Chinese made garbage and way over priced. Do not buy anything solar. The survival gear I wouldnt trust at all! And make sure you bring a mask. . Employees are terrified sheep.

When I go there they always give me good service. The customer service is great very helpful. The last time I went it was closed I didnt know what time they close but I was still go there just because the people are nice good clean and good customer service

Dont pay full price at Big 5 sporting goods always look for the coupons theres lots of them fishing tackle hunting stuff its all pretty much going to be about the same price but for clothing and shoes check for coupons never pay full retail

Big 5 is sporting goods store that is my go to for sports items, work out gear and gifts. What can i say but this store has been around for as long as i can remember. They have it all and with great prices. Baseball, soccer, camping gear, skate gear, hunting ammo, whatever you need. Check them out. Sales team is great. Prices are great. How can you go wrong with Big 5? You cant!

They have a lot of good discounts on quality clothing for playing sports or just being active. We bought some shirts and shorts that were on sale and are made of material that doesnt soak up sweat when you work out and wow they are comfy before and after a hard workout. Very satisfied customer. Helpful, energetic, and just plain nice employees work here.

Good selections, reasonably priced, staffs helpful.

Went to grab some bags for my nephews. The register malfunctioned during our transaction and ended up taking some time to fix. The staff on duty handled this by giving me options. When I selected the best option for me; They got on the phone and found a solution within 10 mins. I liked how they found solutions and executed. They definitely earned my business.

Memory foam Avia trainers for 28 bucks! My tootsies are loving it. Rehabbing a grade 2 MCL tear so the memory foam is a priceless addition in reestablishing my step recovery.

Love this place, they always have what I need when I go in and the staff is super helpful. I went in one time ready for a camping trip and was unable to find a couple items. They not only showed me where I was going to have issues but recommended products (multiple lines) for what I was trying to do for the trip. Awesome customer service.

One of the few sporting good stores left. Went here to get soccer shoes for my 6 yr old snd they had a decent selection in a range of price points. Some things you still want to try on rather than buy online. We also picked up a new soccer ball for a very good price.

The inventory was very crowded even though it was organzied. I tried pulling a shirt to see if it fit and ended up pulling out like 7 because the rack was so tight. There was a clearance sale going on, but hard to determine what exactly was on clearance. I wanted to buy a folding chair but again it was difficult to match prices with the product. I finally got to speak with an associate, but that was after I chosen my products. She was very nice and understanding. I probably would have purchased more the inventory was merchandised better

Was ok cuz they had decent selection of rollerblades but not any womens small wrist guards, so I couldnt skate

Helpful staff but not as informed as Im used to when shopping at Big 5. I ended up not buying what I visited the shop for since I wasnt able to find the right size of the thing I was there to shop for.

I love this store for their shoe sales. They always have something on sale. I also love that they sell Quench gum. I use it when I have a sore throat. It always gives me relief.

Worst location! The store was a mess! Clothing, shoes, equipment was all over the place and boxes merchandise were thrown everywhere. The service was awful - actually it was nonexistent. The manager was too busy talking about her dog to notice anyone in the store. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different store.

No customer service. Went there on Saturday and Sunday to purchase a pair of sunglasses and could get no assistance at the counter. On sunday I went to the back of the store and saw a door marked employees only and opened it and saw 3 employees back there and asked for help at the sunglasses counter. A lady asked for the employees to assist at the sunglasses counter. Went back and still got no help. the whole time I was there a phone kept ringing and the cashier would answer it and get on the intercom and say, shoe department line 2 No one in the shoe department either. This place sucks. The only employee you see is the lone cashier and she is very busy. I know now why brick and mortar stores are going out of business.
