for free by manufacturer if they had let me know in advanced, anyway will try next time store on main street in huntington, hopefully they are more reasonable,

Have been here many times, mostly for smaller issues and always encountered the people to be very nice and helpful, even just to put air in my bike. The store is huge and has lots of equipment, I would always go here for any bike related issue.

Very friendly repair guy. Knowledgeable. First time I came, he repaired flat tire in 5 minutes. Second time, there was a wait of 2 days to have a brake repaired. All depends on how busy. If its bike season. But a, great shop. Reasonable prices.

Went in to try and see a higher end Marin mountain bike. The bike needed to be built and the store employee didnt seem interested in selling me the bike or telling me more about it. They tried to sell me on some cheap unknown brand Bikehard bike. What is Bike hard? No one I know has ever hear of this cheap brand. Its probably something they buy really cheap and mark it up. Also the employees seem angry and bothered all the time. Not a great place to shop for a bike.

Best customer service! Bicycle shortage for them, no problem! They have many in stock and they listen to you and know which bike is the right one for you. I almost didnt choose CycleFast because of so many bad reviews, but I was disparate because no other place had what I needed. I am so thankful I didnt listen to the bad reviews. Happiest customer ever!

Shout out to one of the employees-At about 7pm we went to Cycle Fast for a replacement bottom bracket, and successfully returned the wrong one we mistakenly bought for the new one we exchanged it for ( great customer service btw) We then went with our bikes to the local 7/11 on the Jericho Turnpike and locked our bikes on a metal bike rack in front of the 7/11, not knowing it would jam before we tried taking it off and heading on our ways. When we came back, the lock was jammed and would not come off with the key we had. We were trying to get it off for a while and nothing would work. Then we saw one of Cycle Fast’s employees named Michael (or at least that’s what we think he said his name was) - sitting outside of the 7/11 and we recognized him from his shirt. We went to him and asked him for help because we could not get the lock off the bike. He came over to us and he was trying very hard to get the lock off. When he eventually got the lock off with his razor blade we were finally able to ride our bikes back. Michael helped us for over 20 minutes and would not give up, he was our savior tonight! Cycle fast has amazing employees that will do anything to help you, even if you are not at the store. Thank you. And once again shout out to the Michael employee dude with the long hair.

I went here to get a new tube and the man that was helping me tried getting me to buy 2 new tires because my rims were dry. That’s not a thing. He pretty much tried ripping me off and throughout my year warranty I got no discounts or nothing. I had to pay full price every time. Don’t come here to get a bike or repairs go to the bike cave.

These guys are great!!! I have purchased two bicycles at Cycle Fast, one for each of my sons. They stand by their products, make great recommendations and take their time educating my boys on safety and how to care for their bikes. My one son needed a repair, a costly one. He only had his bike back for three days and after a friend borrowed the bike for “a minute”, the bike was damaged and unusable. Austin took the bike right in and fixed the gears, AT NO COST! What a nice guy! Not only did he fix the bike he SPOKE TO MY SON. He spoke to him about things that he can control and letting a friend use his bike is within his control. WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

I had a minor problem with the brakes on my sons bicycle. I went to Cycle Fast USA to have them fix it. I had expected to pay for a full repair job, but it turned out to be a minor issue that they fixed at no charge! I would recommend Cycle Fast USA for anyone that wants personalized service in a reasonable fashion. I would definitely use Cycle Fast USA again in the future!

I had to go there to get new brake pads but they ended up re adjusting my brake arm, adjusted the chain, and tightening my cranks and pedals. Awesome service!

Went to this store asking for a simple tune-up, maybe a new tube or tire– I met with a salesman, who told me his name was C.L. Bikesworth. This salesman told me he would give me a tune-up for free if I heard out his sales pitch for an elixir of eternal stamina. As a seasoned cyclist, I was intrigued to hear a tale of such a medicine that could propel me even up the steepest hill. I happily paid $800 for the vial and left my bike there for the tune-up. A couple days later, I noticed my energy had in fact increased, but I had large red patches all over my body. I went to my doctor and he asked if I had taken any unprescribed medications. I happily showed him the elixir of eternal stamina and he took one whiff and told me I had been rubbing amphetamines all over my joints! I immediately drove back to CycleFast USA to confront this snake oil salesman, only to find the entire store had vanished and been replaced with a Subway. Both Mr. Bikesworth and my Cannondale nowhere to be seen, only a coupon that promised BOGO bike tubes on the Cannondale website. Cant say I would ever recommend these grifters, but man these are some nice tubes.

Just pickup my son bike. Dude attitude was very bad. I happen to enter in area to shop for bike and i was literally told to stay out. Ridiculous customer service. I want to express how my experience with CycleFast was beyond amazing. CycleFast went above and beyond when I ordered the wrong bike and had them make it for me. I went to go pick it up and I told them that this bike was too small for me. That same day they helped me figure out the perfect bike to ride as I grew older. The bike they found me was even around the same price as the bike I was going to get at first. The thing that surprised me was when they said they would be able to build my bike and it will be ready to pick it up in about 2hrs. They even put the accessories I had on the other bike and put it on the new one. I was speechless. Their customer service was top notch. I couldn’t believe I found a perfect bike during this whole quarantine period, especially since everything is sold out. I recently had a bike/car crash on my bike. I broke my collar bone and damaged my Basso road bike that I like a lot. I brought the bike to cyclefast USA and they replaced wheels, pedals, and made repairs and adjustments that got the bike back to good as new. They happily accepted the price the insurance adjuster was willing to pay. I gave them time, because I needed to heal and they had a lot of work going on. They appreciated that. I’m now healed and am back in the saddle of my bicycle. THANKS NEIL!

I was originally skeptical after reading some of the negative reviews. However, during these times, my wife and I were desperate to buy bikes and get out of the house. I ended up ordering two bikes online for pick-up. I researched both bikes through many different retailers and found the prices to be comparable to most. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and patient while I asked a million questions before and after purchase. Once purchased, the bikes were ready for pick-up prior to the promised time, under 3 hours! (faster then most major companies). They were brought out quickly and directly to me upon arrival and both so far have been a pleasure to ride. Many of the 1 star comments I read were related to poor customer service and I can absolutely say that my experience did not involve any of this. I am looking for a new bike for my son and will absolutely be ordering from Cycle Fast USA again.

Fantastic experience!! Kevin greeted me at the door with a big smile and walked me through many wonderful options for my daughters new bike. She is tall for her age so Kevin found me the perfect bike to suit her size and she LOVES it. I felt the price was extremely fair also. I couldnt have been happier with my experience with Kevin at CycleFast and I will be returning in a few weeks to purchase a bike for my son.

I want to express my happiness that I found CycleFast,This year there is a shortage of bikes, I called many shops and they had no inventory.I called CycleFast they had a large mountain bike by the brand Bike Hard on sale.They explained to me the bike is a great mountain bike and could be compared to more expensive brand.I placed the order on Sunday and Thursday morning I received a call from Austin my bike was ready.I picked up the bike and I was so impressed, they brought it out and it is a beautiful bike with high end features and big tires (27.5) I love this bike and I am very happy with CycleFast and will tell people about it.

It seems that some of the reviews that have few stars are spot on when it comes to this bike shop. The bike shop inside looks like a mad house. I went in looking for guidance on helmets and padded bike shorts, but of course if you are not there to buy a bike just try your luck online. And yes, I did my research online and asked around, but what better place to get guidance from people that make a living out of this outdoor activity. I guess Today is not my day to ride a bike...

Great experience buying my first road bike here. Austin took great care in listening to what I was looking for in a new bike, what kind of riding I would be doing etc. Ultimately, he suggested a drop handle bar hybrid bike and I havent been able to get off of it since I picked it up. Definitely steered me in the right direction. In the midst of COVID-19 and short supply, the bike was assembled and ready for pickup within 36 hours.

It’s amazing to me when a business treats its customers like a nuisance. Took my sons bike in for repair that I couldn’t figure out at home. After Neil ridiculed me for my attempts, he declared my work a disaster and said he’d have to take the whole thing apart and “figure out what was going on.” When pressed for a ballpark estimate, he refused to give one. “It’s a $150 bike,” I said. “I don’t want to pay another $150 to fix it.” He begrudgingly added the cost of the parts, which pushed $80, and said it would never be finished in less than 10 days. I said thanks but no thanks and walked out. Advice to Neil: repair people are wizards; people seek you out for help, not mockery and shame. (PS there’s a bike shop nearby that’s doing the repair; google them and you’ll find them!)

This place is awesome. Came here today because ive been having shifting problems with by bike that were beyond adjustment. Since all the shops on the Island are backed up for weeks I couldnt even get an appointment to have someone take a look at it. I came to CycleFast this morning when they opened and they threw my bike on the stand within minutes. I was in and out of the shop within 15 minutes. Shout out to Austin for helping me out and the rest of the staff for being super friendly and welcoming!

Terrible Customer service. Emails ignored.After ordering a product from Cyclefast, I heard nothing for ten days. So I emailed them cancelling my purchase. No response. No product. Then I received an email inviting me to review the (non-existent) product! Unbelievable! I then emailed Cyclefast again. asking them to confirm the cancellation of my order. Again no response, Except I received another email from Cyclefast inviting me to the review the non-existent product. OK, this is my review. Perhaps Ill get some sort of response now.

I went there to get a new bottom bracket. While I was there they told me to help them look in the basement for the parts with them. I believe his name was Neil who was “helping me”. I woke up 45 minutes later strapped to a chair with unbearable pain in my anis. I when I woke up he was Threatening me with a park tool bottom bracket wrench with the model number BBT-9. I don’t know if I should call the Authorities or not. Someone please help me

A chain replacement turned into a full repair of the bike. They could’ve just replaced the chain but instead, adjusted gearing, filled tires, and greased parts of the bike for the price of a chain replacement. Great people working there

Called in right before closing for help getting pedals off bike. They helped us immediately and got them off promptly. Very friendly and informative.

With the Covid 19 pandemic, finding a bike that was right for me and in stock was near impossible, but Austin at Cycle Fast helped me do just that. With the virus, they were very backed up on assemling bikes, and he explained to me that it would take 3 to 4 days to assemble my bike once I purchase it. I told them that I understood but was leaving for vacation in 4 days and would really appreciate if they could get it done before then, and they came through a day earlier than needed and even mounted some accessories for me as well! My Marin Gestalt is awesome and I am loving it! We will be back to get my wife a bike as well later this summer.

We picked up a bike today for my brother, which we later regretted because the guy was very rude on the phone before going and in person, I understand it’s a pandemic out here but a little more appreciation for your customers would have been nice instead of throwing the box outside and shouting peoples name then a shutting the door before you can say or ask anything. If you want some respect as a customer do not go here.

I found a tire and tube I needed on their website, bicyclebuys.com. I called them to find out how soon the tire could be shipped to me. To my surprise, their store was relatively close to where I live and I could pick the tire up if I wanted to. When I entered the store, Neil asked me what I needed. He was not the one I spoke with on the phone. When I told him the tire size, 18x1, he spoke to me in a condescending tone saying “18x1 that’s a very small tire” as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. He found the tires in stock, but no tubes. How a store stocks tires without a matching tube is beyond me, but it gets better. I see the price tag of 34.99 on the tires. I show him his website page listing of 26.99. He tells me “that’s the website price, you have to order it from the website. Time is money and Im spending my time with you.”. I guess ringing me up at a cash register and letting me walk out with an item takes longer than packaging it up, printing out a label, and shipping it. Either way, I will never give this company my business and I recommend shopping elsewhere. It’s a shame because I am buying my 15 year old a new bike in the next few weeks and would’ve considered buying it there.

I was in the market of a new mountain bike as a novice rider. I researched online and saw a good inventory selection here. I placed the order, called and confirmed and the bike was ready for pickup shortly afterwards. The process from the online purchase to the safe pickup were seamless. I will order again from CycleFast again.

What a terrible experience! We dropped a child’s bike off 2 weeks ago to have a punctured tire replaced. We were told it would take 1 week to replace. After a week we called to get an update, only to be told they wouldn’t even take our ticket number or information to look up the repair as they were too busy and everything was delayed by an extra week. After 2 weeks we called back for an update and were told they had made a mistake and thought they were putting a 20” tire on instead of an 18”. They told us they only had a white tire now instead of black and they had run out of tubes so they would just repair the inner tube instead of replacing. After 2 weeks of our son asking when his bike will be ready we reluctantly decided to proceed. After going to pick up, they were kind enough to replace the inner tube right then as they had just received a shipment. After the repair was completed, we were asked if we had taken the seat off before taking it in for the repair?!? We were confused...why would we take the seat off before taking it in. We were told, we must have left the seat at our house!! After insisting we hadn’t, they conveniently found it somewhere in the store, only to be told that he thought that was theirs and if we found ours at home, to bring his back?!? It was our seat to begin with!!I can understand the difficulty of running a business during these difficult times, but basic customer service shouldn’t be compromised. The simple courtesy of giving a time frame on when a repair would be ready and keeping bike parts together so they don’t get lost would have made us repeat customers. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

I made a purchase of an item for my community (a Bike Rack) two years ago. The staff were very knowledgeable and helped make recommendations for my neighbors who also wanted to purchase bicycles and accessories.Recently a neighbor took the rack, claiming it was theirs.I was able to go to CycleFast and, despite being busy during this holiday season, Austin and Kevin took the time to listen and help. They were able to reprint the receipt from their records! A sad situation for me to be in but Austin and Kevin were understanding and professional.I highly recommend CycleFast both for their wide variety of products and their knowledgeable and courteous staff.

Enjoying the ride on my new bike from Cyclefast today. Austin spend the time to help explain the various bike sizes and help me identify a grave mistake I made ordering a medium Bike online. He was kind enough to swap for an xLarge bike which was the correct size. Luckily, the issue was identified within 15 minute of picking up the bike. I returned the bike and he kindly exchanged.If you ever bought a bike or electronics, exchange is not an option. Because I never rode the bike and found the issue within minutes he accommodated. If I rode the bike for a few days or made any small scratch, I would not demand or expect the business to be liable for my mistake. I wasn’t yelling at him or demanding as a consumer. Austin actually offered understanding my situation whichI really appreciated it. The bicycle business is certainly not easy and I appreciate his accommodation. What a shame. I was looking for a local bike shop to help me learn more about repairs and maintenance. I waited outside till one of the employees felt like coming to unlock the door and ALLOW me to come in an spend my money. He saw me outside and I even had to knock to get him to turn around. When I entered I was told to stand in a particular spot although no other customer was in the store at the time. I asked a few questions and was immediately spoken down too. He seemed turned off that I asked him the difference between two products from different companies. This kid couldn’t wait to just ring me up and get me out the door. I made the purchase reluctantly because I needed the products. The store made a sale but lost a customer. I had a better customer service experience on Amazon. Not recommending this business at all.Here’s a follow up to the owners reply:Stop using the Covid situation to make excuses for poor customer service. I get it. times are different, however if your customer service suffers because of the way you manage your business, do not make it out to be something else. All the responses from you on here that are for negative reviews seem to get the same reply “Covid”. I wont be returning to your store after Covid is done and you can find some other reason to blame poor customer service on. Fix the problem stop making excuses.

These guys and gals mean business! I called 30+ bike shops in New York and Jersey trying to locate a cannondale Tango 6 without success. Everything was sold out. This was going to be a gift for my girlfriend who’s been under a ton of stress treating Covid-19 patients and I wanted to make sure I secured the dream bike. Not only did Cyclefast have the bike in stock, I was able to order online. They called me 30 minutes later during after hours and confirmed my order. The bike was assembled and ready for pick up next day! Costumer service was exceptional and they seemed to genuinely be happy for my girlfriend and I. Highly recommended.

Rude and nasty. We usually buy from Adam’s but they weren’t open during the lockdown so we settled for this place. Should of listened to my neighbor who said don’t do it. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else. These people don’t care about customer service. Never again.

Saved up for a tri bike frame, and the owner Neil sized me wrong and ordered the wrong style frame, THEN wouldnt even swap it out! So I was stuck with a bike frame I didnt want that was a size too large. Absolute scumbag owner, do not go here. This place deserves to go out of business... Bad bad place. AVOID.

I have to say first that I am not a biker and have had 0 experience with bike shops. These guys treated me with respect after I wrote a bad review because of my own misinformation, Austin went above and beyond to accommodate my problem. I take back my previous review and I also gotta commend everyone in the shop for being cool when I had a completely different problem than I explained. Not only was I taught something about some bike compressions, I learned some new things about my freestyle scooter because of the patience that these guys have. Good experience overall I’d say and I only looked at everything but the selection of bikes they have is amazing. Do yourself a favor and check it out in there, it really is a great place from the coolest bikes I’ve seen to the friendly guy I went to high school with. I plan on coming back for the awesome selection of all the different things I could need.

After reading all negative reviews I figured let me try and see if they can accommodate me. I explained how I had replaced the brake lever night b4, w/o knowing I had no front brake I got dropped off 20 miles away for work. I really needed a brake bleed, so I can get home. It was about 1pm so many guys walking around and no customers, but yet they said it would be something where I would have to bring the bike back and leave it for a day...smh. called Mineola bike store and explained the same situation...Bring it right over.

I purposely avoid bike shops on LI because every one I have gone to is a nightmare or a pain to deal with. I just needed some simple work done to my bmx bike that required 15 mins. I spoke to a knowledgeable bike tech and we reviewed options to move forward with a repair. He worked with me and after discovering it wasnt that serious he proceeded to get the bike on the lift and work on it ASAP. He gave me a few other suggestions as well that could be taken care of while the bike was in the shop and i agreed. The price i paid for the service was more than fair. I have finally found a great bike shop on LI !!! You are in good hands here.

Went into this place to fix my sons chain and gears on his Razor. The owner or who ever he was that helped us was extremely rude. As he was helping us he asked another customer how could he help them. My husband and I loomed at each other, like what is this guy doing. So as he proceeded to make a list of what need to be changed on this little boys bike...everything that that needed to be changed had a labor fee. I asked myself...are we at a bike shop or car shop! The total came to 105.00 to replace the items along with all the service charges. For that price..I will go and buy him a new bike! Never going back...will Never refer either!

David spent almost 3 hours explaining everything and got me set up with the coolest Cannondale in the world. I love it and will definitely be back. Excellent service and awesome stuff.

Took my bike for 2 weeks I was hoping to get it fixed picked it up and still had the same problem

Brought it in to fix one thing and came out with a new problem

I went there to buy a new set of tires and told them not to throwout the rear training tire I had on it because I had only put it on a month before to use on my trainer. I even called them afterward to insure they wrote in on the work order. When I went to pick up the bike they had thrown away the tire and refused to replace it. I would not recommend going to them

A friend recommended me to check them out because its a big place and when I got inside I was overwhelmed by how much stuff they have. The handful of guys that I spoke with were very cool and super knowledgeable.

Riding in from manhattan on the way to the hamptons. Stopped by for a tube and some gels and direction recommendations. Cool place.

Neil is a really nasty guy. Came in with my son to buy a bike and the guy sold him the wrong size! Seems to just care about money, said I used the bike and wouldnt take it back. Real bad taste from this place.

As a 15 yo kid wanting to Improve on mountain biking going from a Hardtail bikehard battle to a full suspension GT Verb elite, Cycle Fast is the best place to help you along. With improvement comes where and tear on the bike along with damaged parts. That’s what happens when you ride hard. The guys at cycle fast are really knowledgeable, funny, and just all-around cool genuine guys. Do you have a punctured tube or a cracked frame, these guys know how to fix it. As a not so smart teenager when it comes to bikes I have learned so much from these guys. If you don’t understand how something works they will walk you through step-by-step what’s going on and why it’s wrong. My whole family goes here and I’ve bought multiple bikes. Really really cool guys. They know just what fit to you from helmet to gloves and everything inbetween. I’m probably the only teenager who wrights Google reviews, at the end of the day this please definitely earns five stars. If you’re even considering hopping on two wheels, please, go to cycle fast!

The treatment they gave me was terrible they didnt want me or sell something

I purchased a bike there last summer. What a mistake. I had many many problems with the bike. The chain broke on my first long ride. Then 3 spokes snapped. The crankset started to make a loud noise and the owner told me it is normal. Every time i hit a bump, the seat goes down.The list goes on and on. These are the same clowns that used to own Frenchies in Huntington. Do yourself a favor...stay away from this place.

Neil sold me a wrong size bike, refuses to take responsibility. I lost 4,000 dollars because of his unprofessional behavior. He is well known among local cycle shops as a snake. Do not trust him, all he cares about is money.

A big-time rip off, and poor service. I bought a helmet there and broke the visor. When I want back to see if I could get a replacement, the salesperson said They dont make them and brushed me off. I went on the web and found a helmet dealer that sent me a replacement free, even though I didnt buy the helmet there.Another rip off -- they charge $8 for a CO2 cartridge! And if you want to buy a bike, theyll try to change your mind to buy whatever they have in stock -- even if its not right for you.Overall, Id avoid this place.

Very rude and extremely overpriced. I brought my bike in for repairs. They looked at the bike and told me it needed $200 worth of repairs. 2 days later they call me telling me i need to spend another $100 for parts that would need to be replaced within the next year....I didnt have them fix those parts if they were going to last me a year. I paid $20 twice for installation fees.If you walk into this place in jeans and a t shirt they will treat you very rudely. Come in with a suit and tie and they will treat you like gold. Probably because everything in that place is marked up 100%. A bike cover is $55. Helmets are $140+. Gloves are $55+. Not returning here anytime soon.

Has a wide selection but extremely overpriced. Always suggests the most expensive option and charges extra if you want simple items you buy installed i.e. Pedals. Come here if you want to get nickel and dimed

DO NOT SHOP HERE.I bought 3 $400 Cannondale bikes last April for my 3 teenagers. The derailers on 2 of the bikes fell off within 1 month. I brought the bikes in for repair and was told it was my kids fault they were too rough on the bikes. Wait What??? 1 month 2 Cannondale MOUNTAIN bikes were broken because my kids road them on the road to and from their friends house? I paid $100 each to have them fixed, well wouldnt you know with in 1 more month it happened AGAIN with both bikes!!! Again my kids fault and another $200. After the 3rd time with in 6 months I was not happy, he still said it was my kids faults, gave me one for free. (bikes were still only 6 months old.) I decided I would bring it to a different bike shop, as one of the bikes felt like the derailer was going again. Immediately the new shop noticed they were put on incorrectly and was about to go again, when they looked at the 3rd bike said it was incorrect also was surprised has not fallen off yet. BUT the kicker is the new store stated the derailers on the bikers were for LITTLE KID BIKES, and were the lowest quality... He said he would fix them but I opted to go with the correct derailers for $50 NOT $100!!! The charged my 2X as much for low quality equipment 6TIMES!!! THEY ARE CROOKS.. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

I recently purchased a new carbon frame Cannondale from the folks at Cycles Fast after having gotten the bad news that my Bianchi (13 years old) had expired (broken frame). I am extremely pleased with my purchase and look forward to many enjoyable rides on my Cannondale. Above all, I was very well advised and assisted by Bill who took the time to show me my options. Once I had made my decision, he also took the time to make sure my new bike was properly fitted to my needs and made sure that I was comfortable. Its nice to know the shop is in my neighborhood. Keep up the good customer service!

Snapped a derailleur hanger on the trails and had to walk it for about 20 mins to get off the trail. Cyclefast had the hanger in stock and got me back on the bike before the weekend was over. Next time I have a mechanical Ill hit them up.

Great experience, they know what theyre doing. I was in another shop before coming here looking to buy a Specialized Rockhopper, as i have always rode that brand and my friend just got one and i test drove it in stillwell and loved it. When they didnt have my size frame in stock, I looked around and went to CycleFast USA on Jericho in Huntington. It was one of the owners I dealt with, he suggested the Cannondale Rush 6. (The other store said i needed a small frame, but he suggested the medium, and he was right). Not only did he know my exact frame, but he fit everything to me, set everything up, showed me how to snap my shoes into the peddles and what other accessories were a good fit. Just a good all round experience and i am very happy with the results. As for pricing, it was at list (some places may have had it for a bit less) but overall worth the extra service and whatnot. Remember, this store is on Jericho Tpk. in Huntington, so given that its a fair price. I dont run my business on 3% profit and so shouldnt anyone else. BTW, i get a TON of compliments on the frame, this bikes a real eye catcher as well as a beast in the woods. Very glad i came here and he suggested this bike. So i recommend this place, the bike came with a good service plan, they know what theyre doing and thats worth your business. Remember, when you buy a bike, you also buy into the store, so dont cheap out. BTW, Cannondale is better than Specialized.
