Ordered 5 bottles of a liquid kid’s vitamin. The nutrition facts on the bottles do not include vitamin C and PABA like it says so on their website for this product. Already used 4 bottles when I barely noticed (how was I to know I could not trust their validity and that I should be cross referencing what’s online?) and just called ASH. The rep called the manufacturer who confirmed they couldn’t get vitC or PABA due to COVID issues last year! He apologized and said he could give me a $15 credit and I’d have to send back the 1 last bottle to get a full refund for their false advertising . I told him that doesn’t seem fair enough because I would not have ordered these at all if I knew there wouldn’t be vitamin C! He said there’s nothing else he could do. Each bottle cost $18+tax! At minimum maybe 50% refund! But I really should be able to get a full refund for the false advertising and/or their error at poor quality inspection/audit! This company clearly doesn’t care that they are misleading customers. I’m at the short end of the stick paying for a duped product! I just feel so cheated.

Such a scam--stay far away from these shady sellers! Ordered an OTC vitamin for our 7-year (they were out of stock locally & Amazon), and received a shipping email the next day...but with a bizarrely long tracking number—despite ASH claiming to be sent via USPS First Class. We then waited 3+ weeks for the package to arrive...only to then receive an email stating the package was being Held at Post Office, At Customer Request...which of course we DID NOT request. Still, we needed the vitamins, so I stood in line at the only post office in our small town for 35 minutes only to be told (no surprise) that the package was NOT being held. Called AllStarHealths customer service line and got the run around: Oh, I cant issue a refund b/c the package is at your post office. I explained clearly that it was not, but AllStarHealth is a scammer, so of course it was like talking to a wall. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS RIPOFF SELLER!

I’ve been ordering from these guys for a long time. Always accurate and always timely.Unfortunately this time they didn’t ship my order for several day’s. When I inquired about it a woman named Jessica C gave me a cover type response but didn’t address my order at all, she needs a new job. I emailed back and asked about my order specifically and why it is delayed. I needed to know because if I’m not going to get supplements before I run out I need to make plans. Something Jessica wouldnt understand. This time I got a timely and professional and informative response from a woman named Karen. Yes there are good Karen’s out there. But my order still took 12 days for order to received. Usually takes 5-7. I will still be doing business with All Star but felt it necessary to reveal some inner problems they’re having. Hopefully it’s not ongoing.

I really enjoy the feeling of health I receive in each shipment, knowing that what I receive was carefully reviewed, packed, shipped as quickly as they can given any circumstances. Fragile items are almost over-packed, but Ill take that over (sticky) liquid all over, my order ruined.... being a glass product can have an adverse effect on ones health when being knocked around in a box shipped to the kingdom of far far away. So every level of care is appreciated. Many thanks as well for calling me personally, when my address and payment method were not recognized due to a necessary move. Others out there might think this is an obstruction to the order, but think just the opposite. All Star Health has shown me great customer service. UPS lost the original order and within a couple of days, they sent me out a replacement. Not only that but I was contacted by their employees twice: First to let me know they were sending out a replacement and the second time to ask if I had received the replacement. I highly recommend ordering vitamin supplements from this company and I will personally try to always order from them!!!

They need to learn their products before advertising and distributing.. I ordered a supplement online from all star health and little do they know, there are 3 different versions of the supplement that they advertised for sale.. The ingredients differ slightly, however, when it comes to health and nutrition, to some, that can be the changing factor.. However, all star health does not think so.. Instead they will send you out something that looks similar and expect you to just go with it.. Also, when I called customer service the bimbo on the line was clueless as to what I was talking about and came off very rude when I asked to speak with a manager. I will not be ordering from this company again. If you advertise something for sale, make sure that it is what you are claiming it to be! Common sense.. Thanks for wasting my time and money.. Smfh

I found the website by searching for my favorite protein supplement. The price was very reasonable, cheaper than what I have paid for it before. So of course I decided to go ahead and order, before checking reviews? I then read a few reviews and began to worry about lost orders and shipments, but I did however notice that there was a response to almost every negative review. Customer Service really did reach out and try to fix all the problems. This started to make me feel better about my decision to go ahead and order. So I carefully tracked my order which did ship the same day, and just as promised it arrived. When i opened the box I had everything I asked for and they even threw in a shaker cup, and that was a pleasant surprise. I guess they figured someone ordering 12 pounds of protein might need a cup. I will continue to use All Star Health for my supplement needs, and recommend them to all my friends and family.

This is by far my favorite supplement company! They always ship the orders so quickly and the quality of the products as well as the price are wonderful. I recently had an issue where a package showed it was delivered yet, it wasnt anywhere to be found in my apt complex. I called the company and they quickly issued a lost package inquiry with the shipping company and within 2 days, they advised that the package was shown shipped but since I never received it they would either reimburse me completely or send all the items again - no cost to me. Horrible. I ordered RX bars 3 months ago and have been patiently waiting. It has been consistently out of stock. I got an email asking if I wanted to re-order the bars before I even got my original batch. Well 4 emails later theyre still out of stock. At this point Id rather buy a few from the grocery store. Not using their services again.

All star health usually has the lowest prices. They do not send catalogs or push product.With age Allstar improves My experience is most companies peak and then decline I have frequented a local store front in excess of 25 years and always pay the price. If there is significantly lower All Star pricing I will purchase allstar refills. They do send emails that list everything I have purchased and prices. Even items they no longer provide. It is both appappreciated and helpful . They dont carry everything and I appreciate that. What they do have is very good and well priced.

A buddy of mine told me about this site back in 2009. I have used other sites since then but I get 90% of my supplements from this site. I have never had an issue and they have always been SUPER responsive if I have had a mix up either on my end or theirs (which is rare). I will continue to stay loyal to this site and hope they continue to carry more and more of the newer lines as they have been.

Very poor customer service! I placed an order for ten bottles of one supplement, and five bottles of another. All Star Health contracted me and questioned if this was for personal use. When I said yes the lady said ten bottles for personal use, are you sure you didnt push the wrong number. She repeatedly asked if it were for personal use. Finally I told he just refund my money if she thinks I am going to resale the products. She never apologized for accusing me of reselling, but did continue to question the amount. Finally after several times of asking her the cancel the order she said she would ship it. She never apologized for her accusations. I have placed orders with other companies for the same items in larger quantities before and have never been accused of being a reseller. I will not deal with this company again!

So disappointed!! I recently ordered from All Star Health for the first time, as it was highly recommended by a friend. I was very happy with the low prices and fast shipping. Until my order shipped through LaserShip, and I never received it. I tracked the package as it said it was left on my front door, however I never got the package. I called the shipping company and they told me they contacted All Star through email to let them know my order was lost/stolen, so that All Star can resend my order. All Star customer service kept making me jump through hoops to get an answer about when my order would be sent again. They claimed they did not receive the email from LaserShip, however LaserShip sent me an emai as well as to All Star. Then they told me that as soon as they got the email they would call me back to resend my items. I never got a call back from All Star. I call All Star again to inquire about the status of my order, as I was still waiting for their call.. the customer service rep that answered my call was a complete Idiot, and told me that I had to wait until Wednesday (I was calling on a Monday), yet he couldnt explain why I had to wait until Wednesday to get my order placed, which meant i would be another week without the items I ordered. I then requested to speak to a supervisor...a supervisor was supposed to call me back, but of course no one ever did. I had to call again to see what was going on. The third customer service rep who answered told me that there was a note in the system saying they could ship me my items, but they could not ship it to my home address!! so I asked where was I going to receive my stuff, and all he could tell me was that they wouldnt be able to ship again to my residence....again this is the very first time that I ordered from All Star!!!...so if in the future, I want to order something again ..I guess I would have to move...since they cant ship to my house! sooooo disappointed

This company is kind of dodgy. They do nothing to make up for their mistakes, and theyve wronged me a few times now. I actually have three instances to recount. The very first shady thing they ever did was delete my negative review of their signature blend of protien powder. It was an honest review that mentioned how terrible the taste was, and how badly it mixed. They deleted the review, and only kept positive ones. This is known as cherry picking and is misleading to the consumer because it gives them a very false representation of a product being sold. I wrote them to put the review back up and threatened to contact consumer affairs and the federal trade commission. They put the review back up for awhile but it looks like theyve since deleted it yet again.The next time, the connection timed out as I was submitting my order, and it ended up submitting three times. So, I bought three large tubs of very bad creatine and glutamine (again, it was allstarhealths signature company Bodystrong). I wrote them the very moment the issue happened, and yet, they couldnt write me back until it had already been shipped out so they conveniently could not cancel the order and return my money. Note that I had not received an order shipped notification for the order yet.The third and final straw was when they charged me twice for the same order, but the second time they charged me INCREASED THE PRICE OF SHIPPING AND HANDLING, so they actually charged me for more money the second time than I ever agreed to even spend - by selecting FOR ME, a higher priced S&H that I definitely did not pick. The shadiest thing of it all is they NEVER shipped the order. Charged me twice for an order they never even shipped. They said there was an issue with my address or whatever, despite the fact I had used the same address in many orders beforehand. I contacted them and they said yes there was an issue with my address, but when they couldnt ship it, they voided the order and refunded me the money. The order was indeed voided, but after checking my bank account to look for the refund, thats when I noticed they actually charged me twice, and DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME THE REFUND AFTER VOIDING THE ORDER. Can you even believe it? I contacted them again and demanded my refund, so then they finally gave it. Such poor performance with this one order -- it was enough to drive me away for good.After all these issues, Allstarhealth has not once, not one single time, offered me anything to make amends. Poor customer service (horrible customer service with the last order) and they genuinely think just saying sorry is all they have to do to keep customers and show them the respect they deserve. I used this place for probably about 5 years. I was a loyal customer, and they do literally nothing but what they are legally required to do when they screw a customer over. Will not use them anymore.
