Made my first purchase from Rifle Supply on 8/19/21 for a AR Pistol Buffer tube kit. I have never heard of Rifle Supply before and just Googled buy AR Pistol buffer tube and they popped up so I gave them a try. Within a couple hours of placing my order I received an email saying my order had shipped. It only took 4 days to get my order and actually one of the days was a Sunday so it really only took 3 business days. The quality of the buffer tube kit and fit and finish was awesome! They also threw in a couple free decals which is always a added bonus in my book! I definitely will be recommending them and doing business with Rifle Supply and placing more orders in the future! I highly recommend this place. I was looking for a site that sold OEM Glock frames so I can do my own custom builds, and it was hard to find a site that seemed legit or had any in stock. This shop is definitely legit, and their pricing is good. Their customer service is also very fast, and the products ship pretty quickly. I would recommend this shop.

I went to Rifle Supply a few years to had my AR built. My two coworkers recommended me this place. They were very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Two years ago I recommended my neighbor. He refer his older brother here. The brother came to RS and had his AR built. He was very please and satisfied.

Original experience was bad, but that was my fault. Come with the right paper work and their isn’t any issues.

I went to RS to get some cleaning tools and fix my Glock, after waiting several days and calling multiple times there gunsmith didnt do anything also they pushed me to pay cash which I didnt have so I paid by card and charged extra 4%!? not a pleasant experience at all, associates are not friendly and have inferiority attitude.When I dropped off my Glock on Thursday to be checked by the Gunsmith I was told that he usually work on them on Fridays and I will hear back from him the same day or Saturday max, I waited till Wednesday and always been told not been fixed yet thats why I picked it up and went to another store whom they fixed the problem immediately.Credit Card processing fee is always been absorbed by the business (Business ethics, I do that with my clients) I never charge a client the %3.5 processing fee, same applys for grocery stores, department stores, Gas stations, restaurants, etc...

There was a small issue on the site that let me order a product they didnt have in stock. Called me same day to make it right.My package was also lost after I got the shipped and teacking notification. Once I emailed requesting an update they responded promptly to the email and even gave me a follow up call.With as crazy as this industry is with wait times and out of stock and backordered products its nice to see a company still going above and beyond.Michael was easy to work with and very professional.

Even though I wish they had more in stock . These guys are super helpful. I wanted my Glock for a quiet a while and with their help Im now a proud owner of a Glock 22 gen 3 . Ive been to a few places in my years and theres nothing like a welcoming place with no weird politics vibe. Just pro 2A stuff and lets keep it moving. Very friendly and if theres a problem they fix it. I bought online and picked up in store! They are very communicative be it Instagram phone or emails. I found insta to be great at getting asap responses. Attendant gave me free stickers :-) Nothing greater than free stickers. Will return again for future services.

I was having some issues with my AR9 and couldn’t figure out what was going on with it, so I came to Riffle Supply by recommendation from the guys at Fire Line in HB.I had to drop off my gun to have them look at it and they initially told me it could be 7-10 days. I was okay with it and figured I would get it next week. Literally the next day or so, the gunsmith called me explaining I was missing a spring in my trigger which was causing the issue, so he threw one in there, free of charge!Super stoked to see little shops like this with great customer service! Decent location with plenty of parking. The storefront itself was a little on the small side, but they do have a larger back room area where theyre building etc.Good FFL with minimal wait time, good prices for both guns and transfers. Also licensed as a manufacturer so they can build such cool stuff as 9mm AR rifles.While I was there, a customer popped in with an AR that was having issues and they were able to diagnose and provide a solution. Then they were able to also answer a litany of additional questions without issue.

I just bought a polymer 80 AR-15 lower receiver from Rifle Supply at the gun show in Orange County California this weekend.When I started milling it out I noticed some huge flaws...1st: the safety detent hole is about 1.5inches in front of the safteyhole itself.2nd: there were some major air pockets in the plastic when I was milling it3rd: at the front of the trigger pocket it milled it into the magazine release hole.All together I am extremely disappointed in the product you have produced, this is not acceptable for any safe firearm build. I have wasted time and money on your product.Although this is not fully their fault, it is more on Polymer80 who actually made the product, there is no reason this should have even been sold. They should have inspected it before selling to their own clients, and sent it back themselves before this became an issue.

Online ordering from This company is horrible! Ordered a glock complete frame, they sent a stripped frame called and emailed them after a week or more I finally get the parts needed to complete my glock frame, So I thought! They did not send a locking block !!! I email them and NO REPLY. I had to order it from Another company! I do not like paying for something and not getting what I pay for. Then receiving no response like its my fault! This will be my Last time shopping here. I would be careful with this place dont expect to get your complete order! They obviously wont make it right!

First time last time. Unfortunately my first experience with them not so good, I ordered a simple OEM glock lower build kit. It arrived in a timely manner and all but was missing the trigger and the Mag catch release spring which is just a thin metal bar. I reported it to them and I will give them credit they were polite and I received an email with a tracking number within ten mins of getting off the phone with them. I received the missing parts Saturday. Trigger was fine, however, again, no magazine catch release spring. Im done with them, ordered it online somewhere else, lost a customer for life! Never again!

These guys are the best, wether on the phone or in person they’ll shoot you straight. I was unfamiliar with the huge market of Glocks building my gun, and they took the time to explain, without judgement (hard to find at gun shops) and get me the best parts. Not at all the typical stick up the but gun shop. You’ll feel at home. Definitely would come back up from San Diego just to buy from them.

Received item promptly, barrel was incorrect and keymod rail were missing parts to install it. Contacted John and it took a while to get replacement parts back out, sent wrong barrel once again and the wrong parts for the keymod rail. Had a similar transaction last year when I purchased two ar47 build kits, got two different barrels and shorted two charging handles. Will not purchase from these guys again
