Excellent service!! I brought my Mazda CX5 here a few times and each time, they are so quick to fix my problem without costing me a fortune! Today, I had stuck buttons from my muddy dog and I thought I was going to have to replace my console. Mike Piscapo took care of it himself. He cleaned it out and didnt charge me a thing. That is amazing customer service. I didnt use a dealership for my last car because it seemed like they always found things that cost me a ton extra. I trust this shop and will be using them. Very satisfied!

I had a great experience with Empire Mazda, I came in for an oil change and they found a nail in my tire and a cut in the side wall. Empire was able to take care of it that day and get me back on the road asap.

Unfortunately I wish I could say I had a good experience here but I cant. after 4 days of waiting for my new lease which I was looking forward to they call me to tell me they cant buy my old leased car ( they found out they wouldnt turn the profit on it they calculated ) Now I have wasted valuable time with an obvious bait n switch as they would have been able to do it if my new payment was $100 more. Nice put a deal in place and nuke it after putting plates on car and adjusting insurance, never had that happen !

I went here to lease a new car and the process was super smooth and hassle free. I have leased a number of different cars and this was the most time efficient purchase by far. Would recommend coming here to any friends and family.

My car was on its last leg with close to 100,000 miles and I had to replace it. Given the challenging car market now given the chip shortage, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to find a car new or used. I walked into Huntington Mazda and was treated well by the staff with all the inventory on site to see. I settled on used Mazda that just came into the dealership hands off lease and it needed some work. I was told it would take a few days for the vehicle turn in the shop. Which is totally not unexpected and I was kindly told upfront that a lot of parts are back ordered due to the pandemic so the soonest could be a few days before I can come back to the dealership to sign and pick up. Then I get the call no one wanted that the part the car need does need was back order by only a week to two . I appreciate the constant communication I got from the dealer and I look forward to coming to this dealership over the years for service and maybe my next vehicle after this one.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY A CAR FROM EMPIRE MAZDA. Prior to this visit, I had purchased 2 Mazdas from this location, although I think they are new owners and changed their name to Empire Mazda. I emailed Empire Mazda on 7/27/21 about a specific CX-5 Touring that I was interested in. I received a reply that the exact car was on the lot and available. I then received a phone call from Daniella Wauters @ 2:30pm on the same day confirming the car was on the lot and asked when I would like to see it. I told her I would be there at 6pm that same day and she made an appointment for me to speak with Brandon who was the Sales Manager. When I arrived, I Brandon immediately handed us off to a Sales representative, Mark. Mark was completely unaware of why we were there, and when I told him what car we were scheduled to see, he responded, That car is not here. When I stated that I had spoken AND confirmed with Daniella, Mark said she does not work in the building and has no idea of what cars are on the lot. I was immediately turned off and realized that this dealership is trying to scam people. Although they did not have the exact color car that they said they did, I still decided to test drive the car to make sure I did in fact like it. When we walked outside for the test drive, I asked Mark, this is a 2021 Touring, correct? mark responded, No, this is not a Touring. We do not have a Touring on the Lot. At this point, I realized this place was not honest and I did not trust a single person. I didnt even test drive the car and I immediately left. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Mazda dealership as everyone here is a liar and super shady. READ ALL OF THE 1-STAR reviews......they are ALL THE SAME! This dealership is a bait and switch chop shop.

I saw the car I wanted on their website- called to confirm it was available and negotiated a great deal over the telephone with Jahvon gave a deposit and scheduled a pick up date. My salesman Chris was fantastic to work with! He was polite and really helpful in giving me tips, especially when I was talking about insurance. In general easy to talk to and made my purchase process very smooth. Hence, I was able to visit, buy, and drive out the dealership all in one day!

Online price is very misleading. Never would have driven 2.5 hours. No one was rude, but should have known when no one calls back to answer questions. Learned my lesson will not go to a place who doesnt want to sell cars. This place has to be lying about the certified cars they claim to have. Check out a car it had dry rotted tires and an actual piece missing from the vehicle. Supposedly they do an inspection before releasing the car. Clearly whoever did it needs to learn what to do in an inspection. I dont mean to be offensive, but wasted a whole day driving, sitting, to not take a car home because of their misleading information. Very disappointing.

I came from NYC to look at a car and arranged the visit the day before. They knew I was coming from NYC and we had been in communication for over a week. When I got there I was informed the car had been sold (they wouldnt say when but it was pretty clearly not that day) and they tried to talk me into financing a more expensive car. I spent over $100 and wasted my entire Saturday on their little bait and switch.

Bought a CX-3 here on Tuesday. My salesman, Chris Hoyes, was a pleasure to deal with. He LISTENED to what I needed and did his best to get the deal done. The manager that I dealt with, Mike F., was courteous and WASN’T aggressive or rude like the other dealerships. It took a while to get the deal done but I got the car that I wanted at a better price than all the other dealerships I’ve been to (5) and left with a smile on my face and no regret. If you’ve ever car shopped, you know that’s hard. I just bought a Mazda CX30 at another dealer for my wife about a month ago and made the quick decision to get the car out of the need at the moment and convenience. I gave it a week and then went back to the same local dealer to get a car ( CX9 Grand Touring Deep Blue ) for myself but that didnt work out at all and was a horrible experience . I started shopping around and contacted 12 Dealers near and far and been at it for 26days nonstop with no luck, horrible service, etc etc, so i was at the point where i was going to settle for something i did not want or just got off the market and cool it for a while . Luckily, i came across Empire Mazda and gave them a try, Happy to say, i have me dream car now and a very happy Customer. I got 2018 mazda cx5 grand touring with premium package from them at the end of 2021, just when usa 2nd wave was ending and mask regulations were still in place. Nateshia Wallace was the salesperson and Mike Farina (manager) reduced the price since the tires were not all the same on left and right side. But apart from minor scratches and a dent on the roof the car was absolutely well maintained and had just 12k miles in 3 years. The negotiation due to tires was a bit long and tensed, but I have no complaints at how the car deal worked out at the end. They helped me install android auto 2 days later after I got the car.The finance paperwork however got a little tricky as I was first said I cant get Mazda 2.9%apr even though other Mazda dealership had offered me the same for similar car. It worked out though at 2.9%apr and since the dealership was about to close I didnt get chance to read all the paperwork for the car and I was sold the Mazda protection product platinum vehicle service agreement(VSA). I decided to cancel the agreement and was well within rights to do that to get full refund if I canceled in 30 days. The finance manager got a bit angry, however still agreed to do the process. However, it took almost 3 months for the process to be done and I just got the msrp of the agreement. I still hadnt received the tax amount that was charged and finally after 6 months, this week I received the cheque for tax (on the msrp of VSA) from the dealership after so many back and forth emails. It was really frustrating and annoying to keep sending emails.I will still give it a 5-star rating because my car buying process wasnt horrible and I got a good car during the pandemic (really appreciate all the staff putting themselves at risk and working during the pandemic). The finance processing should have been much better and I shouldnt have had to wait 6 months to receive the msrp+tax on msrp of VSA.I will recommend this Mazda dealership to anyone who is in and around NYC, north NJ area.

I bought a 2020 CX 5 Mazda last summer. It’s been trouble free and I’m glad I made the choice. I brought it in for my first service call this week. Was greeted very nicely by the service manager. He gave me all the details that were included in my first service call and told me about a recall that they would take care of today too. He told me it would be about an hour and a half wait which I stated that I would wait for it. They finished the car on time and I was very happy with the service.

I had a wonderful experience leasing my new Mazda CX-30. I dealt with Jack and Bruce and they were both fantastic. Both were very attentive and great at communicating. They also wore protective gear and cleansed everything during my test drive and with my new car since we are in a pandemic. I felt comfortable to be around them and felt safe. I went looking for my next car after driving Infiniti, Audi, VW and Hyundai. Just looking for something new and decided to look into Mazda. The brand speaks for itself, unique and different than the others but what truly speaks volume here is the service you get at Huntington Mazda. They really walk you through everything you need to know and show you which trim or level car has the features you want. I know where Im going when my lease is up in a couple months.

Most service shops I deal with usually fall behind so I was nervous scheduling something right after. But they totally over delivered! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Buying a car should not have been as much of an annoyance as it was here. The Used Car Manager was overly-prideful in himself and really did not know customer service. The only fine time I had here was when I was dealing with the salesman Javon. After I got the car we called to set an appointment up and it took 2 weeks for the service department to call us back. We were told everything in the car was working and up to date prior to buying it however it needed a new backup camera and it was making noises (which we had to get fixed by another auto shop because this place couldn’t figure it out). The car ended up needing new break pads and the passenger wheel hub had to be replaced. Genuinely disappointed in how this place handled themselves. I recommend not purchasing a car here.

I bought my first car from them and had a really good experience. They have a good team from top to bottom. My sales agent was James. He gave me a ride from my home to the dealer and explained every detail process. I still go there for my car service. There are Mazda Authorized service center near my home. But I want to go to Huntington Mazda because of the people and quality service I get there. One and half hour drive is worth it. Yes, they have nice waiting area with big coffee machine. Try their coffee, its good.

The car is always ready on time or earlier then promised and I have never had to wait. Mike is the best and we appreciate his awesome customer service AND personality!

The car salesman didn’t seem interested in helping us at all and the manager was very rude. The manager walked away while my dad was speaking to him. I was hoping to leave the dealership with a car and I was highly disappointed.

First let me start off by saying I love the Mazda brand. This is my 5th Mazda, 3rd vehicle from Huntington Mazda and I never had a bad experience. My sales person Jason Eblacas was excellent from greeting me to watching me pull away in my new CX9. He has the skills sets needed and required to sell high ticket items. He qualified me on my needs and showed me features and value on my selection.At a time when new and used cars are in short supply Jason along with the dealers Business Manager Angel Reyes worked with me for 8 weeks till they found the vehicle I was looking for. I was very impressed with both there work ethic and desire to take care of my needs while offering me a price that was above my expectations. This is the dealership to go to where all staff are excited to welcome you and then see you leave satisfied.

Bought my CX-5 from them once my lease ended. The purchase price they presented me with was much higher than the purchase price in the lease agreement. Once I showed them the lease agreement they lowered it to that, very sketchy. They just made up a number, sadly many people would just pay that. Read your lease agreement! They still tacked on $1,000 fee for purchasing the car but that’s “what they do.” Same with the interest rate, I swear they pick these numbers from thin air. Would not recommend. 2 stars because the actual leasing process went well, no problems there, competitive pricing.

The staff in the service department has always been very courteous. The waiting room is comfortable and they play really good music :)

I called before heading there to make sure the car I was looking for was available, when i got there they told me it’s not, and they were very careless about that, to say the least. It took me an hour and a half to get there

I leased my second CX9 from this dealership last weekend. Matt worked diligently and swiftly to get me a deal I couldnt refuse. Aside from his vast knowledge and ability to make this an almost effortless transaction on my part, he is one of the nicest Sales Reps I have encountered in my many years of leasing cars. He did everything to ensure I was more than happy with my new car. He was a pleasure to work with!

Would never purchase a car here again to be honest.. came all the way about an hour and a half drive in traffic to look at a few cars of interest and then when I got there was told they didn’t have the key.. a week later still no key? I’m confused at the lack of communication because clearly gas and someone’s time they have no concern about . Salesperson was okay.. other than that this place has a lot of “hidden fees and taxes”. What a stressful process never again!!!

Mike Piscopo helped with a fairly simple matter that was slightly confusing. He was professional courteous and ironed everything out without any further issues.Pleasant to work with !!

Not the same Mazda since Empire took it over. Too many “games”. Prices where not in line to competition and with extra padding. Buying a car shouldn’t be an ordeal where you are constantly pitched against the “good cop”/“bad cop” routine. One car was $100 a month higher than any car in its class in monthly payments. The old Mazda of a few years ago would have never stooped into PT Barnum territory. We’re out. The Empire Doesn’t Strike Back.

Recently purchased my CX-5 from here. Worked with John in order to do so. I’ve been to many dealerships in the past and this one was by far the best. They explained what they were charging for and there was no pressure to purchase extras (warranties, etc.) with the vehicle. Walked in and took my car home the same day. Went above my expectations.

BAIT AND SWITCH PLACE !!!! They tell u they have the car then when u get there they tell u its sold (even though i called to confirm multiple times), and then they try to sell u a similar car with more miles for more money. Deceptive business practices for sure.

I got my first 5,000 milage oil change/tire rotation.service department personel were very nice and professional.Empire mazda and two other mazda dealerships are kind of same distance to where i live and i am very happy i choice Empire mazda.

Came here because of some loud noises coming from a Mazda I had just bought. Mike was excellent at telling me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to get the car fixed. He went above and beyond providing detailed photos of the issue. As someone who hasnt had the greatest luck with mechanics I really appreciated the excellent customer service and honesty. I highly recommend you check them out!

I had a pretty good experience at Huntington Mazda. I spent 5 hours there all together to purchase my new CX-5. I had done my homework before I arrived so it was really just negotiations when I arrived. I had to just sign ALL the paperwork. That’s why it always take so long at car places. Everyone there was very nice and explained about each process. I was basically the last one out the door that day. Natiesha was very helpful throughout the process. She even spent time with me to go over the car and explain how things work.

Worst car buying experience ever. Tried to sell me a car without a title. Stay away at all costs. Does not return phone calls or emails.
