Love shopping online and picking up Im store, so convenient, then I get to shop in store for any last minute goodies!

Most of the items I needed were low or out per store employees due to port issue but they were very nice in helping me find the things I needed suggesting I visit other stores like Smart and Final to find the supplies I needed!!!! Thank You Party City!

Very limited in their selections but the employees are still very helpful.

We went in to get birthday items for an 89 year olds party. We werent looking for anything specifically for an 89 year old, just for an adult. Nothing. We ended up with solid yellow plates, napkins, and forks. Nothing that said happy birthday. They have a very sad inventory.

Party city was fine, however the staff was super duper, so friendly and so kind to my sweet grandbaby and me, thank you hard workers for not just doing your job but having fun and making it fun for others!!

Every time, and I mean every time, they dont have all the pieces of a characters birthday party set. You can never find anyone to help you and they never have more than 2 checkers working the registers even though the lines are ridiculously long! My neighbor told me there was another party store around so Ill look them up!

They are low on some products. Even though the line was pretty short, it took a long time to check out. Not really the employees fault.

The selection is disappoint. Though the store is big the sledging is somewhat limited since they try to cover a wide range of occasions. We did an Amazon lookups while there and found a 200-pc gender reveal party set for $30 with free shipping that included all the items we had picked up and were ready to pay for individual. It would have cost us a small fortune (over $120) so we dont think this place is the discount superstore they purport to be.Staff was friendly and helpful and the items were well stocked and organized.The only thing I that really bothered me though was is the price gouging--the exorbitant prices for balloon inflation such as $7.50 for a large balloon and $1.20 for a smaller balloon (roughly half as large). I was a real turn-off to see such business practices.

This was honestly the worst customer service I have ever had in a store. The guy working at the register told me the store was short on helium and he would only fill one of my two balloons (I wanted the numbers 1 and 8 for my daughters 18th bday) because it wasnt fair for customers that might come in later to get balloons filled if he used the last helium filling two numbers for me ••insert mind blowing up here 🤯 ••So, mister balloon guy, which number should I give her? The one or the eight? Have you ever heard of first come, first served? Also, when i walked in the store, no one greeted me, no smiles when it was finally my turn in line, nothing. This store is really big that I get lost multiple times. The staff are nice and helpful, and the store is well arranged. Coming on Halloweens day is not too crazy because they have a lot of staff.

My experience here was great all the members that worked this morning were exceptional. Very bright kind helpful. Found what I needed and what I needed help they assisted me.

Usually party city is good but for whatever reason today wasnt a good experience. They didnt have any of the balloons I wanted. I got 1 out of the 4 I had chosen, I ended up getting the 1.29 ones. After the cashier rang me up she proceeded to help another customer that had a basket full of stuff before filling up my balloons. She finally called someone to come & fill them up.

Like other party citys stores they have a great variety of options of stuff to decorating a party or any event but I only have to say on crepe paper they need more variety of colors but from there everything is ok 👍

Very nice people there! One of our $10 balloons deflated and we took it back. They offered to inflate the other balloons we had just bought. Then they even have us a refund for the big balloon! :)

The service was terable the manager was nice when he popped out in the back for a split second other than that there where 6 ppl behind the counter talking while I was trying to leave and nobody tried to help me at all then when I asked to be helped one nice girl tried to help me and Im guessing I higher cashier asked if she was a cashier ( she said no ) so the other6 girl proceeded not to help me but talk to her friends while literally Im standing there with 2 items in my hadnd trying to leave.... to make a long story longer service was horable the stuff in there was half broken and my wife was not impressed either

Always have pretty good prices and I do really like the little prize and toy section, they have tons to choose from and you can keep within budget easily. They also have every color imaginable if you need to coordinate for a specific theme. I do like to go after holidays to the clearance section because they always have great stuff leftover. Overall love the place and just makes me want to throw more parties

So many options! Always go here for party supplies or extras needed for an open house or family gathering. It’s definitely the place to go to get some cool balloons too!! Everyone is always helpful and friendly too!

Disappointed bought balloons one with a tap the balloon feature which you pay extra for during setup for party there was no sound from the tap and play feature. It was to late to run back to the store. Employees upon filling the balloon should have checked in my opinion that this worked on the balloon. All balloons deflated drastically within 48 hours. Next time I will purchase from Albertsons or Ralphs at least there balloons last longer.

Staff just wants to get through the day, you can tell that the presence of management is slacking. Seems understaffed from a very tight cut on hours. The staff seems like they want to be in the floor to help out more, but they cant because the line never stopped at the front, so they couldnt get out. I hope this review is seen by management or corporate and they do something to actually support the store. Its a busy location and needs more payroll/staff support.

I was unsatisfied with the online ordering process because I never received a confirmation email with receipt, which made pickup difficult. Additionally, my order was missing items and I was overcharged. However, the manager, Paul, was very helpful in rectifying my order and even comped my order.

I walked in got my Halloween costume the line is long but it moves quickly. The reason Im not giving it a 5 star is due to a rude employee. I understand its Halloween season and you have a million request but there is a way to talk to people. They told me they had the costume and I waited in this long line to try it on only to be told they no longer had it in stock. Dont get scared the line to pay is long but it moves quickly!

I love party city! They have the best balloons anywhere! My favorite arevthe marble colored balloons they are inexpensive but the prettiest balloons of all.

Large store with a wide selection of inexpensive party decorations. The 5 star rating is for a very deep selection for nearly any occasion. The only time Ive seen this location run low was for costumes the last week before Halloween. Apart from that expected selection they will almost always have what you are looking for. Nearly everything here is inexpensive. Dont look for high priced permanent decor. Everything here is a use once premise.

Their customer service was terrible. There was only like 6 people in the whole store and it took 45 mins to get told they were out of all the costumes that we wanted. We picked through 6 different choices for one 5 year old only to be told they had nothing in stock. Amazon ended up being cheaper anyways, so thank you party city for helping me save 10 dollars.

We got great service at this location! We were greeted and offered assistance as soon as we walked in the door. The staff was pleasant and professional and I will definitely return to this location.

I have bought many a Halloween costumes here and party supplies but this year was very disappointing they had a lot of costumes missing from their catalog that can only be bought online. I like shopping online but not for a Halloween costume for a 5 year old. The reason I drove to Beach Boulevard during rush hour what is to be able to try on the costume on my five-year-old make sure it was comfortable and fit and would be good for school in trick-or-treating but instead I have to order it online and hope for the best not thrilled with the party city.

Plenty of convenient free parking. The other store off Carson in Long Beach, has badly placed parking. The bad parking requires you to cross a busy street to get to the store. His one, has handicap parking at the front of the store and regular parking

Found lots of items on sale. Its so nice to find the different sections of the store that have the different holiday selections. I am never disappointed when I go into the store, I always find what I am looking for, and so much more.

More than enough to choose from. From decorations to little treats and mints for the tables as well. They have every holiday and party ideas to help with your needs.

Paul was especially helpful when I needed assistance requiring a ladder to reach the costume I wanted. Most holiday items for trees were out of stock unfortunately. Ill go back again!

Thought they would have more wedding reception decorations and MUCH BIGGER honeycomb bells (only 1 pkg of 2-10bells in white- was available). It was disappointing. But employees were courteous and polite-so that was nice.

Not very good - I ordered balloons online for my sons college graduation. When I went to pick-up my order, they didnt have a few of the items Id already purchased in stock, so a refund was issued - that was fine, but I much wouldve preferred to have the items that the website claimed the store had in stock, that Id initially purchased. Also, one of the balloons wasnt filled properly, lost air and went very limp before the party. It looked pathetic against the other balloons in the bunch! For the amount of money spent (way too expensive for what it was), the shoddy in-store customer service and the poor quality of the decorations, I couldve gotten the decorations at the 99cent store - it wouldve seemed more worth the cost. Oh well, lesson learned - I will not be purchasing from Party City in the future.

My experience wasnt good at considering I wasnt allowed inside unless I was wearing a mask. Looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This place is great for party favors, balloons, ideas or costumes. The only downfall is the customer service. This place is busy, some people have questions or need help. But its difficult to find people around the store to help you and there tends to always be 3 cashiers. Which can be sufficient if no one purchases balloons. Just be prepared and patient.

I had such a horrible experience at this store; not only did an employee follow us around (thinking that we were stealing things?), but they didn’t ask us if we needed help or greet us, everyone glared at us (Weekday blues?), and we had a rude encounter with some entitled customers who wouldn’t even get out of the way when we just said excuse me. The employees did not help us, they had nothing that they said they did on line for in store pickup. So I’m not sure how the mobile pick up would work because the website kept crashing and saying 404 error anyways, but they don’t have a good selection of anything, also their prices are crazy! Save your money and go somewhere else, go on Amazon and get prime with two day delivery, I promise it’ll be worth it!

This party City has everything you need they have it all from party favors to a cool costume eating you cant go wrong everything you need is at this location and its pretty clean but almost always expect for there to be a long line

The customer service was not great. Had to get a manager to assist me. He was the only one who was able to make my experience better. Many mistakes marked items and associated who gave me wrong information on products in the store.

Customer service while shopping was nonexistent. When it came to blowing up my balloon order the two ladies helping me with it were hilarious and super helpful making sure everything was picture perfect for my fiances birthday.

I find that check out is quite slow and understaffed but the selection of products is great.

Horrible experience!!! SIX days ago I dropped off everything I would need (balloons/tassels/confetti) for an event for tomorrow morning. They 1st called to tell me that one of my large balloons had a hole... so no big deal lets replace it ... right? Not even 10 mins later someone else calls back and tells me they ran out of helium. I ended up driving an hour to another Party City who would only inflate 1 balloon for me. HORRIBLE!!!!
