Terrible experience. I came here in the beginning of the week and overheard one of the employees Mauricio talking bad about customers to another worker. I understand retail jobs, but there is a time and place for that.

I went to Walgreens in Huntington park I wanted to purchased it total over $100 only so they ring all your stuff the guy cashier look space out I told him call a manager it was taking to long of a waite I enter my pin the machine was taking to long i told him call your manager he looks space out he calls her she say what card did I use I said ebt card well sometimes Ebt doesnt work. There was no sign at the registered i was at. She pointed to a sign behind me on another check out stan that wasnt in use. I told her but Im in this check out stand I dont have eyes behind my head you should post this sign in the entrance so people dont waste there time coming in here. Walgreens should post a sign ebt doesnt work at the entrance. There customer service fail me they look at you like your the problem holding up the line I wasted time and then Walgreens employees have to put everything up just post a sign in the front or fix the register I had to live everything I wanted to purchase. I just walk out imbarresed. I had to drive to a CVS and I received better respect and service. Walgreens please send a secreat shopper after noon manager and cashier look not friendly at all they cant even fake a smile .

This location is good with parking and cleanliness however the customer service is not the best. Mauricio was rude and had no professionalism.

Worst service by Berenice and Maria went to ask if my pictures were ready all orders I had 5 orders and it has happen before so I went to go ask they said get in line I explained to them want to make sure all of them are ready they said there is only one line I understand I just dont want to make one line and then another line and yes what I imagine they only had 3 orders out of my 5 orders really need to have a little bit more of Customer Service always treat customers how you want to be treated to there Manager Ruben they need a little bit more people skills

It is very rare it find a place as special as this Walmart. I have never found one before like it I can tell by the way Im treated that they care when your homeless you can at times feel like a second class citizen . Quickly dismissed or sometimes told no even before you ask . It hurts but its TRUE not here ! They treat everyone equally with kindness and respect . Customer service is so much more than answering questions its also about caring and listening to people as well as supplying information. The workers endure trouble such as theft with a great attitude I have seen it first hand if I ever opened a Walgreens I would hire this staff at double the pay if I could knowing that my store was well taken care of

I was actually impress with the service, Berenice helped me with passport pictures and she was very friendly!
