The store was just as great as it always had been in the past. It was still practicing social Distancing but almost back to normal, foot traffic was light, the shelves were stocked like the place never shut down with the exception of the restroom everything was operating on a regular schedule. Staff was very helpful and attentive.
The car park was a mess, so be prepared to park a ways away from the store. Other than that, this location is really spacious and has a lot to offer. They have a music area that is separated from the bookstore. The childrens upstairs area was nice. Filled with bits and bots of every kids imagination.
I love book stores. I liked it when B&N had good sales and clearance books. I feel like the price of these books are way too pricey and the deals are only good if u buy multiple books. Probably wont be back.
We made a tiktok video in here because of the sign they put for tiktok Sundays! Apparently this barnes and noble has events on Sundays that you can participate in. Its very clean inside and organized. Its two floors and has a great selection on each floor. All of your favorites well organized on the shelves. I ended up buying two books from the tables right where the front of the store is!
I stopped by to pick up a toy for my daughter. Because of the lockdown for stopping pandemic, there were so less people. Quiet and very clean. They have lots of books as well as other stuffs. I needed a lego for this Christmas and the particular one I am looking for was sold out in most other stores. But they had one and I placed order online, and got ready very fast. Convenient to order online, the reminer email and text was helpful and easy to pick up. Everything went smoothly.
A quality Barns and Nobles with a wide selection and a nice Starbucks. Couple this with a great music section and kids zone for the tots and It is hard to find error. My only complaint is the lack of seating if I wish yo give a book a more thorough look through.
This location was my favorite Barnes and Noble for over a decade. Ive bought three different generations of Nooks and plenty of books. As much as I wanted to love it my last visit, I could not. Not enough varieties of books like it used to. Top level right section which is non fiction is 80% religion and self help. We left with a cook book for my daughter and that was it.
This book store is great I visit them in every town I travel to. Great selection and always great to be able to step in and smell the fresh book smell!
Very nice store in good location. Parking was easier by the staples if that helps anyone.
Loved this place. Best one Ive been to so far.
I have always enjoyed a trip to Barnes & Noble. Only thing that hurts is the prices. But that is probably what is keeping this one from closing like the rest. There are actually a decent amount of people shopping here so I hope they wony close this one down too. The store is 2-Stories and has a large kids and young adults sections. Well be back once we finish our books and ready for another literary adventure.
Very nice play to go and hang out, there’s a nice selection of books and toys to just mess around or buy. Also for the kinksters out there there’s some spicy lgbt books/manga
Very nice barnes and nobles, clean and nice locations nearby as well. Friendly staff. Nice locals too.
My favorite book store. I visit this place as often as I can. Every where I go, if there is a Barnes and Noble nearby. Im there. COVID19 forced me too stay away. Now with restrictions lifted. Im home again.
I love the feel if holding a real book or magazine. Even though everything is going digital Barnes & Noble maintains that book store experience. The kids section is awesome with a great sekection of kids books and educational toys. Theres even a reading corner. The magazine selection is huge. The music section is incredible. Worth a visit!
Large two story location. Staff was helpful and had some great suggestions. They have many themed tables including a blind date with a book!
B&N is the best. This one is no exception. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Oh, Barnes & Noble, you coy coquette. Always luring me in with you literary wiles. This Barnes is huge. My favorite place to be when I have nowhere to be.The service here is good. That means they leave you alone unless you ask them something, then they will do whatever it takes to take care of you.Remember when this center was a mall? Well.. a different mall? And the only cool part about coming here was Old World.Yeah. That was cool.
Very well stocked with many extras to offer. Come see all the kids items to keep them occupied but learning too!
Great experience here. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.
Always the best place to buy the newest books.
My kids love coming and looking at all the books.
Had to return something. Very quick process.
Stephanie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful - And all the ladies that work on second floor with her also do a good job- thank you!😃👍
Kind of got the stink eye from the cashier when I passed on becoming a member or round my change up to donate.
I havent been to Barnes & Noble in a while. I was shocked at the extent to which it is turning into a left-wing college dorm spectacle. It seemed as if all of the promotions were about advancing the lefts agenda. If you love communism, hate Christianity, have a soft spot in your heart for cultural Marxism and identity politics, Barnes & Noble is the place to go. If on the other hand youre a Christian capitalist who believes in democracy dont go anywhere near this place, the left has ruined a great book store, I will never go back there again. Sad😢
I came into the store today (Jan. 20th 2021) wanting to get a handful of books to read. I found one of the books but had problems finding a couple others. I came across Kaitlyn and she was super fast and willing to help me find what I needed. She was super patient with me while I found the titles to the books and she quickly walked me over to every single one I was looking for. She also made sure if I needed anything else once she located the books I was looking for. I hope shes someone that is there for awhile, extremely helpful. Best experience Ive had yet at this location.
It always has a wide selection of books and magazines, I was amazed by the knowledge one of the clerks had about graphic novels!
I was asking a girl if I can pay at her station and she replied with a disrespectful attitude “downstairs”. she was wearing glasses, she had some pink in her hair.If she is reading this, she better understand not everyone can neglect her attitude, some people might make problems for her.The next time she speaks without thinking, she might have to start about sending out resumes. To Barnes and noble management, train your employees.
I truly like Barnes and Noble! What we are missing is the open Cafe! Hopefully soon they will open the inside cafes! 🤞
All the cards were half off, which is what I was getting, so lucky for me! Store was neat and well stocked and not crowded at all. Employees were friendly and efficient.
Great service. However limited on items. I prefer to buy on the spot. Not a fan of online ordering.
I love Barnes and Noble. Man, I used to have my parents take me all the time to buy new manga. Theyre always clean and quiet, and Ive run into my my friends few times too!
Very helpful. Clean environment Definitely missed barnes and nobles❤
Their selection with 3D digital graphic magazines not as impressive.Maybe its just a sign of the times. No Starbucks in this one.
I always find nice gifts here besides all the books in looking for.
I was looking for books and educational toys for my 7-y.o. twin grandkids, and there was a wonderful selection to choose from. Loved shopping there!
I always enjoy this place. Well organized store, helpful and friendly staff.
A bookworms dream. So many choices for gifts or music or kids!
Awesome board games and puzzles here. Oh and books too.
Excellent, as usual. Good books, great gifts, knowledgeable personnel.
This is my favorite location!!! Its so organized, with a lot of variety in books. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Books are a wonderful thing. Helpful staff. Nice location
Found exactly what what I was looking for, thanks to the employee who helped me make the perfect choice.
Please note that the escalator is a Schindlers. I enjoyed this store in particular as it is well laid out.
2 story very nice Barnes and noble. Clean, organized and well run. Bathroom on the second floor. In a busy plaza.
The service was better than I had expected; lucky for me as I was buying my dearest friends first published book!
Wow, what to even say about this one. Definitely one of the top BnNs in the tri-state area, maybe even the pacific coastal region. Nice employees, great layout, and lots of parking. Pick up a cup of Joe and enjoy the great books they have to offer. Highly recommend visiting this one, even if you’re reading this from outside the tri-City zone.
Its nice that this store is still open and selling books and every magazine you can think of.
I asked the cashier lady (her name is Julia L.) for a paper bag for my books and she rudely responded, “Sorry, I don’t have any bags.” I seen the cashier next to her handing three bags back to the customer she was helping out. This lady couldn’t walk over to her and ask for some bags? I’ve never experienced that coming to this location. Everyone is so nice to me here and I’m hurt that this happened to me today... As if this cashier lady had something against me but Ive never even seen her up until today.. talk about first impressions...
Love buying books and going here
Due to covid if it starts to get a little busy then of course they do have the capacity limit. But if you manage to get in before 2:00 you seem to be the rush. Staff is always helpful and friendly and I enjoy the interactions I have with them.
Very nice store but no coffee. The gate to Starbucks is locked sure to covid-19.
So glad to see them open despite all the pandemic stuff going on! They new layout looks awesome, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and I left with way more than I went looking for! 10/10!!!
One of my favorite places, bookstore, nothing beats a book, maybe Im just old fashioned but the texture of the pages the smell of a new book, you can take it anywhere, wireless no need off wifi or power..... just you and your imagination, I can always count with this store to find a good read, love the staff always helpful and attractive.
They are doing a great job with protecting against COVID. While the selection had to be pared down, it is still a great browsing experience.
Its always a pleasure to wander through a bookstore. This time we were looking for journals and found a multitude of choices.
I went to go buy a gift and I couldnt find what I needed. So I asked for help and a trainee helped me out with a smile.
Got the book that I wanted.
Still cool place for books. They have a big selection of toys, but pricey.
This is one of the few bards and nobles that is left and it is huge its always a book to read always people watch you can come In the morning and get lost until the evening
The nicest book store Ive seen
B&N have clipped their hours so much its difficult to find them open! Was lucky to find this one open until 8pm!
I Love this Barnes And Noble Booksellers I gave it 4stars to 200 .Its a great place for reading books. and enjoying yourself.
Books and all kinds of cool stuff
Everyone was super helpful
You can find any book you like
If you love books this is the place.
They have alot of selection compare to other Barnes& Noble stores ..
Im not one to complain however one of the female employees (taylor) was very rude for absolutely no reason. After I had brushed that off I asked her to help me find a book and she practically ran away from me leaving me there and when she came back she once again was very rude and told me that I should have followed her. She handed me the book and left without a word. Honestly one of the weirdest and most uncalled for experiences ive had in awhile. I hope she cheers up a little for the holiday season otherwise I wouldnt go back.
One of my favorite stores. Always want to buy a book here. Good service and charming environment.
Hard to find someone to help you find a book. ☺
Love this place
Great place. Always enjoy Barnes & Noble, especially nice magazine racks. Large selection
Such a wonderful book shopping experience!
A book store filled to the brim with brand new books and other cool items. What made my experience great was Steven at the front counter. He helped me immediately and was able to find every book I needed. He even helped me price match the Barnes and Noble website. What makes this a four star location? The lack of staff on the second floor makes it difficult to find what youre looking for. Other than that, great experience overall.
Professional, courteous employees. Well maintained store. A pleasant place to shop.
Its really good and nice and clean. You have to look closely to find the type of books you want but its really good.
Friendly helpful employees
Good selection of books and oddities
I was looking for a certain book. The employee didnt even look it up in her computer. She just said I dont have that kind of book if I did it would be in the business section.
Box book store. Better organized then some!
They still sell books
Barnes and Noble is more than just a store. Its a destination, its a resort... its practically heaven! I visit it with my 16 year old daughter and she begs me to take her there! As a reader, mother and educator, I find so many new books and goodies in there!! We usually spend at least 2 hours finding new treasures to read. Last note: I love that the youth area is so inviting and really draws kids into it...
I was astounded to find that this particular Barnes and Noble carries Criterion Collection Blu Rays and DVDs! They had a great selection, and I found almost every single movie I was looking for. Their music and movie selection is almost as extensive as their book selection.
Clean and cozy. Bookstore people are always good people
Nice easy and clean. Lots of COVID precautions in place and friendly and helpful staff.
If you like books, they have a bunch of them.
Horrible experience. Ordered a book online that they said was in stock, and available for order online, and pick up in store. Get the confirmation so everything seems find. A couple days later I checked the order status and it had been cancelled. Eventually I was refunded my money. I checked online the website said the item was available so I contact customer service. they cant explain why my order was cancelled.Ended up finding the exact same book on amazon for 5.00 cheaper (brand new), and I will have it sent to my house next day with free prime. Barnes and noble, take note, this is why brick and mortar stores are losing to amazon, your customer service sucks, and cant compare. You cant even get a simple online order right, and are more expensive. You have lost a customer.
Wonderful staff and store
